Franzos Isle of Sheppey in Swale

Ordered food on UBER and after 1hr 30mins later order was cancelled by Franzos saying they don't deliver here. I am only 2.5 miles away. Also good luck trying to ring these jokers number provided on uber and Google is a dead line. Save yourselves the hassle and order somewhere else.

Halloumi cheese had gone off, Tasted disgusting, wedges were soggy and not great. Wrap was quite spicy.

Great food, better fries than macdonalds, burger King, KFC. delivered early by a happy, smiling delivery person. would defo use again.

There were items missing and no clear information that the ‘coke’ at £1.95 was in just a singular can. Portion sizes were tiny and the food just generally expensive.

First purchase here for me. The chicken was really nice as was the salad which also included olives which is a nice touch. Pitta bread is pitta bread. The chips were just about cold so perhaps some better insulation for them. The delivery person was really polite. I enjoyed the meal and will use again.

Great food, ordered the loaded box (hot) best burger and wings I have had so far, I even got a free Coke from the restaurant as they were running a bit late. So thank you guys sooo much 🖤🤍🩶🤎💜🩵💙💚💛🧡🩷❤️

Was slightly disappointed that I was not able to eat in with my family due to staff having to start cleaning an hour before closing time. However, I ordered to take away and wow! The food did not disappoint. I am quite surprised with the reviews and it certainly made me doubt if the quality would be the same as the East London branches - nonetheless the food was AMAZING (grilled chicken). Would highly recommend.

Delicious food, but not very good value, the large sides was not very big and we had to make another order. We are 2 adults and 3 kids, and spend 65, and it was not enough.

The food arrived late, stone cold , needed to be microwaved which wasn't good. I tried to ring the number given to find out where my order was and it just kept ringing out. Wasn't worth the money at all. Very disappointed.

Our food wasan hour later than expected. When it finally arrived food was stone cold. The wrap seemed very small, as did the lamb, certainly not worth the cost. The taste of the food was nice, just stone cold and small potions in reflection to the price.

Spent over £20 here for two burgers, two sides and two drinks. First of all, they got my order wrong. I ordered a chicken smash burger, I got beef. In addition, the presentation was diabolical. ( see images below ) then to top it off one slices of wilted lettuce, one thin sliced of old tomato and two small pieces of onion is not sufficient to be considered additions. All the cheese missed my burger and was sat in the wrapper with my burger making it soggy by time we got home. We also got two dips we didn't order, and with all due respect, the staff at the counter hardly understand a word we said. I'm so disappointed as I was really looking forward to trying the food. When we tried to call the restraunt back, there was no answer however after waiting for 20 minutes in the restraunt for our food, we know for a fact they arnt busy! You guys know how to loose customers! And after reading the other reviews, I'm not surprised.

Awful food chicken tasteless garlic bread tasteless lamb kofte or what ever it was tasted terrible I ended up cutting up the chicken and taking it home for the dog Even the awful KFC next door is better than this place They guy on the till was more interested in his phone than bringing cutlery to the table Not a great experience be warned

Food was great but the price is way too much for what you get. A wing is the whole wing, not the one joint between elbow and wrist. And for the price, I would expect the whole wing.

Shocking food never even arrived terrible service

Food was marked as delivered at 6.52pm got delivered at 7.28pm was told it left 10 mins ago at 7pm, for an 8 minute drive. Rang again 20 minutes and was told it was on route and they would ring the driver. Items missing, the burger and wrap was more sauce than chicken. Got the flavourings wrong on both the chicken burger and wrap.

Ordered in store 0 customer service skills. I asked for no lettuce and no cheese, then watched them place two slices of cheese on my burger (one under the chicken and one on top), then they re-read the order, realized their mistake and so peeled of one slice and returned it back to the stack of cheese slices and then scraped the other slice off of the chicken with his fingers. when I asked if there was definitely not any cheese as I have an allergy the lad said no and walked away. Thankfully my allergy is not severe otherwise I would have been in trouble. Also ordered peri chips got plain and my chicken thigh was very dry definitely not cooked fresh. Won't be going there again

DONER BASE - also part of FRANZOS. Ordered for the first time tonight - total disappointment! The food was soggy .. the doner meat reminded of what I can only imagine is the microwave doner from Iceland! The doner meat smelt ‘off’ .. the bread it was in was soggy as anything so actually couldn’t eat it properly. The salad it came with which was in a separate pot? - Was wilted. The overall food was horrendous, and not edible. We didn’t eat it. Oh, and it was 20 minutes late. I would have rather have given my hard earned money to someone else. Such a shame I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Food delivered with chips missing, told they would re send them. I waited half hour and no sign so called to be told they were on the way, another half hour goes by, still nothing. Called again to be told will be there shortly, another half hour goes by, still no show so called and asked to speak to manger, the boy then hung up. I called back they hung up again, 6 times in a row so drove down there to get some answers. As soon as I arrived, this issue was evident. All the staff are kids, not one of them older than 20, have no idea what they are doing and have 0 custodies service skills. The manager was doing her best to resolve the issue but seems as though she was Totally out of her depth. Oh and when the chips did finally arrive, they were cold, soggy and undercooked.

