Amazing pizza. Most fresh I have had. Taste is excellent and quality is insanse. Arrived piping hot. Staff needs training with phone calls however, as they can come off with having a tone. But one of the best fast food pizzas I have had

Was staying in Bath and fancied a Pizza, this place was walking distance from my hotel. Strolled down there, as i walked towards the door the man behind the counter who was wearing glasses was sat picking his nose and eating it in full view of the windows/door. Hasty retreat and went and found Nandos instead where their hygiene is a lot higher standard..... Unfortunately you have to give at least one star to be able to post a comment

Food was freezing was cooked when ordered then must of sat on the side until a driver got there had to bin food as won’t eat reheated chicken

The place is full of flys and the person was just on the phone instead of doing my order

Wrong order, rude service and bad attitude on the phone. Made a vegan pizza with standard cheese and a veggie supreme… which looked like this… absolute garbage do not waste your money.

Food has arrived with out the drink to go with it

I’ve only actually had 2 pizzas from these lot and the last one I had they didn’t even cut Didn’t let me order online before there closing time was only 5 mins but still before they closed call the restaurant for them to put me on hold for a few mins until they close to then tell me there closed , ( just say no instead of wasting my time)

Staff member was very rude, when collecting my order had to argue with him to get what I paid for

Ordered for click and collect through the app, was given an estimated pick up time of 20 minutes and the food came perfectly on time. Pizzas were lovely and the pricing with the deals was reasonable for a lunch!

Used to be an effectively run little delivery restaurant but recently gone downhill in the last year. From orders not turning up, to staff being unhelpful, to rude delivery drivers, it's not worth it anymore.

I waited 20 minutes just to order for collection the customer is not really great

Driver called said he was here I said we were a little further down the road and gave directions he hung up and website said delivered. We had issues finding it ourselves it's an air B&B so I understood it was a pain to find, went to the main road before he arrived to flag him down but no show....where is my food? I have driven 320 miles and shops are shut hence using your service

Tried cancelling an order. Guy on the phone could barely speak English then told me I needed to cancel online even though online said I had to contact the Hut itself. Finally got contact online, 2 hours later they're telling me they're waiting for the Hut to reply so I can get refunded and they still have had no contact from them. Shocking.

It was an ancient town. Full of limestone buildings.

Easy to order. Accommodating for collection. Practical. Will go the extra mile.

No issues as described in other reviews. The food was good, on time and reasonably priced. The only thing I had a gripe was the delivery tracker which wasn’t updated

I ordered a veggie sizzler but they sent me a pizza with MINCED BEEF on it. I'm a hardcore vegetarian. I've never eaten meat before and never would. Absolutely ridiculous. I called them and they said they'd send a replacement. I waited for an hour and called them again and they were very rude. They never apologised even once. I'll be sticking to Dominos from here on out.

Really hope I could give 0 star review! Worst Pizza Hut I have ever eaten! 45 minutes late , absolutely rubbish food. The most funny part is: the driver call me saying I gave them the wrong address, I gave him the exact same one again, somehow he found me! What a surprise!

It was fine but thinking back just thought I’d review

Delivery was 45mins late and me and my 5yo were waiting well past the time allocated. Called and was fed with rubbish, when I'd rather have been fed with the pizza that I ordered. Will never use these again

Large foreign object found in my pizza. Refused money back. Disgusting behaviour. Go to Dominoes instead!

If I could give a zero star review I would. I found a foreign object in my pizza last week when I ordered. I called the store to make them aware and I was offered another pizza. Unfortunately, we were passing through and I could return to do that. I was told I would be offered a full refund if I contacted head office, so I did. A waste of time doing that as I've been offered nothing but a generic sorry email. I won't ever order from here again nor a pizza hut restaurant. Lowsy and incompetent.

The order was missing 1x item (1x vanilla ice cream).

Food didn't even arrive and when I called pizza hut themselves, the food was ready but just eat hadn't even picked it up.

Slow service. Seemed like they had only 1 member of staff in store covering EVERYTHING! Even kept delivery riders waiting. Very poor Service. Would not reccomend using this branch

Called restaurant to ask where the food was and was spoken to rudely and told to contact just eat..and never received the food..disgusting service..

It tastes really really much better than expectation from the points. The pizza was so nice that even cured my broken heart after I ordered a disgusting pizza from another pizzeria. Pizza hut is amazing, it don't deserve such a low point. It should be higher. at least 4.5

We ordered a vegan pizza and it arrived with cheese on it. We had it re delivered after reporting the mistake and it again arrived with cheese on it. Disappeared and hungry

Missed a pizza from the order had to order again and wait. Just eat refunded which is a brilliant service but I feel the restaurant should have sent another one out as it was their mistake!

The order was missing 1x 500 ml 7-Up and extra mushrooms on the pizza.

I hate garlic and I didn’t know it was going to be on the pizza. I couldn’t eat it.

The pizza and cookie dough was okay and but the wedges were dry and there was no cutlery available but the biggest issue I had was the door! There was no sign to "be careful". As I was leaving, the door swung back onto the back of my foot leaving a deep cut (it didn't stop bleeding for 2 days!) Please be careful when leaving this premises!

