Please believe the bad reviews, my order for delivery was over an hour late, it was stone cold, and very very poor value for money, what an absolute rip off and I was so disappointed!! .... I should of got a bargain bucket from KFC instead

Was slightly disappointed that I was not able to eat in with my family due to staff having to start cleaning an hour before closing time. However, I ordered to take away and wow! The food did not disappoint. I am quite surprised with the reviews and it certainly made me doubt if the quality would be the same as the East London branches - nonetheless the food was AMAZING (grilled chicken). Would highly recommend.

they worst take out food I have ever ordered chicken wings stunk of fish and were slimy I couldn’t even try them absolute gross I should have known better as soon as I see they were part of the pizza go go group on there hygiene sticker

Poorly seasoned, soggy salad and no variety in dips received. Very small portion size and not worth the expense 😡

Spent over £20 here for two burgers, two sides and two drinks. First of all, they got my order wrong. I ordered a chicken smash burger, I got beef. In addition, the presentation was diabolical. ( see images below ) then to top it off one slices of wilted lettuce, one thin sliced of old tomato and two small pieces of onion is not sufficient to be considered additions. All the cheese missed my burger and was sat in the wrapper with my burger making it soggy by time we got home. We also got two dips we didn't order, and with all due respect, the staff at the counter hardly understand a word we said. I'm so disappointed as I was really looking forward to trying the food. When we tried to call the restraunt back, there was no answer however after waiting for 20 minutes in the restraunt for our food, we know for a fact they arnt busy! You guys know how to loose customers! And after reading the other reviews, I'm not surprised.

Awful food chicken tasteless garlic bread tasteless lamb kofte or what ever it was tasted terrible I ended up cutting up the chicken and taking it home for the dog Even the awful KFC next door is better than this place They guy on the till was more interested in his phone than bringing cutlery to the table Not a great experience be warned

Ordered in store 0 customer service skills. I asked for no lettuce and no cheese, then watched them place two slices of cheese on my burger (one under the chicken and one on top), then they re-read the order, realized their mistake and so peeled of one slice and returned it back to the stack of cheese slices and then scraped the other slice off of the chicken with his fingers. when I asked if there was definitely not any cheese as I have an allergy the lad said no and walked away. Thankfully my allergy is not severe otherwise I would have been in trouble. Also ordered peri chips got plain and my chicken thigh was very dry definitely not cooked fresh. Won't be going there again

DONER BASE - also part of FRANZOS. Ordered for the first time tonight - total disappointment! The food was soggy .. the doner meat reminded of what I can only imagine is the microwave doner from Iceland! The doner meat smelt ‘off’ .. the bread it was in was soggy as anything so actually couldn’t eat it properly. The salad it came with which was in a separate pot? - Was wilted. The overall food was horrendous, and not edible. We didn’t eat it. Oh, and it was 20 minutes late. I would have rather have given my hard earned money to someone else. Such a shame I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Food delivered with chips missing, told they would re send them. I waited half hour and no sign so called to be told they were on the way, another half hour goes by, still nothing. Called again to be told will be there shortly, another half hour goes by, still no show so called and asked to speak to manger, the boy then hung up. I called back they hung up again, 6 times in a row so drove down there to get some answers. As soon as I arrived, this issue was evident. All the staff are kids, not one of them older than 20, have no idea what they are doing and have 0 custodies service skills. The manager was doing her best to resolve the issue but seems as though she was Totally out of her depth. Oh and when the chips did finally arrive, they were cold, soggy and undercooked.
