Starbucks--Old Bond Street in Bath and North East Somerset

Lovely staff, fast service and good value for money with the Starbucks app. Very pleased and will be back

Visité la cafetería Bath los pasteles estaban rancios, pero la mayor parte de mi bebida era asquerosa, fue después del segundo intento. Habiendo viajado por todo el país parando en numerosos Starbucks, este es claramente el peor. El café parece sucio también. Actúen juntos para la bondad segura?

Razonablemente buen café y personal. El gusto constante que obtienes en Starbucks en todo el mundo. Estaba relativamente vacío cuando estuve allí, lo cual me pareció un poco sorprendente.

¡Maldición, esto era necesario con el cambio de clima! El té latte estaba delicioso y el muffin delicioso! ¡Gracias por calentarnos!

Tengo una pantalla blanca aquí regularmente y el personal siempre atento y generalmente feliz. El café siempre ha sido satisfactorio para mí.

As always, great morning coffee - but with a bonus! English cream for our coffee. I could have drank the cream itself - fresh and delicious!

En todos los locales del mundo de esta cadena..en general los locales son bellos, los hay mejores...oj, ahora se impone lo de reciclar antiguos edificios y dejarlos tal como eran y adentro "meter un local bien decorado" pero...la verdad, hablando de café no ....tome mejores café en los Seven Eleven que ahi..perdon..

The staff here were very accommodating. We needed a quick break and ducked into here as it was close by to where we were going and needed a restroom. They were clean and private. A nice place to grab a quick bite or drink.

Walks for that Starbucks everytime I pass by Oxford street,might be old and not that big ;but so cozy and quite,specially in winter days grabs a coffee and take a long walk just to enjoys the decorations beside that place.love it!

No es la mejor tienda de café. Era oscuro y los inodoros estaban nefasto algunas barras y azulejos eran gruesas con polvo y la suciedad. Simplemente fue una decepción y le recomendamos que busque en otro lado. El lugar estaba lleno y el personal funcionaban rotundamente

Nice cup of coffee but the service was slow as the staff seemed overwhelmed with the number of guests queuing mainly tourists

Felt only pity for the good lady making the drinks offering sincere apologies for the delays in orders. Colleague who did finally arrive alas poured the first drink over the counter that further slowed up proceedings...Hoping and sure it was all resolved by the time more staff started their shift....

Bellissimo! Arredamento moderno e accogliente, personale simpaticissimo! L'unica pecca forse è che non ci sono i menù al tavolo ma bisogna leggere dei cartelloni sopra al balcone appesi al muro... ma comunque favoloso!

I logged on to TripAdvisor to add a review to the Avon Street Starbucks but its not on here, so I'll air my concerns here. This Starbucks is opposite the Guildhall and is really nice, staff are friendly, its recently had a bit of decorating but the toilets still have room for improvement. Overall the cafe is one of my top choices in Bath. You know what you're getting in Starbucks and there's plenty of choice.

It was our first visit to Starbucks in Bath. It was extremely busy but the hot drinks appeared quickly and we managed to get a seat. The free wifi was a bonus!

A great find in bath on a hot day. I love starbucks frappucinos and even more so on a hot day. We ordered a frappucino and a hot chocolate. Clean and friendly staf.

Popped in, spent fortune on family of 6. The toilets were grim. Sat outside next to a local man nursing a mug of coffee who didn't take one sip in half hour.

I never go in here unless I'm desperate and everytime they outdo themselves on the rubbish scale! The seating is horrendous, loads of little tables and chairs crammed next to each other, it's always dirty with crumbs and cups everywhere but strangely it's always jam packed with people. What I don't understand is why they have this huge bar thing in the middle of the shop and shelves of merchandise taking up loads of room when they could put more chairs and tables in (which they clearly need). Upstairs the tables and chairs are all higgledy piggledy and it's a really uninviting and ugly setup. Not cosy at all. Anyway the last 2 times I visited I was drawn in by their over priced Christmas drinks ( I never learn) and both times they managed to mess up my order and attempt to overcharge me resulting in complaints to head office both times. Don't even think about using the toilets. Avoid at all costs!

I really enjoy a cup of Pike Place brewed coffee from Starbucks... Living in Sweden were we have only a hand full of Starbucks, I sure go in and order the same blend of coffee were ever I am in the world. Even in Egypt I got a pike place and a slice of Lemon drizzle cake. In the average Starbucks shop, usually there is a newspaper a sofa and most if not all offer free wifi internet. All those things are standard...But why is often or not the biggest down fall is hygiene this is this shops biggest down fall, great staff great coffee and great cakes but very very dirty. The up stairs soft chairs and tables are terrible the floors are to dirty even for rats to eat off. I'll take my business to somewhere else down the road. Because when I asked a member of staff to clean the table she asked if we could clean it because she was busy, being a week before the christmas rush.

Visited over Christmas and would never have reviewed a Starbucks - they are all the same. However, this one stood out for being extremely dirty! It adnt particularly busy, but the plentiful staff seemed too preoccupied to tidy away empty mugs and sweep away crumbs. It was overall, a grubby place and not a nice experience.