Terrible management and staff, no training and saw them answer a phone call then go make pizza without washing hands. A shame, Becuase Pizza Hut has good food, but this branch clearly needs to be shut down or changed

Ordered a scheduled delivery for 9.30, hadn't heard anything by 9.40 so called up only to be told that it hadn't been cooked yet. Were then asked if we were coming to collect it. Good thing I hadn't had my insulin shot yet otherwise I could be dead

What a nightmare ordered my food. Paid for it They went to wrong address. And then the delivery guy started mouthing off telling me i gave them the wrong address. Rang pizza hut up Bath and he said. Next time i order give the right address. Absolutely disgusting customer service And will never again order anything from there again and will be letting all my friends the same Shocking treatment

So there's new management I believe and you call to order and they always to tell you to call back in 5 minutes..why ? Then they tell you they have a new system and that's why I can't pay online so what can I do ? Something has happened here and the main pizza hut office need to take note because sales must have gone down in the last few months.

Just had the most overcooked burnt pizza ever but bizarrely absolutely covered in grease.

Ordered week before last. Pizza was cold and soggy, tasteless really. I love a Pizza Hut and was really disappointed. The driver was quite rude, explained I gave him the wrong address and no building name, checked the receipt he gave me and this had the whole address on. I called in, no answer. Emailed Pizza Hut for a refund, still to hear back. Not very happy

Gave us 2 meat feast pizzas when we ordered the vegan beyond meat, we are vegetarian. Did nothing when we rang.

The pizza lacks sauxe in it, like only half of the pizza has sauce on it, bread looks overcooked

Everytime their driver ask you go out pass two street to take your oder, if you do not go the driver say : cancel your order then. For waiting 1 hour and even you paid £2 for delivery fee

Ordered through Pizza Hut app. Said 95 minutes estimated delivery. Got a call from the driver who said he was outside but it was too dark to see my house so asked me to come outside. I went out straight after and there was nobody outside on my street at all. Called the store to ask what happened and they refused to help me or send me another order even though they knew my order had been sent out and clearly gone to the wrong address. They explained that because it was through a third party I had to complain via email to customer services. I was very clear that I didn’t order through a third party for that exact reason and he still insisted that there was nothing he could do. So now I have no food and I’m down £40. Won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again!

If i could give no stars then i would! Absolutely awful! Ordered at 15.40 time is currently 18.29 and still no order! Expected delivery time was 16.20. Phoned to see where it was and apparently the driver lost my order! Phoned again to see where it was as its nearly 3 hours ago I've ordered and they have offered me a free drink as compensation!

Been here 8 mins and no ones at the counter or asked me about my order.

Great food, great service. They were more than happy to make some minor alterations to my order after forgetting to put them in the notes. Excellent customer service!

I went for collection and it took around 10/12 minutes to collect my pizza. Friendly and professional staff

It was 1 hour & 45 mins late & was completely cold & undercooked promised by manager a new delivery would b coming within 30 mins. But nothing arrived so all household walked 2 get hot fish & chips which was so nice,this was worst experience we have had & I expect a full refund & will post the whole experience as treated like dirt from so called manager

Awful. Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever used. Food was 20 minutes late for collection and one pizza was a different pizza to what I ordered.

i never saw the car arrive and try to call you but it didnmt work and i couldn't talk to anybody. I waited 15 minutes more but i was to tired and went to sleep. My order was done by 9:45 and at 11:15 it still wasn't there. And i still paid 18 quid.

Took almost 2hrs to arrive, at which point food cold. When initially called 1hr after made order, was told it would be up to 15mins but took 45mins.

I decided to order a pizza from pizza hut over the phone the service was terrible the guy couldn't understand English I had to spell out my address & say my post code 3 times the quality of the pizza & garlic bread was the same you would buy from lceland for a pound which is rubbish I will never order a takeaway again

Please issue me a refund I ordered - vegetable pizza and a side of potato wedges. About 20 minutes after my order was placed they rang me to say that they have no potato wedges - even after I paid for them. My order is over 2 hours late - I rang about an hour after placing the order and they said it will be with my in 20 minutes. 2 hours after placing the order I rang again - they put the phone down on me. I then spoke to someone - my pizza wasn’t even on its way to me. Terrible service. I’ve had no help. For 1 pizza that’s topped with vegetables - a 2 hour wait is unacceptable and no one has supported me to resolve the issue

We had to phone up twice to follow up on order, which was over an hour late. Not happy and would not order again!!!

After chasing this order scheduled for delivery at19:05, then finally amending delivery time to 20-05, the order was delivered at 21:00. I received 2 phone calls from possibly delivery persons but accents were unintelligible. This is not the first time we've had trouble with deliveries from here, and delivery people consistently seem not to understand the concept of the doorbell/buzzer and telephoning unnecessarily. We will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

Horrible pizza and horrible ignorance service

Pizza's were delicious, but delivery was 45 minutes past the latest indicated time. Had to chase and call restaurant in the end, food was on route and arrived.
