The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Gloucester South West

Food is not very good at all, although a fair price will not be eating from here ever again

Pedí arroz frito con salsa de curry para llevar esta noche. A lo sumo había aproximadamente 10 tiras finas de pollo y aproximadamente 5 guisantes demasiado cocidos. Order a take away last night, restaurant closed at midnight and gave a 50 min wait for delivery due at 00.10 wich is perfectly good, except at 00.30 when still nothing arrived and the restaurant was vacant I call to see what was happening, no answer from restaurant, I have a random mobile number call me back they seem half asleep asking who I was I said I order a take away they said give me postcode so I did, and they said its 2 mins away and hung up, the drive arrived at 1am with cold food I didn't want anymore the restaurant had been closed for a hour so its definitely a min of an hour out of the shop, I said I didn't want it and tried to cancel order, he dropped it on my doorstep and left, I tried to selvage something but it was cold food and hard fat stuck to the chicken were it had been sat for so long, it went in the bin, avoid at all cost

So I was really excited to find a take out in Gloucester on Deliveroo that offered mock duck, a dish I miss since becoming veggie 8 years ago. I ordered it through the app at 6.52pm and was told delivery would be ‘around 7.30pm’. I waited in reception from 7.30pm (we are currently staying overnight in a hotel) and by 7.45pm I gave the take out a call to check delivery. I was told ‘he was close’. Finally by 7.52pm my order arrived. I queried why the order had taken so long and was told that he was the only driver on. When I finally opened our take out, not only did we discover the food was cold but there was a pack of pancake rolls missing! This meant that my husband and me would have to eat part of our order with no pancakes, which kind of defeats the object of duck with pancake rolls! I called up the take out and they promised they would send me some. This was 8.01pm. By 8.16pm I chased them up, only to be promised they were close by. In the end they hung up on me. In the meantime I complained to Deliveroo and finally at 8.52pm, 2 hours after my original order, they called me to say they had arrived with pancakes. By this time our order had been binned as it was cold as well as greasy. I told the woman I would meet her in reception (to speak to her about their appalling service) only to discover that they were not there! Absolutely appalling. Avoid.
