What a depressing experience. The lad serving never smiled, there was no pastries only cakes, at least the young lady was friendly. Coffee was good but please be more wrlcoming

Order 621pm called at 737pm as said food arrived. Was told left 15 mins ago. Waited another 15 called them again to be told it left 14 mins ago so food been out more than half hr. It arrived 8pm. Stone cold and inedible. I’ve gone to McDonald’s. I would like a full refund and an investigation into this matter. Really unhappy with this £20 for that order and a further £15 in McDonald’s. Is not ok! Thank you

Visited today for breakfast. Hot buffet was very good. Very professional service from sam the manager who was courteous and very friendly can't recommend enough

Once again. Give what we pay for! Ordered McDonald's as a treat on Uber Eats. The order was on its way. Then a change of driver which ended up a man and not a woman as described. As I thought food was cold. You can't heat it. So where's my sauces, and the £1.89 I tipped for the first driver. And I ended up giving the second driver a £2.00 tip. Man...

First and last time I will ever order food from this takeaway. Arrived late, was almost cold and smelt weird, especially the rice. I couldn't eat it and others had a couple of bites and said it tasted funny. Really wish we'd ordered pizza.

just poor. soggy poorly made mess , not the pizzas i ordered in fact the stuff delivered is unidentifiable as to what i ordered . An abomination and mess. , Simply avoid they charge a premium and deliver shocking and disgusting insults.

No bar food and revolting lager tasting like soap. Had another side business indian takeaway upon the place that is placed now on the last used kitchen that is was condemed by health and safety due to this being a old toilet block that still consists of sewage and drains!!. DO NOT EAT FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Try the village for the real deal

Think twice about ordering from here. Whilst the food has always been good, their customer service is appalling. We were lied to about the delivery time which took 2 hrs, but when it arrived the very embarrassed delivery driver said he’d only left ten minutes before. When we tried to get a partial refund, they flatly refused and only offered a discount on the next order. The lady on the phone lied to the boss about when we received our order and refused to accept that they were in the wrong. She also lied that we had been told they only had one driver, which they hadn’t at any point. We felt so bad for the driver, as he clearly knew us customers were being fed a bind of lies about delivery times, shame on you Mings
