KFC Bristol - Keynsham in Bath and North East Somerset

This place drives me insane!! I really wish I didn't have to come here!!! ( Kids choice) The toilet was vile, no ice cream & they messed up my order yet AGAIN!!

I used the drive through but the lady who took our order and handed over the food gave us a smile and was very polite.

Friendly and efficient staff with good variety of food. Good value for money 💰.

Food took.over hour and a half was cold and half the order missing shockingly bad salad was something else terrible would not recommend

Had tower meal, it was sat on hot shelve for over 5 mins had to ask for it, when got in car the fries were cold, the chicken was dry and stringy and hash brown was just soft and mushy. Not happy n won't go back again.

Ordered takeaway Boneless Bundle last night through Uber Eats no drink. Last month ordered the same meal, no chicken dippers. Is it so hard to get an order right?

Ordered food in drive thru. Order partially fulfilled - chips missing. Not able to refund unless I return to restaurant with food or offered a new meal the next day. I do not want a new meal. I wanted a refund and I am unable to return to the restaurant. Shocking service and a complete waste of £30.

Great service came almost instantly lovely food some of the best fried chicken I've ever ate great chicken dinner although was £22 for both of us

The coffee machine wasn't working. The wings were cold and dry.

Ordered food online and came to collect but was given nothing as they apparently couldn't find my order and basically said go away. StFf was horrendous as well

Stood there for ten mins, no acknowledgement to us at all. Wasnt busy..... only two other people behind us. One worker busy brushing the floor, one playing on phone and one person packing food! Was filthy in there as well! Vile!!!!

Service was a bit slow for how quite it was, and like any big fast food outlet convenience wins over value for money.

Had a fun chat with one of the staff members called lee, he was very nice and his service was amazing, can see my self going back just because of the staff. food was great too.

When I had take away here, some of my order was not there and the large fries was really small ( smaller then I would expect of a small fries)

Very busy on a Saturday night. Took maybe 25 minutes for our food to be ready. Limited parking. Food was OK, but prices are going up and up

Piss poor service, over half hour wait, prioritising deliveroo and uber eats. Absolutely useless staff, service and food.

Need to check the opening times as it’s a bit hit and miss but chicken is always good staff are friendly enough so yes I would recommend

It's KFC....standard. The staff was friendly, food was ok, Signature chips are gross, and one of the pieces of chicken was tiny. It's £10 so I would expect a thigh as one at least.

The food is good but my friend bought a drink and some food and it turns out the service was so lossy to actually sort the food out that they put the drink in upside down causing all the food to get soggy. Ridiculous.

Been a couple of times, the restaurant is much cleaner than it was a year ago or so it’s better now! Food is hot fresh and tasty overall the experience is better than last time even on late night visit.

Didn't get what I ordered paid 25 for a meal and it was all wrong and cold

Sick as a dog all night, and this morning, I'm never ill, chicken in the fillet burger was ROCK solid, and was all I ate apart from coffee that day, you can just tell by the smell, the mess, and the employees t shirts, that this place will violate your insides,

Went through drive thru, got order wrong , went in to change it, manager was refusing to change it , very rude no customer service ,she did change our order in the end after a few minutes arguing

Food was cold, took ages to get food so could t be bothered to complain and wait again. Worst of all, staff just don’t seem to know what’s going on. Poor organisation

No Fizzy drinks available, which should have been noted on machines but wasn't told until you collected food.

We ate in. Food was hot and tasty. Staff did forget to give us our sweetcorn, but on asking apologised and quickly supplied it.

Only get takeaway but the chicken wing is good

Generous four stars but used to come here for lunch when working in the area occasionally. Pretty standard KFC but as its a bit out of the way it has a fairly chilled atmosphere.

Takes ages to get served at till even if staff are stood next to it wiping trays. Get order wrong and charged £7 to much. When I questioning it I was told in ordered the wrong thing with a roll of the eyes. Staff can't seem to understand the difference between " 3 piece original recipe deal please" and Colonel meal. Ends with "well do you want me to get the manager or not". Need to train staff in their menu and ability to talk to paying customers. An apology would have been all that was needed.

I was ashamed to be spoken to so rudely by the advisor at around 3:40pm on the 23rd of April Words can describe the way I feel after that he belittled me and made me feel small I hope they do something about that staff member honestly

I think I got mild food poisoning from eating chicken here, they gave us an extra portion of chicken that we didn't order, don't know what the mistake was for, because it couldn't came back after a drive through I took 1-2 bites of the extra chickens, but it felt so bad & old so I put it in the trash straight away, like the chicken was old and gave it to us because they want to get rid of it. Then I constantly feeling like vomiting all night. I'm really concerned about the hygiene of the staff here. An employee suddenly sneezing and walking around in the kitchen while others are preparing and packing food for customers, which is really not clean. In addition, the person taking the order really couldn't understand English which is not very professional. We had to repeat many times and she still gave us the wrong sauce. There were no tissues inside the bag, the drink they looked messy & dirty when we got it. The worst KFC ever.

Bucket of chicken was fine just no salt with chips

A very gloomy kfc, and the food was low end. On getting home I discovered that several of my extras (all paid for) had been missed out. Plus the chicken was hard and dry. Totally disappointed. Please cook fresh, it doesn't take long.

First time eating at this kfc. We were a family of 4. Firstly the cashier was ignorant. We had to repeat ourselves several times. Then our order arrived with missing items. All the chicken was raw and slimy and none of the food was hot. Took it back got a replacement but a very hesitant replacement. Put us all off our food so we didn't eat and left. Tables were dirty. This must be one of the worst kfcs ever. Hopefully I don't get food poisoning. Will be contacting HR.

