Chatime is the best place in Bath to get a drink, the range of products is big and the staff are friendly. Easy 5 star, would definitely come back.

Had a Brown Sugar Classic Milk Tea…terribly BLANK did not taste tea, brown sugar nor milk…yet it did not come with the bubble which we went for. Very disappointing. A waste of money. £4.90 could get something much better

milk tea was ACTUALLY pre good unlike Chatime in Australia which tastes like bath-water (AHAHHAAHHAHAHA GET IT?? GET IT?)

Attempted to buy some tea here, but the tablet ordering system could not process my order. It could however, process my payment. Twice. On requesting a refund I was put on a call with the "manager" on the server's personal phone who said the refund would follow shortly. 24 hours have passed and still no refund. Avoid, as there are plenty of other bubble tea venues in Bath, who will take and serve your order.

Amazing. Went to the Bath Christmas Market this evening, went to Bubble Ci-Tea, though it was closed. Came across Chatime and very glad I did. Amazingly priced. Great service and the place is nice. I reccommend if you’re in the area.

I ordered a large roasted tea latte and it was disgusting. It looked like he just added milk to their roasted milk tea. I did not taste or see the actual tea. I am used to tea lattes with a pure brewed tea and a small layer of milk poured on top. I felt like I was drinking milk + sugar + creamer. It was the first time I had to toss a drink after several sips.

A very central spot where you can find a good variety of delicious bubble teas! The waiter was very kind and helpful. If the weather is nice you can enjoy your tea while hanging around the city center.

Older, middle aged woman was abusive towards staff. Don’t know if she’s the manager or owner but I would reevaluate how you train your young staff. Younger staff clearly looked uncomfortable being around her.

One of the more authentic bubble tea places in Bath. They have a wide selection of toppings beyond tapioca such as egg and milk pudding. The only minor downside is that they do not offer dairy alternatives, something I do hope they would reconsider as some of their competitors do.

The taste of the tea is really really good but every time I ask for less ice I still end up with 4 oz of ice...... High prices are ok but not when you're paying half the money just for frozen water, very frustrating......

I ordered the mango green tea and it was amazing, service was great the workers were polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend this spot to anybody who would like to try bubble tea.

It's clearly a new store but offered great tasting bubble tea as you would expect from any reputable store. There is limited seating inside which I didn't make use of but it seemed good enough to sit and enjoy a small drink. Staff were super friendly and I enjoyed my drink!

A new shop. Which has decent taste and good flavour. Certainly recommend. Ave drink is 4.9£ to 4.5£ V had 4 diff drinks and the total bill was 20£ approx

4 of us visited The Christmas Spectacular Burlesque Show Friday 20th Dec 2019 , We all had 3 course meal , with wine and Beers . The entire show apart from the opening act was more suited to a teenage audience . No Burlesque whatsoever . Not a stocking or suspenders in sight . The act with a soft toy dog was awful . A completely disappointing night out, that we had been looking forward to .

Popped in for a coffee and my husband ordered a latte which I tasted. It was the most bizarre tasting latte we have ever drunk, it tasted fizzy like it had been carbonated! I told him to complain but he couldn't be bothered! The baby changing facilities had no soap which is not great after you've changed a little ones nappy. Disappointing.

We were looking for somewhere to eat for a quick lunch with our 2 year old granddaughter after a trip to the theatre. I had done some research, and the menu looked very suitable. I ordered a salad, my husband ordered the meal deal with soup and a panini plus some chips, and my granddaughter chose beans on toast. The server seemed unaware that the children’s meals and meal deal included a drink (and they did not have the fruit shoot for the children’s menu). My salad came first, and was quite acceptable, but it turned out it should have gone to the next table. The panini and beans on toast eventually arrived (granddaughter was getting very hungry by then),but we never did get the soup or chips, and my husband was very unimpressed by the panini. We did not bother to complain, as our granddaughter was getting tired and we had to get home. Very disappointing!

Visited on a Saturday lunchtime and noted it was very quiet for city centre eaterie, and with good reason it appeared. The atmosphere was non existent, staff seemed a bit surprised to be there and food took ages to arrive which was surprising as we only ordered a Panini and soup! The 6 pound "deal" ( Soup, Panini and a drink ) seemed quite encouraging until it appeared you only got half a Panini ( this needs to be pointed out on the menu as it's very misleading). My Panini on the menu boasted of "cheese and red onion marmalade", in reality I got cheese and 3 sorry looking shreds of red onion all bunched together at the end of my Panini. Not red onion marmalade in my book! Oh well, learnt our lesson, will not be eating here again!

Really poor family lunch experience. When our food came one dish was missing altogether and the hollandaise on the eggs benedict was separated and had to go back to the kitchen. Ordered an egg mayonnaise sandwich to replace the benedict to avoid delay (might as well have not bothered because it took ages) and shared other food to make up for the missing dish. When it did come i guess we had the chef's revenge - never seen it before but the sandwich was made up of the end slices of a loaf turned inwards to disguise it - simply dreadful! We were offered one free drink - not even one each - as compensation (which we didn't want) and the sandwich was taken off the bill - can't imagine what less they could do to say sorry.

