The best restaurants in Swale South East

I recently had reason to contact Greggs head office following a visit to this branch. When I informed them that I wanted to eat-in, they said that I had to give them my details. I gave them the information asked for, but felt uncomfortable with the manner that my details were taken. The information I provided was typed into a tablet held behind the counter. Once provided, I sat down. I decided to speak to the manager about my concerns. He was unable to provide me with any information about where my data would be held, for how long and what use my data would be put to. He indicated that it was for COVID and nothing further. I pointed out that I was wearing a mask to prevent spreading this illness and not one staff member was. He said that it was personal choice. I contacted head office to ask what their data protection policies were and was offered a general explanation, not related to what this branch was doing. Anyway, their head office said that shop staff should NOT be stopping entry into the restaurant because of anyone not giving personal data. Today I returned and staff are doing the same thing. Still nothing about data is displayed in store and no explanation about how the information is used.

Not yet been will be there soon for a holiday by but Will go there next year with friends and family for a holiday break

Since the new ownership we cannot fault it. Best chip shop around for miles - friendly service and always cooked fresh. Simply delicious!

I got an order of deep fried squid. I’ve been rapidly competing ever since every half an hour, the kitchen is dirty oil wasn’t cleaned after multiple uses on hop fest. I will be contacting the owner and possibly sending a health inspector down there immediately because they need to be shut down.

Nice location few minutes walk from station. Plenty of space and seating area. Lovely staff who trying to give good and quick service. Always great value for money in Wetherspoon. Although very grim seating area as soon as you entered around bar counter. But good seatings at the back and in garden.

Nice pub & friendly staff but the Xmas meal was poor for £28. Hardly any turkey, loads of spuds & a few veg but very lack lustre meal. Would not recommend.

Food was luke warm. Fries were stale. Chicken was ok but definitely not just cooked. Mash and gravy were piping hot though. BUT... the worst KFC we've ever had and my daughter loves KFC

Been coming here for at least 4 months and still haven't fixed the coffee machine. It's a shame Subway serves nice food but the place is looking severely run down. Condensation on the windows suggest bad ventilation and messy inside and out

Awful. Sell a lot of chicken items but asked for chicken nuggets and pieces of fried chicken but neither were cooked / ready and said would be at least 10 minutes. Was a busy evening and could not believe they didn’t have core items ready. Others were still waiting for pieces of chicken and were not happy! Ordered chicken strips and we too spicy to feed to my children.

i have placed an order today and it came on time and was very warm when arrived by the driver and it was delicious and very good toppings in it which i was choosen 👍 Hope i will order it again Thanks

Just had a delivery of a lamb donner rolo through Just Eat....turned up stone cold! Spoke to them rather than just eat, as it was so cold, it couldn't have seen the flame, and was told "Not their order", knows nothing about it, even though my sons order was with them! And although I tried to explain that it was, I was just shouted at, couldn't get a word in edgewise because the shouting! Won't be using again!!!

Ordered food on UBER and after 1hr 30mins later order was cancelled by Franzos saying they don't deliver here. I am only 2.5 miles away. Also good luck trying to ring these jokers number provided on uber and Google is a dead line. Save yourselves the hassle and order somewhere else.

Well the place looks like it's been shut down but it's actually open! The guy was nice enough and had a joke so no complaints with the staff but the food we had had just been warmed up in the fryer. My fault for eating it but stomach pains and vomiting later il stick to the favourite chicken franchises elsewhere. Please be wary 🐔🍗 🤢
