Placed an order for delivery and it had been past the allotted time it was due, 1 hour 20 minutes after placing the order. Rang them to see what was going on and was greeted with an incredibly rude man who told me that the order had to be cancelled. Didn't seem to care at all about this and hadn't thought to get in touch with me to let me know, just left me waiting. Never ordering from here again.

NEVER AGAIN. Chow Mein was rubbery and tasteless. Chicken in black bean sauce was mostly onions.... and tasteless. I never ever leave food and this was the first for me. Not good at all. Avoid !

Arrived early. Food was hot and I enjoyed my order

The sweet and sour chicken balls were absolutely appalling basically only batter and no chicken, the chicken chow mein had about 4 pieces of chicken no bean sprouts at all or any other veg, the spring rolls were ok as they were just the basic frozen ones and the egg fried rice is the only reason this is even getting a star!!

The restaurant didn’t deliver my food they just took my money

Delivery didn't come even after leaving the restaurant 45 mins before so I declined my order. Driver rang me to say she was pressing my buzzer when infact she wasn't even at my address. I'm not accepting cold food

Finally I get a chance to review this place... The food was disgusting.. Firstly the chicken balls ( 8 ) of them for £6.50 I think it was I was able to put 2 chicken balls on one fork they were that small any other Chinese I would cut one chicken ball into 3 pieces... Secondly I ordered salt & pepper chips at £3 something.. I got the same size portion of chips that you would get in KFC but mines was dark brown colour ( been reheated and probably left for 2 -3 days ) then sold on to me full of grease and cold... Pork chow.. the noodles was rubbish ( again this had been cooked reheated cooked reheated ) and the pork was dry... The fried rice was dry ( again cooked reheated cooked reheated ) Curry sauce was like water no flavour and a really small portion.. never In my life have I tasted food like this.. This place needs to be closed down.. This is as honest as I can be with this place when your charged over £20 for food you expect it to be decent this was far from it.. I give great & honest reviews when food is good.. Worst Chinese ever.

Worst Chinese I've ever eaten Chips cold tasted like reheated Rice hard and cold not cooked properly Awful service Deliver almost two hours for all the above And spare ribs you could imagine buying from iceland. Makes you wonder if these places can possibly have regular customers 😅

Do not ever order a delivery from here... 2 hours 10 minutes to arrive, by which time I had already cancelled the order via Uber after being told it was 10 minutes away at an hour and a half wait and then when it got to 20, called back and the phone was then off the hook for the best part of half an hour. When the delivery driver turned up he had the cheek to blame where we live "as its difficult to find". We live off a busy road in Kingsway and never had any problem ever with delivery drivers finding us.. A total shambles of a place.

The black pepper sauce from you guys is the very best.

Unfortunately the Chinese wasn’t as nice as we were expecting (1st time eating here , as usual place closed) The special fried rice was one of the worse I have eaten , no vegetables and a very strange sauce and low meat quality The chips and the prawn crackers however were lovely Overall we wasn’t very happy with the food and wouldn’t reorder again

Love this takeaway , only thing I would say is the deep fried prawns in chilli garlic sauce has too much veg, more prawns would of better. Other thank that I order from here every week.

Food was lovely, although they have reduced their portion sizes so although we ordered what we thought was enough for 6 people we only had enough for 4. Portions are half what they were previously. Will not be ordering from there again for this reason.

I have had food from this place earlier and it was good. this time it was so bad that we couldnt finish eating it. The chow mein was tasteless, it wasnt even hot enough. it was very dry and had absolutely no sauce in it except soya sauce. i have never had such bad quality of food.

Definitely was earlier than expected, however, driver contacted me and an alternative delivery place was arranged at ease. Excellent food and service.

The fact I’ve never had a bad experience I choose this Chinese regardless it being a little more expensive than some others… I must say food is always boiling hot and you can tell it was cooked upon receiving the order. I would prefer my pineapple fritters (the batter harder/crunchy and believe the reason to why it’s soft and gooey is the way it’s received by being placed straight into a bag and wrapped up allowing the heat to creat steam inside the bag causing the batter to soften But everything else out does that 1 downfall

Fresh and hot but lacks flavour and is definitely not above average, but cheap and cheerful, food is alright.

All tho food came fast and was very hot there was some "-" ..the delivery driver just knocked didn't even wait till i open the door just left the food on the floor and run away.. Food was very tasty but didn't expect to have only the meat/fish , though their gonna be with noodles or rice at least due to the price being 6.50/7 paunds .. the food besides not knowing will i get rice or noodles or plain was 9 out of 10, very tasty,hot and flavoury and i would say order again just be careful what you order ( what hungry stage are you 😅) and suggest to collect than delivery just because they just leave it at the door step so anyone else can take it if you are not on time .

Reheated / cold worst Chinese I have ever had

Good was great. Service from delivery driver was disgraceful. Made up some story about being worried about getting a parking ticket so did not want to bring the food to my door (you can park for 30 minutes outside my block). I had to leave my 2 year old in my apartment on her own to come down and get the food. I thought drivers delivered to your door? This isn’t good enough and won’t earn a tip.

Food good, but it was late. The app said it was delivered, I rang the restaurant, they blamed it on being busy as it's Christmas. 3 weeks early for that it excuse. They said it would be another 5 minutes. 20 minutes later it arrived but no apologies 🙁

It took 2 hours for our food to be delivered, despite the expected delivery time stating it would take between 35 and 45minutes. We had no updates from the restaurant and only got told there was a further delay after we repeatedly chased our order. We had no apology from the restaurant and were only offered a £3 refund (for a £30 order) after complaining. When the food finally arrived it was horrible. The chicken/prawn balls were doughy and the chow mein tasted burnt. Would not recommend!

Disgusting food, when we recieved the bag of food it was stone cold (bearing in mind we ordered in store and waited for it) there was no freshness to it, I witness a guy cooking scratch his torso and continue to prepare food with out hand washing or wearing gloves. The “salt and pepper” chips were literally cold and had no flavour of salt and pepper instead they tasted like sweet cinnamon. I ordered a spring roll which apparently only consisted of bean sprouts and pork - I need to add the pork was dark grey and off. As for the chicken chow mien the noodles were virtually solid and the chicken was far from fresh or hot. Curry sauce was like spicy water rather than a sauce consistency. Our food totalled nearly £30 for all I can describe as ‘not suitable for consumption’. To add to the matter, the resteraunt inside is vile, concaved ceilings due to water damage, mold and mildew climbing the walls, the floor hadn’t seen a mop in years and I don’t think the touchable surfaces had ever been introduced to a cleaning cloth. Subsequently we ended up binning the food and returning to a favourite of ours in high street. Avoid like the plague

Slight thought panic when we ordered for 8pm and got the “it’s on its way” at 7:15 but got home at 7:45 and nothing had been delivered. Helps to have chicken in the chicken chow mein too, had 4 pieces in the whole dish
