Joshua was my server he was amazing and offered to bring me tap water and was very accommodating.

I popped in there a couple of times the last few days. The guy serving was fantastic and the burrito was very good. One complaint- why do they only serve halal chicken? There is no torture free alternative. I’d also question why a British, predominantly Christian country, has halal as a default anyway?

Today I was in with a friend and we got a burrito… the staff were very accommodating and lovely especially Zac thank you for making our day!!

Wow wow wow! I’ve been to tortilla before but the service yesterday was above and beyond, I was served by a lady called upoma and she made me feel so welcome, it was clear she was the manager as she was delegating tasks whilst ensuring I was enjoying my meal and thanking me as I left the store. Would definitely recommend this for an easy quick cheep dinner

I’ve been to other tortillas before but particularly this store is so good! Quick service, Warm food, staffs are attentive and friendly! They checked on us while we were enjoying the food! Big thumbs up!

Ate just after 12pm on a Saturday. We were able to order straight away and food was ready quickly. Food was delicious and great value for money. When we left, at about 12.30pm, it was very busy.

Went there yesterday (27th Oct) later on in the evening. A worker named Zac was really understanding and helpful with my disabled daughter's ordering. A RARE FIND NOWADAYS! Not only is the quality of the food amazing, that person has created a repeat customer as i shall return!

There were 4 workers in the kitchen/ prep area when we visited. 3 must have been cashiers because only one was making food. We were the only customers there and it took 10 minutes for her to start our order. Food had good flavor but the burritos fell apart and weren't wrapped tight at all. And the drink cooler was off so a nice warm soda or beer to wash down our meals... Maybe we picked a bad day to visit?

Love the food when I come here even as a vegetarian. Good flavours and good levels of spice and very relaxed environment for you to chill. Lovely staff, Patrick was lovely enough to assist me with my pushchair and helping me feel comfortable! I’d add a photo of the food but it was gone fast 😂

I went to the restaurant to pick up the order and I waited for half an hour until the manager told me that I have not received the order ticket then after half an hour I looked at the order field and the order was already made but the manager did not give me the order. You talk to your manager and teach him manners equally I request your management

Lovely food. Diabolical service, and expect very very long waits with kiosks that’s don’t work….. 😄 The staff do their best, but every order in busy times is at least 20 mins!

Normally I really enjoy this chain. But this branch was poorly run. Food had burnt bits in. Staff told me to use a machine then served someone else directly who arrived after me. I was kept waiting for my food, while those arriving after got served who hadn't used the machine to order. Partly probably because of being under staffed. Party just staff not serving customers.

how you can work in a burrito shop and not know how to wrap a burrito properly.. stop relying on the foil to hold it together.

Always like the food from Tortilla. Absolutely hate the new kiosk system. It wasn't overly busy but was asked to use it anyway. It's noticeably slower to get your food, I don't think I've ever waited so long. Also increases the margin for error, I don't understand why you'd have staff checking ingredients from a printed list instead of just telling them as they make it. A totally unnecessary extra step that only served to detract from service, increase wait times, and margin for error Update: 3rd Oct, service is even slower

Look, I don't have a problem with staff looking at their phones when they've got a moment. I don't have a problem with staff laughing together and having banter in-between serving customers and when serving customers, in fact I prefer it and it adds to the atmosphere. But having phones out, chatting and laughing and ignoring me while my burrito was laid unfinished and going cold so you could read text messages and joke around is not ok. There were three staff members all messing around and getting in each others way. One staff member was actively putting her phone in the way of the woman making my burrito, to make her look and read whatever it was. Not one of them were phased by me standing there, watching and waiting for them. The woman making my burrito would start reaching for the next ingredient then get distracted and start laughing and messing around. She took ages to add each thing. I was the only customer waiting for an order and they could have easily waited until I had it before continuing their conversation. I had a train to catch and it was really rude to make me wait just so you could mess around and chat.

I love a good burrito/burrito bowl and will always go to tortilla for one. But on 14/09 i ordered a burrito and it took 28 minutes to be ready. I was waiting around and they hadn't told me they were waiting for the pork to be cooked but didn't offer me another meat option until i had gone up and asked. I expect better from a chain especially when it was not busy, they could've offered some compensation or apologies, or let me know there will be a wait.

i usually love this place but after my experience today, i don’t think i’ll go back for a while. I ordered a burrito and tres tacos, which was £18, and it took 25 minutes! and then when i got the food, it was cold/lukewarm at best, and the burrito was very soggy. they also forgot my tortilla chips. really disappointed.

Wonderful but busy experience on 21/9. Very busy had to wait around 9 minutes for my order but the food was wonderful and while flustered the staff were friendly and approachable

Horrendous experience. Over crowded , understaffed , unclean and would not recommend anyone to go here. The food was mediocre , long waiting times and unfriendly.

All 3 burritos was cold and tasteless...had to open them up and put in microwave to warm up ...took another couple of bites and put in bin....never order again from here

I ordered a naked burrito. Which is basically a bowl. The prices were good and service was really helpful. The restaurant has an easy location in the city center. You order at the counter and they will let you choose the ingredients.