Food was tasty and hot, the corn is absolutely peng and I never get corn usually! The sauces were nice too especially the kinda minted one my only bad points are the delivery time my food was a good 15 mins late, the milkshake, while it tasted nice for the price you'd expect it to be 2 maybe even 3 times the size it is, and the packaging,the bag was split so as I pulled input the carrier bag I nearly lost it all (I didnt but it was close!) Otherwise really nice food and it arrived hot I'd eat here again for sure

Arrived freezing cold asked for replacement to be told would be 20-30 minutes. Over an hour later still has not arrived. Called up to be told would be another 30 minutes. In total be 3 hours wait by time i get food if it arrives at all after costing £30! Asked to speak to manager...no manager present

First off the driver left my food in the floor and drove off before I even opened my door (paid £3 for such a great service) The food is was over priced! Nearly £14 for basically the same size as a McDonald's triple cheese burger. Large chips (which was cold) for nearly £5 was the same size a small and really only enough for one person. I definitely won't be ordering here again. Feel cheated out of the money I paid for such a poor service and small portions.

Great meal happy with what we got and in good time

The food arrived late, and some items missing. The food was nice of what we did receive at least. However my biggest complaint is how terrible your customer service is. I spoke to someone on the phone who answered with just a 'hello' so I wasn't sure if I rang the right number I had to ask. Then I explained some of our food was missing and instead of apologising or trying to rectify this she just rudely said complain to just eat! But just eat didn't make the food so why?? And before you ask why am I leaving my review days later I tried sorting this on the phone but no use.

Food was cold, didn't taste like the flavours ordered and order was incorrect. At time of ordering it stated 30-40 minutes for delivery. Once gge order was placed it said 40-60 minutes. Finally received the order an hour and 40 minutes after ordering it.

Very good food but a very rude driver too

I made two orders previous and had no issues. However when I placed this order it took a lot longer then expected and when it arrived it was under cooked and freezing. Every bit of it. I rang and complained they said they will send some more out which they did. When they turned up the driver was demanding the food that was cold and already picked at. To make matters worst once he finally gave me the new food it was chewy and felt microwaved. To be honest over priced and terrible service. Lost me as a customer

Delivery late by over a hour and still not received, phoned up 45mins ago for someone to say they have left to deliver the food, well it’s still not here can’t get through on the phone now food will be freezing by time it’s here and I’ve already paid for the order.

I ordered our food at 15:55 and it was due to be delivered at 16:40... this was delayed three times. We eventually received our food after waiting 1 hour 40 minutes from ordering! The paper bag had split where the food was so sweaty and had made the bag wet. I had ordered 3 chicken strips for my daughter in lime and herb seasoning, however we received one lump of chicken breast and it was very spicy so I think the wrong sauce was used. She was unable to eat it so I had to split my sons burger in half so that they could still eat after waiting so long. In addition to all of the above, the food was cold and the chips were undercooked and hard. Very disappointed considering I paid £28 for two children’s meals and a meal for myself and all of it was either inedible or unenjoyable.

although the food was on time, chips where rock hard and cold. and burger seemed like it had been sitting around for a while. £2.50 for 2 stamp sized halloumi slices 👍🏻 might be a one off for the place, just a bit poor on this occasion.

Our first time using and I have to say the food and speed of delivery was great, will 100% use again.

The food was outstanding and even though there was a delay in the order time the complimentary wings were very appreciated and just as good as the rest of the food!

It was cold when I reacived The peri chips were just normal chips with a tiny tiny bit of seasoning and there were anaemic the burger was just not nice and cold and the wings were the only good part of the box meal I do not recommend ordering this just get something else you’ll be disappointed like I am today :(

Spent over £80 on an order for 6 people, only to have one of the meals missing on delivery. When ringing the restaurant to allow them the chance to rectify their mistake they were not interested and would not do anything about it and just said "contact just eat". So we were left with only 5 of us having a meal. Food was ok but overpriced. Customer service terrible. Won't be ordering again.

Food was stone cold and was delivered 1 hour 15 minutes late and the person who delivered was rude.

Food was great. Only minor criticism is the fact you have to remove something for your first option (rather than add) form the pita, as your first option.

My food took over an hour to get to me and by the time it did it was cold, one of my orders was completely wrong, and my burger was delivered with a slice of cheese melted to the outside of the wrapper but when I called the restaurant they insisted that I asked for it like that 🤔😂

I don’t think it’s value for money to be completely honest. The whole system is weird. The fact you have to remove something from your burger and you’re required to add something for an extra charge and charged for a side? For almost £10 a burger I’d expect fries to come with it at least. Overpriced and not as nice as it was suggested. I was left still hungry after spending over £30 for me and my partner. Not sure I’ll be ordering again