I went to Komedia in Bath last Saturday not expecting much for £20, but boy was I wrong! We had 3 comedians, two of the three were excellent and Jarred Christmas was hilarious as compère. After that it turned into a night of Motown and soul. Can't wait to go again!!

The comedy nights here are great! Well worth a visit. You usually get 3 acts a night, usually random people you haven't heard of but are of really good quality. Great way to find a new act. With a comedy ticket you also get free access to the Motown club night after ward. Great atmosphere. Check out Groupon as they sometimes offer deals for comedy and meal combo for a reasonable price. Worth it if you're unsure / 1st timer.

We booked tickets to watch the Rory Bremner - Party Political show and had a great time. We parked in the Southgate shopping centre car park which for nearly all day cost us about £10.00 which I thought was great value for a city centre car park like Bath; I was expecting parking to cost us much more. On arrival at the venue we were not on the list despite booking through SEE tickets, the staff let us in once we showed them the printed tickets I had and added us to the list. We had balcony seats and were advised that there was a smaller stocked bar upstairs as well as a larger more well stocked bar downstairs, this made getting drinks easy in the intervals and the queues were not too bad either time we stocked up. The seats were comfortable and the view was great, the toilets were clean which is about all you can expect from a venue during a busy show. The theatre itself was clean and well looked after, all in all we had a great experience and I'd be happy to recommend a visit.

Its a nice little theatre. Came here to see Rory Bremner... The ground floor bar is the best, more choice and better chance of being served... Upstairs seating was comfortable and good view of the stage, not too far away... Not enough loo's and very small....

First time visit to the comedy club and was pleasantly surprised. Three acts plus the compare, all very different and all funny. The food is basic burger and chips fare, but of a good standard. The downside was the drinks in plastic glasses, which considering the amount of stag/hen parties in there made sense, so if you are in this group the club element after the comedy will suit you. Personally we wanted something different so didn't hang around.

I've been here on a number of occasions, mostly to see live music. The sound is terrible, although I believe a lot of that is down to the acoustics in the building rather than the shortcomings of the sound crew. Security staff were really rude and unnecessarily aggressive, and their advertising is completely random, surely just a chronological listing of events would be better

The whole experience was great. We went for food and a night of comedy and had a great night. To start with the venue is excellent. I believe its an old listed building that used to be a cinema. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was very good. I had the fish pie and it was delicious and a decent size. The comedy was brilliant. I would recommend komedia to anyone

I regularly meet NCT friends here all with babies as the service is friendly and very helpful (staff rushing over to help hold doors etc), the food is great (I recommend the chocolate brownie in particular!) and the area for children to play on the floor makes chatting to friends a lot more relaxing than trying to entertain them on laps/in highchairs etc.

Popped in for a light lunch. Used this place as we had a grandchild with us and it was very convenient as we had plenty of room and could change the baby in the toilet. Also a nice touch that they had a child's play area. Staff were very polite and helpful but unfortunately the food wasn't very good. I had a very dry bacon bap that came with nothing else and my wife's egg dish wasn't too good either. Both were also like warm, as were the coffees. Not that cheap either. A shame as it's a lovely venue.

We had lunch here on a Thursday and were the only ones in the restaurant at first. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. We enjoyed a panini with chips and coleslaw which we shared then a delicious crepe each. I can recommend the toffee-apple crepe!! We will certainly be eating here again.

It's a great club with a good vibe. The drinks are fairly priced for bath. However it's not acceptable to pay £15 for a ticket then have to queue an hour to enter the venue despite everyone having a ticket. There shouldn't be any capacity issues as tickets are issued before entry. It's really not fair to pay for an event and only attend half of it due to standing in a cold rowdy queue for an hour. Really not impressed, sort out your system......Especially as they kick you out 15 minutes before close

Booked the early bird offer of 3 course meal. Comedy night then night club. Arrival well organised shown to table, good spot for bar and stage. Food was ok but some in party disappointed, not very hot food. Acts of the night were good. Dancing the night away to cheesy music excellent.

Spicy bean burger for one and Komedia club beef burger for the other; both vegetarian and meat eater happy... and the chips, they were absolutely amazing ... and HUGE !!! Totally full after eating just left the choice of enjoying the comedy for the night.Definitely somewhere i'd be more than happy to eat at next time we visit Bath... Possibly for the comedy festival 2016?

We wanted to do something slightly different this year for our office Christmas outing and a colleague suggested Komedia, so we booked it back in August to take advantage of cheaper tickets for the Ministry of Burlesque on the 16th December. Now having read some of the reviews on Trip Advisor, after we had booked, I was a little nervous about what the food/service would be like, but I have to say, that I was very pleasantly surprised.The food was served promptly, without being hurried and it was really delicious, everyone on our table was really happy with what they had ordered.The show after was great fun, really entertaining and professional, we had a fabulous time and it was really good value for money.

