The best restaurants in South West

Lovely person who kindly helped us out with the car park, as we didn't have any cash. The coffee and cakes looked fantastic!

Really nice independent cafe. Lovely atmosphere inside and seating out the front. The sweet cinnamon treat bagel was very tasty and my flat white was crafted really well (I'm pretty fussy when it comes to coffee). If you are looking for great coffee and food this place is definitely worth a visit.

Amazing home cooked food, incredible value. I do not know how they do it but this place beats any gastro pub far and wide. Incredibly good. My wife wanted to take Mike the chef home!

Just the perfect restaurant for quality food and service. The lobster and prawn risotto is a must, the seafood curry is excellent and the Korean ribs are so tasty, you’ll want again. Great value for money.

Had lunch here before visiting Nothe Fort. Lovely little Cafe overlooking the Harbour. A really good selection of reasonably priced sandwiches, cakes and drinks.

First time here and impressed. It was busy for midweek which says something given in middle of nowhere. Popadoms were warm, crispy and plenty of pickles. Mains were good, lots more sauce than meat but tasty. Naan was delicious. Definitely be returning. Staff very attentive.

Looe is on the up as a foodie destination because of places like this. Really tasty food. What else could you want from a restaurant!

The dumplings were just perfect. I got some special with chili peppers and scallions and sriracha. Came out quick and tasted delicious!

We nearly missed you. What ravishing reviews! As is often the case had been meaning to visit this fab little café but it's taken a message on Facebook to learn you're moving on. Excellent toasties today, generous fillings and delicious. Great coffee. Clearly supported by locals and regulars. Doggy friendly and thankfully no plastic plants! That alone is worth a star. Best pizza I've had in the UK hands down, very reasonable prices, staff are always happy and treat you as a friend. Massive shame that they appear to struggle to stay afloat in the current economic climate. Would be a huge loss to the Salisbury food scene if they close for good.
