Staff was friendly. Place was FILTHY: dirty mugs, tables not wiped, sofa chairs dirty and covered in food residues, floors with HOLES! Today they served me on take away cups and I had to eat my cake out of a bag... on a table that wasn't clean. When I asked for a plate they said no. My tiramisù latte didn't have the syrup in or the savoiardo that should come with it. Didn't even asked me if I wanted the cream on top. End of.

Bellringer was fresh & tasty. Seemed like a group of locals. We were there early so was pretty tame but looked lively later on. Seriously though, Bell Ringer was delicious. Ps, just ordered up some Bellringer for home delivery.

We stopped by The Provenist on our last trip to Bath. The staff were extremely welcoming and the food, incredible. We decided to share a few of the salad options and the quality of everything we ate, was top-tier. I think it says a lot about a place when theor standard salad options are so flavourful, that we were fighting over the last forkful. The very friendly staff also brought over a glass of prosecco each and some smaller side dishes as an additional treat - very kind! I see other reviews suggesting the food is overpriced but if you want quality food and good service you have to pay a bit of a premium... Well worth it in our eyes.

This is a lovely place to visit. The interior is great and there were lots of real Xmas trees and decorations. The food was ok. I was expecting slightly better for the prices they charge. However the friendly service and atmosphere make it a good place to go. My husband had the chicken with nduja butter and it was a really small bit of chicken. It tasted nice but wasn't enough. I had the chicken schnitzel which was lovely. The starters were small but nice. The banana waffle my husband had for pudding was very good.

I'm not keen on places that are totally self-service to order food & this isn't a cheap burger place. However the burgers we ordered were well cooked & delicious & I was impressed with the olive fries. My 1st ever visit to this franchise but happily eat from there again

Christmas eve but no Christmas spirit here. The first thing server said was 'we close in 30 minutes.' She proceeded to be quite inpatient and unfriendly and kept repeating herself - is that all. She then delivered half our order which was only 2 coffees, 1 tea (weirdly salty), and cake. Then she started offering free food to a man, packing it all up for him and telling him it all had to go. When I asked about my tea and cake she said I've only got one pair of hands! Having paid £17 for this i am disappointed to say the least.

The Chinese restaurant near the train station offers Cantonese, Northeastern and Sichuan cuisine! My friend and I ordered the pickled fish and beef brisket pot and egg fried rice, which cost less than 20 pounds per person. All three dishes are very good~ The egg fried rice looks very ordinary but tastes very fragrant. I showed off a few bowls with my friends😆😆 The pickled fish is a big plate and very fragrant~ The beef brisket pot is also very good. I am a Cantonese man and am ecstatic🤗🤗 All in all A very treasured store, highly recommended!
