Domino's Pizza - Faversham in Swale

Worst dominos I’ve been to, ordered 5 boxes of 7 wings and each box had 6 or less in, the food was lukewarm at best and this isn’t the first time it’s happened to me. After calling to complain the staff were rude, sarcastic and very poorly mannered. I was told that nothing can be done about it. Absolute joke of a store.

Absolutely awful service took over an hour for food to arrive and when it did it was an incorrect order. Then over an hour again to find out the food wasn't even out of the oven yet absolute joke

I visited this store few days ago and I asked staff for nepkin but they said Domino's don't give nepkins to customer means they don't have nepkins for customers in store. I visit other Domino's stores in England every store gives nepkins but this is the unique and strange in the England who don't knowthat what's the policies of this company. I attached picture of nepkins which I received from other store.

Pizza never turned up. Called and apparently couldn’t find us. I called the branch and the Manager was very rude and would not give his name. Would not give a refund. Told I would have my original order which was cooked 2 hours previous or nothing. Very disappointed with the service. I called back and the manager wouldn’t give his name. Disgusting service. Avoid. I will never use again!!! 😡

Last order of the night, staff were surly and disinterested

Was fancying a sweet treat ordered the Cinnamon Dippers, Cookies and the new chocolate cinnamon dough balls. Paid £1.99 for delivery for it to turn up over an hour late, burnt cookies that literally stunk out the whole of my house, they sent a small pizza dough with icing sugar dip with no sugar or cinnamon on it, I tried a corner of the dough and it was so salty it cut my tongue! VILE The chocolate covered dough balls were meant to be dusted with cinnamon instead I think they rolled them in garlic as there was a strong taste of garlic dough balls covered in chocolate - absolutely vile Store not interested in rectifying this. Honestly will NEVER order from this over priced disgusting multi national chain again! Please do yourself a favour and DONT order They don’t care about customers, you’re better off supporting a local business in the town. Lesson learnt.

Good value food, takeaway is located well for the main town.

Ordered, tracked mymordee ,n the app said that it had been delivered and yet wasn't,called the domino's but said oh yo order will b delivered soon , and said the App was saying its own thing and they have no control over it..,I am still waiting for my order..

Delivery has got a lot better. Let's see if it stays good as it used to be appalling.

Never delivered my items, rang them multiple times and when finally put through to the manager he began to scream and shout calling me a liar, he started to make claims of calling and driver being outside for ages when myelf and multiple other people were in watching for the food, someone like him should not be in a position of power and i feel sorry for the poor people who work under him if thats how he treats his customers. i'd avoid as much as is possible and will never order from them again. UPDATE: upon speaking to the manager yet again he started off by blaming myself yet again, admitting at one point they went to the wrong address and then tried to back track once i called him out on it, thankfully i record all phone calls and will be forwarding this along.

Dominos have quite sneakily changed the wording of their deals, so the % discount is much lower, but we decided to order anyway... only for them to then include 2 dipping sauces that went out of date in November 2022, so roughly 3 months ago... I think we are done with Domino's now.

Fantastic service and food always hot

Somehow disappointed at their website it's so complicated to actually get a good deal that we ended up going to the actual shop! Unbelievable you can't select the vegan cheese on any order online! Sorry Domino's you have let us down this time.

Pizza was delivered in good time. Had a scare with the app saying delivered when it was 5 mins away. Had to make a phone call thanks to a trigger happy employee pressing the wrong button. Food was fine apart from too much sauce and boxes being squashed. Havled the pizza with a friend and although halved i had 4 slices and he had 6. No slice was the same size.

Rude service, had an issue with delivery, it said it had been delivered on the tracking app, and it hadn't. I had called the store which was answered by someone who clearly didn't understand how to resolve the issue, and even faked not being able to hear me on the line... I had to explain to him what to do and to call the driver. Had to call back 3 times until pizza turned up cold an hour and a half later.

Staff is friendly and the pizza is up to standard there.