Friendly staff, mostly organic and locally sourced ingredients, a cozy and child-friendly cafe with lots of activities on top of their comedy theatre programmes!

lunch with wife, had a mammoth sandwich ad eggy bread for dessert, was top drawer, good wine list, light and airy, staff more than welcoming would recommend for a healthy lunch

We were really looking forward to a night of dancing and reliving our youth! It was cheap to get in after a 45 minute queue - once in it was really hot and there were large line ups at the bar. The dance floor was packed with no opportunity for much movement. We got shoved and pushed a lot - somehow imagined the crowd would be mixed ages but was largely made up of students. While this was not a problem we had gone to dance and enjoy the music but we're shoved into a small space. The music was good, great to see so many students enjoying Motown but we would look for a different experience next time. Nice idea just a little disappointing.

What a fantastic night! Comedy, food and table service. We love comedy but were new to this venue. Opting for the meal and ticket was a brilliant choice. We had a great table for the food/show and drinks orders were taken from our seats too! The menu was wonderful, a welcome surprise when packages often dumb-down food quality. None of that here; the three meals we ordered were all of a very high standard- pork with perfect crackling, beef bourginion with a rich sauce and a blue cheese tart with local produce...don't miss the triple cooked chips! All the staff from the door to the waiting staff were incredibly helpful. The comedy acts themselves were a great mix and you did in fact need a break between each one to relax from the laughter! Hats off the the really top class compare for the night- a brilliant comedian himself who constantly kept the audience engaged. We will definitely be making Krater comedy nights a regular visit from now on! Thanks Komedia!

A great night out! Food was amazing! Staff we're happy, polite, friendly and efficient! Acts we're great fun and left us with sore jaws from all laughter! A beautiful building a fab night out couldn't recommend enough!

Visited for comedy night and had 'VIP' menu - great food (pork belly was great with top crackling!!). Well worth a night out.

Will admit we didn't try the food but visited with work colleagues for the comedy club and had a blast. Three superb acts, a hilarious M.C and our whole group had a great time. Not the first time I've visited for comedy and will definitely be returning.

I love older venues and had been given some tickets to a special event. It does have that old comedy club kind of feel so that was kind of nice. But it is a bit run down and they crammed seats in that if you are an average size person, you can't get out to go to the toilet if you have to! Food was average (but what do you expect in a place like this). I did like the location and staff was friendly. I will go back if I happen across another event there, but I probably won't seek anything out specifically because of the venue. Drinks were good.

We stopped off here to see what was on and were surprised to find that Rich Hall tickets were still available. We bought 2 tickets and were offered a food deal by the very polite and friendly staff member. The venue itself was grimy in that metal nightclub way (which I loved!) and the sound wasn't great but Rich Hall was a blast! The only let down was the food. I was not expecting there to be only 4 dishes available. My husband opted for the beef buerginon which he said was the best he'd ever tasted. Unfortunately I can not say the same for my choice of mushroom risotto, which was really bland and virtually inedible. We will return for a future event but I would not reccommend going for the meal deal!

Attended a hen party, unfortunately didn't realise that you are expected to sit at your table, not talk and not answer the comedian back if they ask the audience a question i.e. are you all having fun. One of our party went outside for a cigarette and wasn't allowed back in, it was only when we realised she hadn't returned we found out, because we complained that this was not acceptable we were all asked to leave. I wrote to complain to the club management but they didn't even have the curtesy to reply back, avoid at all costs if in a larger party, they will take your money in advance then find an excuse to throw you out

I love this place but made the mistake of eating at it last week before the very good Mark Watson gig. I had the Fish Pie of which I ate a little but returned to the kitchen as it was cold and tasteless, even after I'd doused it in salt and pepper. Cold fish pie is seriously not nice! I was offered a free dessert, which I declined figuring this 'chef' had offended me enough for one evening. I was not offered a refund for my uneaten, inedible 'meal'. My partner had the Beef Bourguignon, equally cold and tasteless but he was hungrier than me so ate it all. I was sick for 24 hours, my partner for 48. Seems to me that the food is all pre-cooked - not necessarily on the premises, and microwaved to order but not heated up to a safe temperature. I wonder how many others were ill after that night.I will go back to the venue.They put on some top gigs. The venue is small enough to be intimate but big enough to pull in some big comedy names, and the bar is well stocked - even if it takes an age to be served. But I will never eat there again, not so much as a bar snack.

Nice enough place but a few things let it down and prevent it being a great place The Bar staff look straight through you rather than serve you of you are aged over twenty five. We nearly put out a missing persons alert for our menfolk as they were over half an hour being served... Don't be fooled into buying a pitcher of Cider, its foul, totally disgusting, tastes like poor quality cider watered down with soda water!! Just Horrible! The sound quality (we were on the balcony) was muffled so you didn't hear everything the acts were saying which spoiled things slightly. The Compere and two of the acts whose names i didn't catch were pretty good but the "headliner" Ninia Benjamin was beyond awful. If she was playing a free gig in my garden I would go out rather than hear it! My Tips would be... go in a big group, get drunk and sit in the table seats
