Ordered a take away from here tonight. Cost over £80 and was some of the worst food I have ever seen from a take away. Also the duck and pineapple smelt like it was cooked from a decomposing rotten bit of meat. I was physically sick at just the smell of it. I did call to complain and all they said to me was put a complaint through just eat!!!! Never order from here.

Not too impressed tbh. things tasted sort of burnt or totally bland. they gave me the wrong sauce. the chicken with cashew nuts was nice, though.

The food tasted a low quality. The chicken in my rice tasted bland and processed and the ribs turned to pulp when trying to chew it. The rice also tasted over cooked. All around I couldn't finish the meal and I won't be ordering from here again.

I had a £3 tip for the delivery driver on the side but he was in such a rush and didn’t even smile so I didn’t give it to him. Food was great, thanks!

Quick delivery, arrived about 20 minutes early. Sweet and sour sauce was like syrup but everything else was nice. Free spring rolls thrown in was a nice touch.

VERY greasy salt and pepper chips and chicken. Everything was soggy. Curry sauce had layer of grease on top. Worst salt and pepper in Gloucester I've tried.

The food was disgusting. It was way too spicy and nothing was said on the menu they it was spicy. Couldn’t eat it as the rice was also uncooked

Chicken curry was like dish water no taste the salt and pepper chicken wings full of grease and over cooked most of it went into the bin ate 3 chicken wings and the curry one mouth full and spot it out

Most the food was fine however one of our dishes was half the size of the other and the special fried rice only had a dribble of bbq sauce on it

Portion is big but flavorless and the food that was delivered to me is not the food that I ordered. Very disappointed! 😞

Best chicken chow mien I’ve tasted. The other dishes I ordered were flavourful and good. Love the added garlic to the ribs ( peckin sauce) . I’ve tasted better fried rice but everything else was 10/10 . Thank you

This was my first time ordering from Wing Hing house and it will be my last. The food was hot I'll give them that but everything was so greasy it was inedible. The free spring rolls were just mouthfuls of pale squashed grease, the chow mein my husband had was full of grease and he couldn't eat it. My order was incorrect I ordered Thai green curry and got a mixed meat and pineapple chow mein. The onion rings were pale and greasy and the prawn toast when squished gave out loads of grease. Safe to say my daughter who recommended you has now got a free meal full of grease. I will NEVER order from here again

we were told food would be delivered at 20:49 after the order was placed at 19:30, had nothing by 21:00 so called to chase, were told the food was on its way, had not arrived by 21:30 so had been trying to call but no calls were connecting and if they did, it just rang out with no answer. 36 unanswered calls later and still no food, will not be coming back.

First time using Wing Hing House, ordered Singapore fried rice. Quite spicy but I like heat, other wise, nice, fresh tasting, Singapore fried rice. Only take away/delivery, NO dining on site!

only downdside was spare ribs were spare bones

The Chicken in Satay Sauce and Roast Duck in Chinese Plum Sauce were pretty tasteless.

Sadly most of the food ended up in the bin as it was so bad. The smoked chicken and the beef and mushrooms made me gag and the rest of the food wasn't much better

The lady who delivered our order was polite and smiling. The chicken fried rice was fantastic but the chicken chow mein was a bit greasy but still tasted great. Thankyou for the food.

we ordered large, and they were the same size as any other we had .The chips were horrendous, the chicken & mushroom was in like a glue sauce and only just warm.and the other meals hot.The soup had leaked all in the bag.JUST AWFUL!!!!

Usually have a faultless experience and wing hing house is normally our goto for Chinese food in the area. However on this occasion we were nearby so decided to collect our usual order. In returning home we discovered the freebies we would normally receive when we got it delivered we NOT included :( not sure if that’s because we collected it as we spent £27? Wish this was made clearer on the app as if I knew I would have just had it delivered - won’t put me off ordering again as the food is alwa

Best Chinese in Gloucester, definitely recommend.

The majority of food was really greasy and oily. The chips were so greasy and soggy, the batter on the chicken balls were slightly undercooked and also greasy. There was also an excessive amount of oil in the chicken curry. Will not order from here again.

Food was hot and tasty as always and on time. Definitely recommend and order again.

BBQ spare ribs were in a lovely sauce and succulent. Chilli beef crunchy and not chewy like some can be. King prawns in garlic and ginger really nice with a good number of prawns. Chow mien tasty - arrived on time, still hot and tasty. Will order again.

Delicious food! Served piping hot and it came with free prawn crackers and free spring rolls. We enjoyed it so much we ordered two nights in a row! Oops!

delivery was fine however the food was disgusting, chicken was chewy, rice was like rubber, no idea what batter was used with chicken balls...vile. chips undercooked and sloppy. will not be using this place ever again.
