The best restaurants in Fowey Cornwall, Isles of Scilly South West

Absolutely incredible service here, the food was fantastic and it's in a really beautiful area.

Had a lovely impromptu pizza in this place with my fiance and 20 month old. Helped by the weather, but the views from the terrace out the back accompanied by a nice cold Menabrea and a lovely thin base pizza each made for a perfect combination. Great location, great food.

Popped in with our extended family, a baby and a toddler. The staff were so accommodating and everyone was raving about their cakes - some of the best the group had eaten. Lovely cafe.

Sad to say that Pinky Murphy’s is no more….it was a super quirky cafe come coffee shop come artistic venue. Guessing Covid, Brexit and rent all had something to do with its demise.

Had coffee with friends on the Terrace , later had drinks ..Beautiful building, friendly attentive staff .

Best coffee in Fowey - ask for the Nathan special :) Pastries delicious too . My fav Cornish pudding / or rhubarb/apple thingy. Lovely friendly chatty staff.

Absolutely amazing!!! We shared a waffle with Cornish vanilla icecream with crunchies, caramel sauce, cream and honey comb-it was absolutely delicious! Well worth a visit!

Gorgeous lovely little beach, however we refused to buy anything from this shop as the women was very rude and passive aggressive to my partner. Wouldn’t recommend.

I stopped here for a sausage roll and a pack of Lamingtons. Their Lamingtons are very good, they have a good variety of pies to choose from. The staff are very friendly and there is parking in front of the shop.

Had the most wonderful time at Havener’s. Stayed over the Easter weekend and the whole team could not have been more welcoming. The room was very comfortable and clean, breakfasts were incredible and the location cannot be beaten. Shout out to J-Lo for the morning chats over breakfast and all the sightseeing recommendations!

We had a great evening, the service was good the food was good, dogs are welcome, the staff are friendly the restaurant is relaxing, the view onto the estuary is superb we were lucky as it was high tide. We will return

We visited this pub three times as we are on holiday nearby. Each time the food was excellent. One was Sunday lunch. It’s served in the evening too. Reasonable menu selection with specials and reasonably priced. I would score it 6 if I could. Golant is not the easiest place to get to but the pub is worth a journey. Good sitting out area with lovely views of the river. Probably the best pub grub I have ever eaten.

Really great quality fish and chips - huge portions, with haddock freshly cooked to order, good crispy batter and flaky fish, and chips cooked in beef dripping which were very tasty. This is a takeaway (no seating) but that was fine for us as we wanted to eat our lunch on the beach (Lusty Glaze cove is 10 mins walk away down some steep steps).

Old Time Sailors Gig excellent band. The food and atmosphere are brilliant. The staff and service are exceptional, very helpful and exceedingly knowledgeable and flexible regarding health issues.

Chicken shashlik arrived at the table no sizzling smoking dish, barely hot, pretty sure it was reheated. No sign it had been in a tandoori oven in the previous 15 minutes. Very poor.
