The best restaurants in Waverley South East

I can (cant) fault the place. I can fault them for not sering customers in the shop before those on the phone, i had 3 callers cut me off whilst standing in 1st place in the shop once. Next visit if there's a que i'll call them while in their shop and place my order as a big FU to everyone ahead of me in the shop! Food wise / love it, number 53 chicken with chilli's, egg fried rice and some dry ribs :P They don't take card unfortunately which sucks. - even our absurd amount of barber shops (?drug fronts) have started taking credit cards

Vicky was our waitress. She was amazing! Nothing was too much effort for her. We were a table of fussy annoying women 😄 and she was fantastic with each and every one of us! Really really fantastic service which should be recognised!!!!!!! Thank you Vicky!

CLOSED!!!??? Always looked forward to a Sunday lunch here. The online booking system has been down for a few weeks so I just stumped today, Sunday, 1pm. No lights on, door locked, and no notice about what is happening, 😭

Appalling service. Ordered at 17.00 for delivery at 19.30 and failed to deliver. Do not use for delivery. Absolutely useless.

Great pub, owners inviting and friendly, staff polite, good selection beers and wines, live events always arranged, good Sunday roast aswell.

Faultless, stayed next door at Tilford Wood Lodge We had an evening meal on arrival friday evening that was on point so we returned in the morning for breakfast that was absolutely perfect so we re-booked our breakfast for Sunday morning as well Overall, delightful, quality food & service. 10% off for Tilford Wood Lodgers

A decent curry house. Recommended.

I like a good fish n chips. I'm 69kg man who requires less than 1800 calories a day as registered disabled. So my appetite is relatively small and I don't eat a lot. I ordered a large Cod and small chips to myself for £11 The food was fine. Just the portion size was really small. I was able to finish it all, easily. Normally I struggle to finish the fish and get no where near completing the chips. I was still hungry and after spending £11 I find this quite disappointing.

rude waitresses didn't treat us right, took around and hour and a half to make food . they all scratch there heads then place their hands on the food . when the food got here it wasn't even hot. Will not be coming here again.

It is what it is i.e. if you’re looking for buzz, excitement, massaging of the ego etc… jog on. However, if you're comfortable in your own skin, appreciative of an excellent pint, and open to interesting, quirky, and friendly interactions…… give it a go🙏💙✨