Staff were sooo lovely to serve us even though we got there minutes before closing, especially Charlotte who was an absolute superstar and made us some wonderful wonderful burritoes!!!

I cannot recommend this place enough! You can customise everything and with the cheap prices you get high quality food. If you are passing by you 100% need to come here!

Everything was very splendid and exquisite in terms of place and flavor, the service was exceptional and friendly. The young woman on duty is very patient, there are so many toppings that you can choose from and different options. The taste took me to my lovely Mexico.

Completely fine California style "build your meal" kind of place. Familiar to anyone who knows Chipotle or California Tortilla chains. Trying for a slightly more up market appeal. Staff were slightly confused about their system. Good was good and prices were fine.

staff seemed overworked and overwhelmed - only two servers at lunchtime on a saturday. felt that cross contamination (gloved hands touching both screen and all kinds of food) wasn’t great but could not be helped as not a lot of staff were on shift. also paid for extra guacamole and was given none. overall, kind but overworked staff and an experience that was no doubt a product of higher management rather than the staff themselves.

DELICIOUS. I love how you pick all your toppings, sauces, etc at the kiosk and how customizable and transparent (and easy!) that process is. Great veggie options, and the flavour wasn’t lacking at all without meat. Incredible value for money. If I’d been staying longer I would have been back at least once more.

The food was terrific' super fine not so authentic but it tasted good! The service was FINE but 80% were closed. Would definitely eat there again

Waited 15 minutes for food whilst others who ordered after me got theirs. Burrito was missing half the ingredients and was cold and soggy. Not first time I’ve had a bad experience here so avoid and go elsewhere for a takeaway

Had the best Mexican food in town, definitely go for their Tacos and Quesadillas! Charlotte gave us great service and served us with a smile.

I recently visited the Tortilla restaurant in Bath, UK, and was pleasantly surprised to find a Mexican eatery amidst the historic charm of Roman Bath and the traditional "Fish and Chips" offerings. This unexpected discovery made our visit even more intriguing. Upon arrival, we noticed that there was no line, except for a few people picking up their orders. This allowed us to place our order quickly. The person behind the counter was exceptionally polite and patient, giving us ample time to decide what we wanted in our burritos. They offered a variety of fresh ingredients, and we appreciated the option to add a small bag of chips as a side. The restaurant itself was inviting, featuring a unique two-level layout with a mezzanine setup. This provided a cozy and relaxed atmosphere for dining. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality and freshness of the food. One thing that stood out was the absence of a personal salad bar or a dedicated area to pick dips for the chips. It would have been a nice touch to have more customizable options for the sides. As we were leaving, we asked the staff for directions to our next destination. They were very helpful and guided us accurately, which added to the positive experience we had at Tortilla. Overall, we had a great time during our lunch at this Tortilla location. The combination of fresh food, reasonable prices, and friendly service made it a memorable visit. Despite the minor drawback of not having a personal salad bar, the overall experience was delightful. This Tortilla location certainly deserves a four-star rating for its excellent service and quality offerings.

They didn't have 1 particular dip, so they packaged 3 other dips instead! That's beyond the effort one expects from such deliveries!

Staff were very kind and attentive even while busy !! Food was very fresh and delicious and was made very quickly despite being so busy. one of the workers even complemented our outfits on the way out 10/10 experience and would highly recommend x

They forgot to put nearly half the toppings in our order

Went there for lunch today, service was quick enough, I ordered the trio of tacos and a beer, a rice bowl and margharita for my wife, but because you have to order via a kiosk, you can't ask for one of each (chicken, beef and pork) like you used to be able to. Also, the quantity of food was disappointing, the tacos were half empty, teaspoon of meat in each, light sprinkling of cheese and the minimal amount of toppings. Apparently this is because 'I ordered the wrong type of salsa' and would have received much more if I'd gone for the other type (pico di gillo). Staff were friendly enough (and gave me a bit of salsa to compensate) but was very watery and made the tacos soggy. Had to clean the table ourselves (which is fine, these things happen). Overall, average atmosphere. Wife's rice bowl was cold and the margarita tasted like it was lemonade that had been shown a bottle of tequila from a distance, once, long ago. At nearly £30 for the above, felt it wasn't good value for money. But at least the lady behind the counter said thank you as we left, which was nice.

I ordered burritos online as we were in a pinch for time. They were ready when we arrived and packaged well. We chose their two popular burritos (the G.O.A.T. and the OG House) and they were pretty good. The people who work here are friendly and quickly helped us retrieve our order. It was perfect for us as a quick pick up option!

It is dirty. They are using the new kiosks for people to order and it wasn’t crowded when we there. I was surprised that nobody was going out and wiping off all the tables. There was not a clean table in the place. When we went in, they were just standing there, and they told us to order with the kiosks. Somebody could’ve definitely gone out to wipe off tables.

Very pleasant fast food. Easy to order meal on the touch screens, friendly service at the counter, food tasty especially the pickled onion and chorizo. Fun decor and good bustling atmosphere. Would recommend.
