I frequent this establishment. It's my favourite Subway on the planet. The team here are amazing. They recognise me and can prepare my sub without me saying a word, Ty and Ruthwick are the best. If you're not sure what sub to go for, I highly recommend the Notorious BMT (no tomatos because tomatos are a dead ingredient) the chipotle sauce is like crack to me. Keep up the great work guys 😁🤙🏽

When is a £4.99 footlong not £4.99? When Subway put so many terms and conditions on it, so that you don't qualify and end up paying £7.99. Or in my case walking to a place that adopts better, clearer advertising! I visited my local Subway after seeing the billboard stating "Any Footlong for £4.99, Use the app." What it really meant... You can have the footlong as long and you download the app. Tell the app your details. Personal and Bank details. Agree to loads of junk mail / spam. To then get an activation code. Knowing the Terms and Conditions associated to them, is longer than the Magna Carter and declaration of independence, combined. OMG To be told that the said £4.99 footlong, isn't available to you, because the voucher, that you didn't know about, isn't valid yet. It may or may not be false advertising but it certainly is misleading. Ridiculous!

We ordered online, we were expecting a wait due to the busy Christmas markets but they were ready before we even arrived, best subway I think I’ve ever had, all 3 subs were full to the brim, the person on till was very kind and helpful! Thank you!

By far the worst subway I have ever endured. Appreciate Xmas markets were on, so has probably been busy, but upon arrival, there was food and wrappers all over the floor. (Customers should not be creating this litter anyway, but regrettably someone needs to clean it up) As I am type 1 diabetic and needed to eat, we just went with it. There were times whereby there were no customers in the shop and the three members of staff behind the counter were laughing and chatting, why wasn’t one of them cleaning up ?? One customer sat right at the front in the window was vaping all over the place and nothing was said to her!! Finally my partner was very ill the next morning and this is the only place we’d eaten in. Completely rotten, unprofessional and filthy. Shame as it has put us off subway for life

Second time in a row I’ve tried to visit at 8:30, half an hour before close. They are always closed for some made up reason. Ridiculous, don’t rely on them to be open when you need them

The time I went there (back in July) was terrible, I was in a 5-people queue for about 20 mins, and even got my friend's order wrong

Everytime when I want eat quick something I use Subway Sandwich 9 grain multiseed Chicken Tikka this choice nutrition for my self.

This subway team is very rude. They dont know how to make a good aubway wrap. I think its not worth it to spend 30 pound. They dont have chicken tikka available in the shop. They dont even know how to make nachos with nyc cheese. I am very disappointed

The 2 girls that were on till on the 24th September was amazing. I only caught one of the girls name which I believe was Leah? They really made our day, just before our visit to the Roman Bath. Brilliant team on Tuesday 9th August around midday. Three guys, two making sandwiches around early 20s and one younger on till. Genuinely all had incredible customer service - smiley, helpful, enthusiastic, upbeat. The queue was long and yet they all were high spirited, keeping morale up amongst the team, being welcoming to customers and serving everyone quickly. The guy on till taking his exams was friendly and chatty. Kudos to everyone as customer service isn't easy and the few times I've been to this store the team has always been top tier. Fantastic work. See who's on shift at that time as they should get credit. Impressed👏

Yet again (this is the second time this has happened) I requested and paid for 2 x bottled drinks but only received ONE! Very disappointing service from the Restaurant.

Asked for Tuna salad with no lettuce and got half a box of lettuce! Wanted peppers, red onions and sweetcorn and none was present. Ordered a Doritos Flamin' Hot sharer with Chilli Flakes, Crispy Onions seed mix and extra Jalepenos, and got none! Very disappointed.

So I went to here during my stay in Bath, two days in a row. And there is a reason, I love the service, the staff is very kind and helpful to me and to each other. The atmosphere in there is really lovely.

Ordered a footlong meatball and got a 6 meat one. Not to mention on the wrong bread. Sent the wrong crisps and they were open.

The atmosphere in that place is indescribably weird and eerie. Times stop when you enter. So does your 4g and your appetite. Felt confused snd then nauseous not helped by the server with hickies all over his neck. Would recommend for a once in a lifetime subway experience.

Bad atmosphere when we walked in, staff had ran out of everything including care it seemed, after working through the menu options that were available we eventually ended up being served stale bread and half the salad options chucked in with no care at this point into crumbling bread. We informed the staff then could hear them joking about it being made yesterday and discussing which nights on the weekend they would be going out on the p!ss. Worst Subway ever.

Went in on 07/03/22 at around 3:30pm. As soon as I walked in, this moth looking guy who’s apparently a “manager” stared me down, constantly made ridiculous facial expressions and refused to make my order that was down to my preference. I asked him nicely to add more sauce and more cheese before toasting. He would stand there and argue- I think he was just worried he would have to make that extra effort and wash the dish for the next customer! I visited this place quite often and no member of staff ever provided me as poor and shocking customer service as he did- absolutely, disgusting! Subway needs to be more careful who they hire as those type of people ruin reputation for their business.

Bread and fillings of both subs ordered were wrong. Not just one, but multiple paid extras missing from our subs too. In addition the snacks ordered were wrong, as well. Also, the order arrived 30 mins after the ETA.

Went on Saturday was meant to open at 10am was told at 10.05 they wasn’t ready, was waiting until 10:25am before have to leave so I could get to work .. always use subway and never again after this .. staff looked like they couldn’t care less, wasn’t in an rush or anything to open

When I got inside, all the staff came out & started poking my belly asking where all the pork pies had gone, then they put my hand in the microwave & decided to turn it onto full. However l, my hand smelt good after they used the chipotle sauce to help the burns, so 5 stars just for that.

Bath has lots of places and parks to visit. During summer time has lots of festivals and touristis. Great places to enjoy your coffee and lots of option for dinner. Also has pubs if you want to spend your night.

Nice staff, but the individual who served me couldn't tell the difference between jalapeños and tomatoes, they seemed confused at everything I said for some reason, and I can't be certain why, given we were both clearly born and raised in English speaking households. I suspect they may have partaken in some small amount of cannabis before their shift, which would explain them being so friendly. Other than that, a decent place, not as cramped as some Subways and while Subway's prices in general have worsened post-brexit, that can't be the fault of this place. Good place, better than a lot of the fancier places around Bath.

Larges flies on the food behind the counter. Fruit flies all around drinks machine. Drinks machine broken and staff unfriendly. Worst subway I've actually ever been to. Unreal.
