The driver lied and said Pizza Hut was busy, but when he accepted the order he arrived immediately so clearly didn’t swipe when he collected the order. Food was cold as a result and expect a large amount refunded!!

Ordered online, had notification to say it was delivered, called to check this as it hadn't been delivered. Was told abruptly not to worry it was coming, then phone put down on me. Food arrived eventually, but much later than advised on line.... shame really as this was misleading waited just under 1 hr for 1 pizza and 1 side and they forgot the dip....

Not a very good experience with this Pizza Hut at twice that I’ve used it and twice they do not listen to what you order and then when you go back, they tried to it charge you more money. All the cheese is sliding off of the pizza. The guy is very argumentative And would not had the correct toppings wanted me to pay for another pizza be warned.

Went to get pizzas as we came in bath as tourists, the place was really dirty , upon entering it was a window when you could look at the kitchen, horribly dirty too, the guy who came to get our order was wearing clothes who he didnt wash in ages as you could see, WE LEFT . Went to Papa Johns instead. Left happy .

Pizza seemed overcooked, couldn’t taste the cheese, not the best pizza I’ve ever had. In addition, trying to eat the thin crust broke a tooth.

Besides the missing toasted melts, the pizza was very nice!

Amazing pizza. Most fresh I have had. Taste is excellent and quality is insanse. Arrived piping hot. Staff needs training with phone calls however, as they can come off with having a tone. But one of the best fast food pizzas I have had

Was staying in Bath and fancied a Pizza, this place was walking distance from my hotel. Strolled down there, as i walked towards the door the man behind the counter who was wearing glasses was sat picking his nose and eating it in full view of the windows/door. Hasty retreat and went and found Nandos instead where their hygiene is a lot higher standard..... Unfortunately you have to give at least one star to be able to post a comment

Food was freezing was cooked when ordered then must of sat on the side until a driver got there had to bin food as won’t eat reheated chicken

Wrong order, rude service and bad attitude on the phone. Made a vegan pizza with standard cheese and a veggie supreme… which looked like this… absolute garbage do not waste your money.

I’ve only actually had 2 pizzas from these lot and the last one I had they didn’t even cut Didn’t let me order online before there closing time was only 5 mins but still before they closed call the restaurant for them to put me on hold for a few mins until they close to then tell me there closed , ( just say no instead of wasting my time)

Ordered for click and collect through the app, was given an estimated pick up time of 20 minutes and the food came perfectly on time. Pizzas were lovely and the pricing with the deals was reasonable for a lunch!

Used to be an effectively run little delivery restaurant but recently gone downhill in the last year. From orders not turning up, to staff being unhelpful, to rude delivery drivers, it's not worth it anymore.

Driver called said he was here I said we were a little further down the road and gave directions he hung up and website said delivered. We had issues finding it ourselves it's an air B&B so I understood it was a pain to find, went to the main road before he arrived to flag him down but no show....where is my food? Tried cancelling an order. Guy on the phone could barely speak English then told me I needed to cancel online even though online said I had to contact the Hut itself. Finally got contact online, 2 hours later they're telling me they're waiting for the Hut to reply so I can get refunded and they still have had no contact from them. Shocking.

I ordered a veggie sizzler but they sent me a pizza with MINCED BEEF on it. I'm a hardcore vegetarian. I've never eaten meat before and never would. Absolutely ridiculous. I called them and they said they'd send a replacement. I waited for an hour and called them again and they were very rude. They never apologised even once. I'll be sticking to Dominos from here on out.

If I could give a zero star review I would. I found a foreign object in my pizza last week when I ordered. I called the store to make them aware and I was offered another pizza. Unfortunately, we were passing through and I could return to do that. I was told I would be offered a full refund if I contacted head office, so I did. A waste of time doing that as I've been offered nothing but a generic sorry email. I won't ever order from here again nor a pizza hut restaurant. Lowsy and incompetent.

I hate garlic and I didn’t know it was going to be on the pizza. I couldn’t eat it.

The pizza and cookie dough was okay and but the wedges were dry and there was no cutlery available but the biggest issue I had was the door! There was no sign to "be careful". As I was leaving, the door swung back onto the back of my foot leaving a deep cut (it didn't stop bleeding for 2 days!) Please be careful when leaving this premises!

Terrible management and staff, no training and saw them answer a phone call then go make pizza without washing hands. A shame, Becuase Pizza Hut has good food, but this branch clearly needs to be shut down or changed

So there's new management I believe and you call to order and they always to tell you to call back in 5 minutes..why ? Then they tell you they have a new system and that's why I can't pay online so what can I do ? Something has happened here and the main pizza hut office need to take note because sales must have gone down in the last few months.

Just had the most overcooked burnt pizza ever but bizarrely absolutely covered in grease.

Ordered week before last. Pizza was cold and soggy, tasteless really. I love a Pizza Hut and was really disappointed. The driver was quite rude, explained I gave him the wrong address and no building name, checked the receipt he gave me and this had the whole address on. I called in, no answer. Emailed Pizza Hut for a refund, still to hear back. Not very happy

Everytime their driver ask you go out pass two street to take your oder, if you do not go the driver say : cancel your order then. For waiting 1 hour and even you paid £2 for delivery fee

Ordered through Pizza Hut app. Said 95 minutes estimated delivery. Got a call from the driver who said he was outside but it was too dark to see my house so asked me to come outside. I went out straight after and there was nobody outside on my street at all. Called the store to ask what happened and they refused to help me or send me another order even though they knew my order had been sent out and clearly gone to the wrong address. They explained that because it was through a third party I had to complain via email to customer services. I was very clear that I didn’t order through a third party for that exact reason and he still insisted that there was nothing he could do. So now I have no food and I’m down £40. Won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again!

If i could give no stars then i would! Absolutely awful! Ordered at 15.40 time is currently 18.29 and still no order! Expected delivery time was 16.20. Phoned to see where it was and apparently the driver lost my order! Phoned again to see where it was as its nearly 3 hours ago I've ordered and they have offered me a free drink as compensation!

It was 1 hour & 45 mins late & was completely cold & undercooked promised by manager a new delivery would b coming within 30 mins. But nothing arrived so all household walked 2 get hot fish & chips which was so nice,this was worst experience we have had & I expect a full refund & will post the whole experience as treated like dirt from so called manager

i never saw the car arrive and try to call you but it didnmt work and i couldn't talk to anybody. I waited 15 minutes more but i was to tired and went to sleep. My order was done by 9:45 and at 11:15 it still wasn't there. And i still paid 18 quid.

Took almost 2hrs to arrive, at which point food cold. When initially called 1hr after made order, was told it would be up to 15mins but took 45mins.

I decided to order a pizza from pizza hut over the phone the service was terrible the guy couldn't understand English I had to spell out my address & say my post code 3 times the quality of the pizza & garlic bread was the same you would buy from lceland for a pound which is rubbish I will never order a takeaway again
