Zizzi - Farnham in Waverley

Leo was an amazing waiter! He made us very relaxed and was very attentive ☺️ He was always around at a moments notice and nothing was too much for Leo. The portions at Zizis were fonominal and we will be returning to this fantastic restaurant again. When entering a chain restaurant you expect average, you will find far higher standards of food quality, freshness and friendlies from the staff. A fantastic experience !

I had Leo as my waiter, despite the restaurant being very busy he was always attentive and kind, would come again.

Leo was a very nice waiter to me and my family, my mum said he was charming and my 9 year old nephew called him “goated”, because he brought our food quite quickly. Also the Pasta crisps were a nice start to our meal.

It was Saturday night and very busy. Service was very slow probably because the kitchen was extremely busy. The food was tasty and well cooked but my portion of risotto could have been a little bigger. They had gluten free options for one of us and were very focused on allergies when taking the order which I commend. Value was good and there is a three course menu for less than £30. Overall a good experience but if we'd been in a hurry the service would have been an issue

As soon as my family and I got in we were considering going elsewhere, it was extremely crowded and busy. We decided that because we made reservations we should just stay here as we couldn’t go anywhere else. We soon realised that it was worth staying here, despite the service being slow our server, a young man named Leo gave us amazing service. He was so polite and helpful, making the dinner a lot more tolerable.

We were on a table for 8 upstairs and the 2 people serving (1 female, 1 male) were both really good. They were very helpful and very cheerful. They couldn’t do enough for us. We were celebrating a family birthday.

Patrick was a wonderful waiter so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. He made the evening extremely pleasant, thank you Patrick. Food was so tasty and such a good variety on the menu. All the staff were really smiley and attentive and we had a thoroughly memorable experience :)

Last minute decision to come to Zizi tonight. We are here for the weekend from Liverpool. Zizi did not disappoint. We were sat down straight away. I was unsure of what to have. Waiter Leo recommended a lovely spicy chicken dish which was definitely my type of meal. Everything came quick and was very fresh and hot. My son had a pizza which he really enjoyed and my husband had the red pesto pasta which again was really nice. I would definitely come back again. Thank you Leo 😀

An amazing Italian restaurant with very friendly staff and a variety of selections. I ordered a roasted lamb pizza and I am very happy with my decision as it was delicious especially because it was served with chilli oil which I recommend for pizza. Recommended.

I had a lovely waitress called Matilda serving my family and I this evening, she was so happy and energetic and helped me decide what i wanted to eat! I had a lovely prosciutto carbonara( compliments to the lady chef that made it, it was amazing!). Matilda really made my son’s 15th birthday special! Will definitely be eating here again

First time dining here and we had an amazing meal. Patrick was friendly, gave brilliant advice and we had an all round excellent experience. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Located in a slightly hidden away but still very nice part of Farnham. Was beautifully decorated and a lovely old building. Food was good, as would expect in any chain. Service also good. Had a new waitress but everyone has to learn and it's nice that these chains can give people opportunities. Very expensive if not got discount otherwise very reasonable (tastecard). One of many Italians around Farnham, reliable but perhaps if going mostly for the food one of the others would be worth a try. Drinks menu looked good too.

My husband booked a table for 3 people by phone today. When we arrived at Farnham Zizzi's, we were welcomed by Mathilde whom quickly directed us to our table. The food was lovely as usually it is at Zizzi's. We are definitely coming back. Great location in historical Farnham. I recommend it to anyone who has never been to Zizzi's before. Enjoy it!

Had a lovely meal here, service was good, staff friendly and food delicious. Bonus points to Zizzi for allergy awareness - my son loved that his plates all came will an allergy sticker attached and it's the first restaurant we've been to where I felt confident that the various staff were all aware of his allergy. Also there were multiple menu choices for all our dietary needs, and allergen information available too.
