Lovely pub, friendly people, always loads of different really nice interesting beers and stuff. Amazing stone baked pizza some days. Heritage cosy building, Great music, sometimes live and generally really nice atmosphere. Some comfy sofas too 😊
A very well maintained family run hotel, everyone is helpful and friendly and the food is all freshly cooked and excellent. The views from communal rooms and bedrooms are fabulous, short walk to valley of rocks and cliff railway.

The Packhorse is a lovely pub with a welcoming atmosphere, friendly locals, and polite staff. I played free pool on Tuesday with the bar lady’s son (I believe I heard “mom”), who was also very polite, adding to the great experience. The drinks are well-priced, making it an excellent spot for a relaxed night out. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Bristol.

What a fantastic find! Dog friendly and superb veggie and vegan food. Great portion sizes too. Can certainly recommend this excellent eateries. Thank you!
Best food in Plymouth! Recommend Oishi Sushi to so many people; the food is consistently brilliant, staff are lovely, and the restaurant has a great atmosphere! The prices are great for what you get, truly the best place to have a meal!

I was quite disserpointed with this fish and chip shop. The batter was far too oily, it was dark in color and you could taste nothing but grease.
The chips were the same, dark in color, this tells me the oil needs cleaning.
However tho the staff are friendly and the curry sauce was nice. But sadly I won't be re visiting 😔 I should have taken a photo but I was away from my phone.

A gem of Falmouth town, The Stand has become an almost weekly pit-stop for me, to hideaway and people watch comforted by a full Cornish or English with good local sausages and mushrooms cooked tastefully.
The service is always warm and conscientious with a full provision of available condiments. A usually welcome playlist or radio runs with some pop classics or alternative hits, if I'm not listening to a podcast.
A good place to meet a friend for a catch-up and they serve a respectable standard of coffee for an traditional English 'greasy spoon' style caf. It's also one of the only places I know locally where I can happily request fried bread in place of toast. Delicious.
The location is ideal, central and offers a feeling of timelessness, as the world goes by around you, safe in a comfortable, unimposing setting where you guaranteed service with a smile and even the option of noodle Ramen among the other dishes on the menu. Grab a newspaper, crossword, a good friend or a good cuppa, pull up a chair and tuck in!
Delicious food . Staff were very kind and helpful, going out of their way to assist my Mother getting up the steps. No waiting to be served when we wanted to add drinks to our order. Even though the restaurant was full and busy. Also staff were knowledgable about the wine. The entrance steps are a little steep for someone with a mobility issue.
We love staying here fab bistro and fab suites
Always attention to detail is provided from the service chrystal cutlery and lace tablecloths
.
We had scallops and prawns to start with garlic bread followed by lamb cutlets and chateubriand.
Followed by coffee and liqueurs. The owners and their family make it extra special.
We have stayed in four of the themed rooms and will come back thanks to this unique location and service.