KFC with the usual fare. Well cooked, tasty chicken but a tad stingy on the pre measured chips (as most fast food diners are IMHO). Clean inside. Parking outside. Fast service.

Never ate as there was a delivery lorry backed in the drive through! Brilliant for 1 o’clock dinner time!!

Absolutely awful. Never ever have I had such a disgusting meal. Chicken drumsticks were all different colours due to the freshness. 2 were cold, overdone and dry, one was almost anemic. Ordered 2 fries and 2 gravy and got 4 fries, no gravy! Avoid fellow chicken eaters, fingers crossed I do go down with food poisoning.

Dirty inside, table were all dirty only one other family inside dining, staff are ignorant and rude for order was simple and wrong and cold! No Appoligie passed new food, and staff walked away! Plus the other lovely family who were there also had many problems and were bot happy with the quality of service! 21st Feb 24!!!

Quite KFC but food was good and came out last

Not a great visit and unlikely to use again. I have contacted KFC direct and compensation received. Self service on and not working, discovered at payment screen. Server did not understand what a white coffee was.

It's a KFC. It serves hot chicken!

Spent 5 minutes ordering on the self serve machines to be told at the end they are not working and we had to order at the till. Was empty in there so no excuse for that. Krushem machine not working, standard. “New” chips are just as horrible as the old ones but with an odd seasoning. Toilet was dirty, tables needed wiping. Not sure why an internal interview was taking place in the main restaurant? Hot wings and popcorn chicken were good, wraps decent.

Food was good, although just warm. Customer service was appalling, order was wrong and everyone was too rude and unwelcoming, wouldn't go there again.

I don't know about the food, but I wouldn't mind getting that Debbie for lunch. I mean, have you seen her a$$? I could feast on that for hours.

Worst staff ever Went in 9" o'clock , wouldn't let us eat in "because they clean at 9:30 and close at 10"

Ordered to eat in and did table collection but they did not deliver to our table although the staff were delivering to other tables. The lid was not put on my drink properly so spilled everywhere and burnt me. Staff were unhelpful will not be eating at that branch again. Well we tried again today and the chicken was very dry like it had been left under a heat lamp all day.

I ordered over £25 worth of food via the KFC app which wss never delivered, when i turned up to the store I was told by Faizan who told me he was the duty manager that this is a common problem however there is nothing we can do and we will have to contact uber eats directly even though this was ordered through KFC Faiaz was berry rude and dismissive and even said he knew it was KFC fault but still told us to leave without Giving us a realistic option yo receive either our food or the money we paid for it. Verry poor service will never use again

This KFC is similar as the others. Food has the same, good, high standards, the typical KFC experience. Parking is okay. Atmosphere was good. We visited there just before 4pm. Atmosphere was good, not busy at all. Staff was polite, helpful and friendly. Generally good experience. Because it was not peak time the whole experience and atmosphere was slightly better. It was easy to find a seat, everything was great.

The food is good as you'd expect from KFC. The restaurant is usually untidy with dirty tables and food on the floor. If you're lucky, you'll find an empty, clean table. I dont think the staff get much time to clear up after the inconsiderate clientele. We usually manage to get parking in the small car park.

Ordered on app 20 minutes before arriving but order not reached them & had to wait 15 mins before the branch received it.

Filthy toilets, filthy seats, manager was cleaning the tables by bare hand and no tissue or cloths which was quite disgusting. Food was good though, so I would recommend take away rather than dine in.

Hit and miss here, sometimes can have an accurate order other times it's wrong, same with food temperature or freshness even at peak times

Disgusting. The ladies toilets smelt vile. Not surprising considering how filthy they were. Imagine the cleanliness of the kitchen!

As mentioned in other reviews, service is generally pretty terrible here. I've visited a few times, and they've always got my order wrong. When you go to complain at the counter the staff pretty much ignore you. So wouldn't recommend I'm afraid!

You buy for produse and they forgot to put in the box . Very poor quality.

Small KFC compared to most. All of the self order machines were broken and the whole time we were there no one put out a sign so constantly customers were using them only to get to the end and nothing happen! The toilets were disgusting and didn't look as though they had been cleaned for a very long time, toilet roll holder and the hand dryer were broken with no other way of drying your hands.

Had to complain as ordered 2 all stars boxes but only got half the chicken expected!!

Really disappointed. I love a good KFC and this was awful. Staff were clearing the rider screen so you doing know if your order had gone through or not then seemed annoyed when you checked. There was no chicken ready (you literally have one job...) and when it came out it was overcooked. But with cold chips. An item was missing from my order which I frankly couldn't be bothered to raise as the place was so disorganised. Worst experience I've ever had at KFC.

Very dissatisfied and the staff were very rude and i had to repeat myself over again and they still got my order wrong on the intercom .The man proceded to spit on the bucket as I paid for my order or that's what it looked like to me ,needs a chat with trading standards KFC is not value for money anymore , very upset with the standard of service and disrespect from staff.

Touchscreens not working but no sign that said so until you went to pay, 1/2 tills broken and only accepting cash on the other. Food was lukewarm at best when we got it, I can see why people just go to McDonald's. How can this place run when it's like this on a Saturday afternoon

Arrived at 9.30pm on a Saturday evening and the place was shut.....Google days closes 11pm, quite disappointed

They kept me waiting. The screens to order the food were switched off. There is hardly anything for vegetarians and Gluten Frees. There was no Ice cream.
