Very well run and managed place. My order was completely incredibly quickly and tasted delicious (I totally recommend the burnt ends bowl or wrap). The pork was perfectly cooked and extremely well seasoned. Portions are big and will fill you up. My sister got the vegetarian bowl and also enjoyed it

The Staff was unhelpful and seems to be racist as we walked in.

2nd time here. Love this place. Staff super friendly and polite. Was served by Lianna and she's a burrito pro. Definitely back. 5 stars

One of things I miss living in the UK is some good Mexican food. This is an awesome fast food restaurant! Lots of variety and the flavours and spices were so tasty! I had the lunchtime deal (added drink and chips to a bowl). They really balanced all the ingredients to make a really yummy meal! (I had Chicken with black beans, Mexican rice, cheese, salsa, corn, lettuce and pico de gallo. It was more than enough, but difficult to stop eating as it was so good! I am stuffed and will be back!

Our experience was extremely disappointing. We complained about the food quantity which was clearly apparent and talked to the staff but they refused to acknowledge our concern saying it’s the same portion size. No help or concern for the customer’s need. Totally pathetic experience for both food and customer service.

The food was actually quite nice. Unfortunately I called 1.15mins after ordering to ask for an update to be told there was a shortage in drivers. I chose to drive into town to get the food, as I arrived the driver had collected the bag. I took it off of him. No comms from the store about the delay

Wow! What a tasty treat - whether you’re on the go or looking for a sit down meal! The choice was phenomenal! The quality and freshness of the food was fantastic! The service of the food was fast, friendly and came with a smile!

Nice place with good food but when I went there the music was so loud the staff and I could barely hear each other.

Burritos were alright, although too heavy on onion. The staff uninformed on food safety. Basically told us to contact headquarters when we asked if the cheese was pasteurized, instead of, at least, assuring us they would find out for next time.

My first time at Tortilla, and what an experience! I was served by the lovely Ben, who was so helpful in informing me of everything I needed to know about what was on the menu. I would highly recommend it and will be coming again. Thanks Ben!

We came at 18:30 so it was quite busy but service was very poor… staff ignored me around 10 mins and kept talking with a friend without uniform behind the till, I can guess that is member of staff too. Large tortilla was more like medium and super chewy

I having one of those days and I love eating at TORILLA. This visit, not only was the food so delicious, fresh and flavourful- but the service was so kind and patient I just had to say thank you- the lady who severed me was Leanne. Service is always excellent here at the Bath TORILLA, but today I really needed that extra bit of kindness and help deciding and she was lovely. Thank you again.

No salsa was added to our burrito bowls

Multiple items were missing from the order, both drinks, and both sides were missing. First time ordering from here and probably won’t again.

Strange interaction with staff who said "You can take your order then" after not saying anything after calling order number, as I didn't realise I had to pick up drinks myself from the cabinet. Food itself was tasty and accurate to what was ordered. 2 out of 4 of the self service ordering screens were off / broken.

Decent portion size, for the burrito at least, and really tasty food. Highly customisable which I like. They have digital kiosks to order from now. However visiting during half term, there was a big queue to order and receive the food as only two kiosks were running, and there were only 3 staff members working. They were doing their best though and working as efficiently as possible.

I ordered from here hoping for a nice Mexican meal and I must admit that the food itself was very nice. However, the delivery time was adjusted twice meaning that it arrived over 30 minutes after I was originally advised. Once the meal arrived, I was shocked at the very small portion of quesadillas that I’d ordered and the fact that I’d paid extra for Coca Cola original but got Diet Coke instead. £35 for 2 people to eat and it’s late and very small is not good.

Wait for around 20 minutes and the amount of food was small even though I ordered large one.

Food was delicious. Self ordering screens and easy to use. There was a long wait for the food even though there were 5 staff behind the counter.

The wrong food was sent. Ordered and paid for bowls (as on receipt) and received wraps I can't eat because of dietary requirements. Cost almost £40 and they are refusing to give a refund even though I sent photographs of the wraps.

Today my husband and I went to the thermal baths and then we were looking for something to eat in the town and we ended up at Tortilla. It was a very good choice, the food is really delicious, very large portions and very nice service. We will definitely come back! Nest regards xx

Ordering kiosks work at McDonald’s but not this sort of “build your own” place. You spend ages going through all the options on a screen, to tell the machine what you want, so the machine can print a ticket, which tells the staff what you want. You then stand and watch as they take ages to read through the ticket to make the order. Why not just look at the actual food, see what looks good, and tell them what you want as they make it? Experience is now much worse and takes at least twice as long. And they get arsey if you attempt human interaction to order the sensible way.

First time coming here, menu was wide and i was puzzled on what to order. The Lady serving me Maddy??? Was well mannered and helped me narrow down my options and encouraged me to go out of my comfort zone, making me the most delicious burrito I have ever tried!! Will definitely be coming back!

Me and my sister ate there and both got food poisoning. Please be careful. My sister noticed the meat look undercooked but I didn’t and I got the worst of it.

The food is bad. Lamb you cannot even cut with knife forget eating. Chicken is also so chewable that it doesn’t finish. Falafel is over fried. Only rice is good. Don’t come here.

£35 for two Burrito's and two portions of tortillas. Delivery time 8.05. Actual delivery 8.35, only one portion of Tortillas, Burrito's stone cold, mushy horrible slop. Unhelpful, unfriendly staff not at all interested. Refunded £5. First and last time we buy from you. Wish I had read all your other awful reviews beforehand.

