Subway in Gloucester

They put ice cream and cold drinks in the same bag as hot food and some food was missing.

Although I enjoy subway in general, but this branch shocked me, had no problems before adding extra salad at extra cost, but the guy called Ash refused issue a refund or charge extra for the salad stating what the picture looks like it is what you get and no refund :/ Rude problem solving skills from Ash as well, he should be working with customers

Worst Subway ever. Dry old bread. No mustard present..every Subway restaurant always has mustard. And cutting the sandwich in half was actually too much work for the not very hospitable employee....

Takes an hour to make two sandwiches

Got what we ordered and was nice and fresh and delivered on time.

Subway is the best place to go for a big breakwich you definitely have to have the footlong 😋

The lady that served me left tuna out my salad. She said there was only Tina mayonnaise and if that would be okay, then preceded to leave the tuna out. Silly.

Food was cold would like a refund

I have NOT received my order, when it said it’s been delivered!! This is the 2nd time that this has happened!!!

Late and everything was stone cold.

While the food was delicious, my order was wrong (having tomatoes that I did not order), however it was delivered early and tasted lovely

Just received ‘delivered’ notification and nothing has been delivered and there are no numbers to contact the shop!!!!

Nachos were stale sandwich was good arrived early

This is the second order from subway where the nachos have arrived without being heated so the grated cheese is just sat on top and not melted

Salad had no lettuce in altho it was on order , no cucumber either , very poor . Nachos very little salsa and cheese . Sub was very good

Ordered food through Just Eat and it never arrived. Couldn't even contact Subway cause their number is invalid. Really not happy.

Somewhere that doesn’t forget half of your order, delivered warm and with all the condiments!

Avoid unless you want money taken off you! Visited 2 weeks ago and got told by staff that my card was declined, as did my friend. So I payed for hers again and it was accepted and paid for mine again and it was also accepted! Got home to realise that the money had been taken out for each of our food twice. Went back today and asked for money back and gave proof, he wouldn't give us money back and was reluctant to even give us a subway that we had effectively paid for 2 weeks ago 🙄 not a good experience and wasn't even apologetic!

Would give zero stars if I could. Food never arrived, contact number conveniently does not work. Avoid at all costs. Disgusted.

Great place for quick bite, nice bread assortment of fillings to tantalize even the relunctant tongue, courteous and professional staff. Downside is parking, the parking space in the garage appears small and congested, that does not matter when you just want to fill your tommy

A really nice new store with seating and really nice staff. Definitely one of the better Subways in Gloucester

Very very poor service I ordered 3 vagi petty sandwich but she said we dont have it and they also don't have salad .staff not neat and clean .if they don't give good service then close it .staff need fully training to how service customer.
