Qué día tan FANTÁSTICO tuvimos ayer para el partido de rugby de Gales. Entramos sin reserva y éramos 34 de nosotros. El personal era increíble. Eran muy serviciales y encantadores. Acorralaron una zona solo para nosotros y eran tan atentos y amables. Hicieron nuestra visita perfecta para el rugby. Un gran saludo a Tom, Cheyenne, Xac, Shaun & Misti que cada uno hizo todo lo posible para hacer nuestro tiempo tan divertido. Las hamburguesas también eran geniales. Muchas gracias a todos. Estamos tan contentos de saber dónde estás ahora para la próxima vez ❤️❤️❤️

Asistimos hoy 16 / 3 a las 4 pm - pidió dos tés para beber dentro y pidió tazas de porcelana - se les dijo que solo estaban haciendo tazas de papel para llevar, pero podríamos beberlo dentro - el té en una taza de papel simplemente no es el mismo gusto - las dos chicas El servicio estaba ocupado chateando y usando sus teléfonos móviles - no es una imagen profesional para su marca - diez minutos después de que nos atendieron un cliente recibió una taza de porcelana - Nos preguntamos esto al salir y nos dijeron que estaban detrás de la ducha, así que no querían darnos una taza - si su personal estaba haciendo, se les pagó para que lo hicieran en lugar de usar las redes sociales en sus teléfonos, entonces tal vez dos señoras maduras podrían haber tomado un té en una taza de porcelana - !

Didn't book but no problem they were able to clean a table for us and we were seated in minutes, service was quick considering how busy it was, our waitress was lovely and friendly, food came supper quick, all hot and tasted amazing 👏 we were cleared and offered desserts all excellent gone that quick I didn't get chance for pictures 😀 service from manager also fabulous, highly recommend!

Good food reasonably priced and decent service. The chilli squid are an absolute banger, and the chicken yakitori was very good as well. I then had the pork belly ramen as a main and although it was really enjoyable I can't say it's the best ramen I've ever had, which is understandable anyway being a chain restaurant. Good experience overall, will happily be back and recommend.

Not organised, poor food, not friendly staff.

Fuimos a tomar cócteles para celebrar despedida de soltera y no nos pudieron servir! Esperé más de media hora cuando todos los demás estaban siendo servidos. Un tipo, con cola de caballo estaba haciendo todo lo posible. Dos miembros del personal vinieron a ayudar, no preguntaron quién era el siguiente y fueron directamente a la izquierda. Si es Happy hour pon más personal o al menos personal capaz.

Standard Costa experience. Nothing special

I used to frequent this café a lot but I've noticed a dramatic change in the environment. Never the same staff and always seem to be in training, they're all lovely but incredibly untrained and it makes me wonder if the new manager is doing their job correctly. It just seems as if morale is low and these poor untrained staff are left to deal with morning rushes on their own while their manager is off doing menial tasks when they could be helping out. Manager is also not a very nice person to speak to, looks to me like there's fake reviews in place to favour the manager when it's clear to other customers that they're a negative influence on the café.

The burger was absolutely gorgeous. Loved the menu and the topped fries but the fries were under cooked to the point that we left half of them. The staff were friendly. Would recommend booking because the bottom floor got filled quickly although I do believe there is a second floor.

Gran lugar para tomar un café y estudiar arriba, el personal muy amable que siempre está encantado de ayudar, especialmente una barista llamada Chloe dejó una gran impresión. Definitivamente volveré pronto : )

Have enjoyed their coffees and ice creams and had no problems. The staff were helpful. The service was efficient. For a small area on Quiet St, the layout was very good and a lot of work had gone into it.

Servicio muy amable y servicial, gracias, por lo tanto 2 estrellas hasta ahora, pero la comida era decepcionante, no... fue... impactante. Nunca, nunca ordenes su Rarebit galés... nunca. Un poco de pan frío con un luke - untar caliente de queso en la parte superior, apenas asado, ciertamente no ‘cocinado’, sin ensalada lateral, sin nada, solo un poco solitario de pan frío masticable de queso, pobrecita, se veía tan triste. Ok a solo £ 5. 75 que esperaban un almuerzo de 3 estrellas Mich, y sí debería haberme quejado directamente a quien estuviera a cargo, pero en realidad la gente que sirve era encantadora, un crédito para el equipo y no merecía mi decepción. Waitrose, mejor anima a tu Welsh Rarebit o hazte un favor y sácalo del menú.

Qué grosero hombre detrás del mostrador. No está interesado en tomar nuestro pedido. Di la vuelta y me fui. No recomendaría visitar este café.
