Tivoli Cafe in Bath and North East Somerset

Andy , on duty , keeps you comfy and thanks to hiss managing skills , you’ll meet Chloe, very welcoming venue , fancy , private and popular as well. Kitchen , flawless. Tivoli ? Must do it.

Visité el cine y el restaurante anoche con mi pareja. Cometió un error en su reserva y no pudo comunicarse con el lugar por teléfono (no publican un número de teléfono) y, a pesar de contactarlos por correo electrónico, nadie respondió su mensaje para resolver su problema. Comimos en la cafetería / bar. Pedimos y pagamos nuestra comida. (Insisten en que pague por adelantado) El camarero regresó para informarnos que nuestra elección no estaba disponible y nos pidió que eligiéramos una alternativa. Lo hicimos. El costo fue menor, y el camarero dijo que le pediría al gerente que viniera a organizar un reembolso de la diferencia. Esperamos más de 40 minutos para que llegara nuestra comida. (El café estaba casi vacío). A pesar de las reiteradas solicitudes de hablar y ver al gerente y corregir la sobrecarga, el gerente nunca se acercó a nosotros. Al final tuvimos que irnos para ver el comienzo de la película. Recibimos un mal servicio; fueron sobrecargados; se rechazaron las solicitudes de reembolso y rectificación; y negó cualquier oportunidad de plantear nuestras preocupaciones con cualquier persona responsable. Supongo que esta es una política de sobrecarga. ¡Tener cuidado!

Been meaning to go here for a while after hearing good things and it didn’t disappoint. Lovely food. Very attentive service. Very calm and relaxed atmosphere. We didn’t do the cinema this time but will be visiting again very soon.

Este es un espacio tan impresionante, que lo convierte en el tipo de lugar en el que desea pasar el tiempo. La decoración es magnífica y todos los asientos (variados) son cómodos. Lamentablemente, todavía no se siente como si los mecánicos estuvieran funcionando tan bien como podrían. El servicio es lento y no muy seguro, aunque fue muy amable. . . y hemos estado dos veces y fuimos atendidos por varias personas diferentes. Nuestros cócteles eran sabrosos pero más pequeños que en otros bares de Bath, por ejemplo, había mucho hielo en el Mojito. La comida era variada: los nachos eran sabrosos y generosos, el mezze vegetariano también era sabroso, pero decepcionantemente pequeño. Esperemos que estos sean problemas de dentición que se solucionen pronto. Ciertamente así lo esperamos, el Tivoli tiene mucho a su favor.

Mi hija me llevó al cine en la cafetería Tivoli, que fue genial. Decidimos comer en el café antes de entrar al cine ya que estábamos temprano. Estoy triste decir que la comida no era genial! Ahora, los precios no son caros, sin embargo la comida en mi opinión era muy insípida. Tuve la hamburguesa de pollo Jerk y fue solo un pedazo de pollo ligeramente especiado! no fue tan genial Además no había ensaladas ni opciones saludables. Sin embargo, el Bar fue realmente genial, un tipo realmente agradable llamado Clem nos sirvió unos cócteles excelentes y fue muy amable y muy profesional, hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera realmente genial. Volvería otra vez pero no para comer con tristeza.

We have visited the café twice, just because it's a lovely place to be. We've tried the hot chocolate (delightful) and the latte (creamy). The only slightly disappointing thing is they don't have any cake! They do croissants or pain au chocolate and cookies but good, home-made cake would have earned them a 5 star rating. Please consider Tivoli Bath?

This is a great addition to Bath. You don't need to go to the cinema to go here either. The bar serves a good variety of alcoholic drinks especially a good selection of gins. The food on offer ranges from sharing plates to burgers. These can be served pre cinema or at your seat in the cinema. Staff especially the manager cannot do enough for you. The decor is lovely too.

It's a cinema But it's also a rather nice lounge bar. 20s retro vibe. Marble topped tables. Waiter service. Looks like the waiter will bring the drinks into the cinema too, which is very civilised - although I'm not sure how they would find me. Stairs are disconcertingly black on black. There is a strip of light to guide you. Hovering in the air somewhere in front of my eyes is a mind your head moment. I miss it. On my way out, either my eyes have adapted to the gloom, or they have switched on some more lights Decent espresso. I ordered at the bar but I'm sure they would have come over had I sat down.

We stumbled upon their website whilst looking for cinema tickets and decided to go.This cinema/restaurant/bar has only been open about a month so everything looks brand new and smart. Comfy velvet sofas grouped around tables with soft lighting. We arrived early so we could eat before the film. They don't have an extensive menu - home baked pizza, mezze etc but everything looked very fresh and tasted delicious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the place soon filled up so we were glad we'd arrived early. You don't have to buy a cinema ticket to enjoy the bar or lounge and it's open most of the day. The cinema experience was brilliant! Very comfy velvet sofas ( or single chairs) with little tables and plenty of leg room with foot rests - as comfy as watching a film at home. We were very impressed with this place and definitely will return when next in Bath. Tickets above average price (about £15) but in our opinion well worth it as it elevated 'going to the flicks' into a real treat.
