best pizza in bath, tastes like how pizza tasted as a kid. 10/10

The food is very tasty, not cold or anything, just nice and warm. You also get very large portions. The gentleman who worked there was also very nice, we had a chat with him!

Kebab, chippy, all that stuff. Nice kebab and lots of salady bits. Good value and friendly guys who run it.

Eat here pretty much once a week, always do me good and make me a good meal. Only had one bad pizza from here and that was years ago, they’ve improved a lot since then. Good spot.

Just ordered a pizza garlic bread and kebab. The pizza was not cooked could still taste the wheat in the dough. Phoned up to complain and was told to get in contact with the delivery company!! Well they didn’t cook the food?? And when I asked to speak with the manager was told they were on holiday until September. Requested a refund for my order but no avail. Please don’t order from them they are a joke

I spent 10£ on a chicken wrap but the chicken was missing It is good quality the chicken but to expensive and you will get just salads

I live near by. I cannot contact the shop by phone. Despite I have show the manager msny times he ignores it. What is more treats me like sn idiot. He’s customer service is spoiling. So rude and arragant.

Absolutely disgusting rude man runs this place. Spoke down to me because I'm a woman. Food was awful so I took it back to replace it and he said if I don't like it, don't order again. Apparently the salad is meant to soak up the oil.. worrying!. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, doesn't deserve anyone's custom. Spend your money else where before here.

chicken donner seasoning just isn’t really there

Contacted pizzarella to order for collection, was unable to hear the person I spoke to on the phone when making my order which caused me to begin to have an anxiety attack as it shouldn’t have been that difficult to place an order, I then went in store to collect my food to be confronted by 3 male members of staff who clearly were laughing at me and between one another. I asked what was funny as an attempt to laugh the situation off with them and to not be laughed at, and accepted my order, after leaving, I am now in tears and do not want to eat. The pizza on the side going cold. What was supposed to be a chilled night with a takeaway and film with the very last of my money, has left me in tears and unable to eat. Had I not been so anxious I would have gone back in store and asked for my money back….shocking

Very friendly pizza and chippy restaurant on the Bristol to bath cycle path. Inside is very clean. Fish n chips are tasty; yes, I totally recommend it to friends and family.

The pizza was amazing. The base and the sauce was delicious. My husband got a chicken kebab which he said was one of the best he's had. The fries with cheese weren't that great but overall still enjoyed our meal.

I don't know if it's because I arrived late, but the cod and chips I was served here were just limp and soggy. Couple this with the impatient/rude staff, I doubt I'll be a return customer.

Pizzarella is amazing and I will tell you why. Not only is the food to die for but the customer service is fantastic. Ordered through just eat and when it was clear I had an issue with the order (just eat app said it had been delivered and that they had called me when they hadn't) I called Pizzarella to check. The owner was baffled, said that the driver had picked up ages ago and that I should have the food. So with a lot texts flying between Just eat and I it looked like I wasnt getting my food. Then Pizzarella called me to say they would cook me more food for free as long as I could get someone to pick it up (I'm home ill). I cannot say how this made me feel. There are good people out there and one of them owns Pizzarella.

Since a recent change of ownership this little take away/restaurant has taken on a new life! Now my go to place for pizza and you can even sit inside and eat them for the same price as they serve them to you on a wooden board. Extremely clean and well cared for, friendly staff, must try the fish and chips one day soon!

I love this place. Being from the USA we had to try fish and chips when we were in the UK. And I’m so glad we stopped at Pizzaerlla when we were at Bath. Such a clean place and nice staff. And the food is to die for. Very good selection of pizza as well.

It’s had a makeover and said fresh fish and chips so i thought I’d try it. Wow, the best I’ve had since I was in Dartmouth at an award winning Chippie. Thought I’d test it with a pizza next time and yet again it was brilliant. Thin crust, not much on the edges luckily because it was absolutely full in the middle. Can’t fault it. Well done to the new management.

Great customer service and delivery time but the food was poor. Staying in bath and shattered so just wanted something quick to eat! Ordered 2 mixed kebabs and cheesy chips. Chips were fine. Kebabs were awful, tasted like they had been reheated and was full of grissle and fat. Only had a couple of mouthfuls. Such a shame as the rest of the service was brilliant.

This is a good all round take away that creates tradition pizzas, all at excellent value. Their burgers, kebabs and chips are filling and tasty.

I always order from here and am really upset that this order and how it was dealt with is not okay I ordered a kebab and a kebab wrap and two lots of nuggets and chips the kebab meat smelt n tasted wierd it wasn't donner meat and hasn't ever been like that before so I rang the shop asked nicely if they could send me up two burgers instead as I always buy from them so wouldn't think it would be a problem the food coat me 24 pound and all me and my partner had for tea was chips as they said no to us so now what turned into a treat is no ruien and I'm starving no money back no food and hungry

Prompt delivery, good portion sizes and my mixed kebab was probably one of the best I've had from a takeaway. Will definitely order from this takeaway again.

Loved it and good value for money. The cheesy garlic bread was great. And unlike other places they didn't slap lots of extra waiting time on after I ordered. They actually turned up at the time originally advertised. Definitely planning to order again.

donnar kebab was really hard and crispy like it has been reheated. pitta bread was greasy could not eat the kebab, threw away after one bite. chips were undercooked tasted like cardboard but chicken Shish wrap was ok, shame as kebab was nice last time I had it. disappointed customer

Ordered two pizzas as a take away.On opening boxes,could see both had been bashed at one end.Nevertheless,we were hungry so ploughed in.With the first bite the taste of salt hit us!Both pizzas was so oversalted that it made them really unpleasant to eat.As we were hungry we are half but couldn't continue.So disappointing and to add to this,had to get up in the night a few times to drink water.Such a shame,ordered from here a couple years ago and the pizzas were fine..not anymore.

Order from here a lot as my partner likes the fish pizza however on this occasion i asked for a lamb shish and got chicken complained about it to just eat and they said they would contact them and they never answered the phone so not a happy chappy

Delivery : Excellent, nice driver too. Food : The Lamb tasted crispy and the bread was practically bathing in grease due to the poor placement of the bread itself which happened to be underneath the lamb Overall the food was somewhat disappointing however I would consider ordering again with a few changes to my order so that I will not be met with the same disappointment 1. Have the bread ordered separately from the lamb 2. Request that the lamb not be cooked so thoroughly that the ends start to crisp (may be due to the fact that the meat was old) 3. Have the sauces ordered separately in a pot rather than have it coated round the lamb itself so that others can enjoy the meal if they did not like the sauce

The pizzas we ordered tasted fresh, and perfectly cooked, with an authentic Italian base, and cooked in a proper stone pizza oven to give them a rustic flavour. The cheesy chips are a scrummy and plenty in a portion! The kebabs looks and taste fresh as well, with well seasoned meat and a good amount of salad.

We ordered 2 donar kebabs. It was greasy meat and the pitta bread was dripping wet with grease!!! Chips tasted like they was over recooked and the salad tasted gone off. We have both been very ill all night. Definitely food poisoning!!! Took over an hour to come and was late and cold!!! Such a shame as this place used to be so good years ago before it got taken over!!!

I requested delivery for 8:30pm and this was confirmed by the restaurant for 8:35pm so imagine my surprise when the doorbell rang at 7:50pm while I was in the shower! I accepted the delivery but by the time I got to the pizza it was cold and rubbery.