Amazing value if you just want a bite to eat. Not an occasion for dining in, but it has good food for a good price. Service follows a simple order and collect, quite efficient. You own the experience.

I came in for the first time because I smelt a lovely smell. I was welcomed by a lovely young lady called leanne. She was very professional and efficient. I have never came here before but will be going back when I'm in bath next. staff was very friendly and welcoming and great atmosphere. Leanne was very lovely and welcoming, very friendly and explained all the different stuff I could have with my burrito bowl. Great member of staff made the experience 5 stars.

I popped in there a couple of times the last few days. The guy serving was fantastic and the burrito was very good. One complaint- why do they only serve halal chicken? There is no torture free alternative. I’d also question why a British, predominantly Christian country, has halal as a default anyway?

Joshua was my server he was amazing and offered to bring me tap water and was very accommodating.

I’ve been to tortilla before but the service yesterday was above and beyond, I was served by a lady called upoma and she made me feel so welcome, it was clear she was the manager as she was delegating tasks whilst ensuring I was enjoying my meal and thanking me as I left the store. Went there yesterday (27th Oct) later on in the evening. A worker named Zac was really understanding and helpful with my disabled daughter's ordering. A RARE FIND NOWADAYS! Not only is the quality of the food amazing, that person has created a repeat customer as i shall return!

Ate just after 12pm on a Saturday. We were able to order straight away and food was ready quickly. Food was delicious and great value for money. When we left, at about 12.30pm, it was very busy.

There were 4 workers in the kitchen/ prep area when we visited. 3 must have been cashiers because only one was making food. We were the only customers there and it took 10 minutes for her to start our order. Food had good flavor but the burritos fell apart and weren't wrapped tight at all. And the drink cooler was off so a nice warm soda or beer to wash down our meals... Maybe we picked a bad day to visit?

Love the food when I come here even as a vegetarian. Good flavours and good levels of spice and very relaxed environment for you to chill. Lovely staff, Patrick was lovely enough to assist me with my pushchair and helping me feel comfortable! I’d add a photo of the food but it was gone fast 😂

I went to the restaurant to pick up the order and I waited for half an hour until the manager told me that I have not received the order ticket then after half an hour I looked at the order field and the order was already made but the manager did not give me the order. You talk to your manager and teach him manners equally I request your management

Normally I really enjoy this chain. But this branch was poorly run. Food had burnt bits in. Staff told me to use a machine then served someone else directly who arrived after me. I was kept waiting for my food, while those arriving after got served who hadn't used the machine to order. Partly probably because of being under staffed. Party just staff not serving customers.

Look, I don't have a problem with staff looking at their phones when they've got a moment. I don't have a problem with staff laughing together and having banter in-between serving customers and when serving customers, in fact I prefer it and it adds to the atmosphere. But having phones out, chatting and laughing and ignoring me while my burrito was laid unfinished and going cold so you could read text messages and joke around is not ok. There were three staff members all messing around and getting in each others way. One staff member was actively putting her phone in the way of the woman making my burrito, to make her look and read whatever it was. Not one of them were phased by me standing there, watching and waiting for them. The woman making my burrito would start reaching for the next ingredient then get distracted and start laughing and messing around. She took ages to add each thing. I was the only customer waiting for an order and they could have easily waited until I had it before continuing their conversation. I had a train to catch and it was really rude to make me wait just so you could mess around and chat.

Always like the food from Tortilla. Absolutely hate the new kiosk system. It wasn't overly busy but was asked to use it anyway. It's noticeably slower to get your food, I don't think I've ever waited so long. Also increases the margin for error, I don't understand why you'd have staff checking ingredients from a printed list instead of just telling them as they make it. A totally unnecessary extra step that only served to detract from service, increase wait times, and margin for error Update: 3rd Oct, service is even slower

I love a good burrito/burrito bowl and will always go to tortilla for one. But on 14/09 i ordered a burrito and it took 28 minutes to be ready. I was waiting around and they hadn't told me they were waiting for the pork to be cooked but didn't offer me another meat option until i had gone up and asked. I expect better from a chain especially when it was not busy, they could've offered some compensation or apologies, or let me know there will be a wait.

i usually love this place but after my experience today, i don’t think i’ll go back for a while. I ordered a burrito and tres tacos, which was £18, and it took 25 minutes! and then when i got the food, it was cold/lukewarm at best, and the burrito was very soggy. they also forgot my tortilla chips. really disappointed.

I ordered a naked burrito. Which is basically a bowl. The prices were good and service was really helpful. The restaurant has an easy location in the city center. You order at the counter and they will let you choose the ingredients.

Staff were sooo lovely to serve us even though we got there minutes before closing, especially Charlotte who was an absolute superstar and made us some wonderful wonderful burritoes!!!

Everything was very splendid and exquisite in terms of place and flavor, the service was exceptional and friendly. The young woman on duty is very patient, there are so many toppings that you can choose from and different options. The taste took me to my lovely Mexico.

Completely fine California style "build your meal" kind of place. Familiar to anyone who knows Chipotle or California Tortilla chains. Trying for a slightly more up market appeal. Staff were slightly confused about their system. Good was good and prices were fine.

staff seemed overworked and overwhelmed - only two servers at lunchtime on a saturday. felt that cross contamination (gloved hands touching both screen and all kinds of food) wasn’t great but could not be helped as not a lot of staff were on shift. also paid for extra guacamole and was given none. overall, kind but overworked staff and an experience that was no doubt a product of higher management rather than the staff themselves.

Food great! So much healthier and fresher than the usual fast food experience and much tastier than a sub. Lovely friendly staff thank you!