Ordered Franks hot wings not hot at all dissapointed

Dangerous driver with silver car. Aggressively tried to get me to pull over and run me off the road while I was driving alone. Be careful if you order here and you are a woman alone.

Pizzas delish. Garlic bread to die for. But delivery can be slower than stated when ordering.

Didn't buy anything as I thought it was expensive. Must be why I've never had a domino's

usually great, my go-to takeaway. but unfortunately today, my cheese-only twisted dough balls arrived with ham in which i could then not eat! only bad experience at dominos, hope this never happens again

Sadly the worst dominos ive been too. Our food was barely cooked and its not been the first time this has happened. I love dominos but for the price tag the food needs to be perfect and unfortunately it isn't in Faversham.

The worst pizza place to order from! The wait times are a joke, app said 19-25 mintues. 45 minutes later no order. Phoned store, was told that pizzas were just coming out of the oven. Another 45 minutes later and the pizza still hasn't arrived!!

Complete joke, ordered food at 6.40, nearly 2 hours later not out for delivery. This deleivery time is just not acceptable when they dont even bother to answer the phone.

Lovely pizza staff was very helpful

The pizza at this Domino’s is excellent and there is a great variety of choices to choose from, from what sides you have, to what crust you have, and what toppings you have. Domino’s also offers cookies which at this establishment are THE BOMB!

Nearly always closed, or not delivering. If this is a franchise for dominoes then it’s not good enough.

Friendly and I know they're facing challenging circumstances. However, I ordered a pizza an hour ago. App says it's being quality checked. I called and it's sat awaiting delivery... But they don't know when that will happen. A real shame.

Pizza is getting worse and worse . Hardly any toppings and flooded in a sauce . Thin pizza is getting even thinner .very disappointed

Absolutely awful pizza, I've ordered here a few times now and the pizza just gets worse, I'm not going to bother getting food here again. It's by far the worst takeaway in the whole of Faversham. Hardly any toppings the pizza was not cooked properly same as last time, it's bad when you preheat your own oven because your doubtful the pizza will be cooked on arrival. The delivery drivers dont read the notes. If you ask for your food to be left on the doorstep it's for a reason. They should also be wearing masks which they were not. Please dont order from here you will regret it!!!!!!

The worst customer service I've ever had

I have been thinking about you for a couple of months and have been thinking about you for a couple of days now and I hope you like your baby picture and how you doing with you forever again in the future

Last 2 times we've ordered its been a negative experience first time we ordered it took ages went to collect and tonight we ordered it to collect for half 6 arrived at half 6 and pizza wasn't ready till 7pm with very little apology from staff

Waiting 30mins for order, called store was told atleast another half hour. Website said 24mins for delivery. Joke And it's still not even baking. If I had known it would be over an hour I wouldn't of bothered. Everytime I order pizza from here there is a problem. Order incorrect, forgotten items, wrong door. I really dont know why I keep bothering.

Very bad service, I ordered chicken and mashroom and they delivered mashroom and pineapple .. The lady who saved me was Jana very rude. I asked to swap they refused. My kids refused to eat.

Awful service, poor quality and wouldnt want to win anything from here let alone pay for it. Customer service is lower than whale poo. Pizzas that we ordered were wrong when they turned up, the managers attitude when we complained was to call us back up and tell us we were wrong and that any replacement would arrive burnt. Surprise surprise it did (still better than the sloppy wet pile of dough we recieved in the first place i might add) We will never use again. Go to pizza king or pizza hut and save yourself the aggro.

Kind people. Love the way you can see them making your pizza through the side window. Only 4 stars because they take so long to make the food

Got what I asked for at the price I wanted.

Ordered Pizza from Faversham shop for delivery and the driver went to wrong door who happened to be my daughters friend , she rang my daughter to say they was at her door and was sending him round to my door , I waited at door for him and he didn't come round so I rang shop and explained and was told that he had been knocking my door for fifteen minutes and was spoken to rather rude , I had only ordered it twenty five mins so if he was knocking my door for fifteen mins my piza was cooked and transported in ten mins , I am.a very good customer well was .
