Sometimes good mostly bad. Last time I went waited 25 minutes. 10 piece bucket consisted of 7 legs and 3 other pieces! Chips are back to being horrible

Trying to contact this store after they've completely balls up our order got a trilogy box meal with no burger £33 for cold food and not even what you order , disgrace

When I had the gravy mega box meal when I visited kfc, the two fillets were tasty, the chips had no flavour and ìt could have been hotter, the drumstick chicken could have more flavour. The gravy was piping hot and the taste was disgusting, it could have more flavour.

Worst kfc. I’ve never ordered from here and received my whole order always things missing. The chicken is always rubbery and cold. They also do not sell crushems.

Waited almost an hour for delivery on a Thursday evening (so not exactly a busy time). When the order arrived there was almost half missing (no drink, no hot wings, no popcorn chicken and no chips). Really appalling service. I ended up going there myself to complain and was greeted with no apology and only replacement food cooked. Manager was also very unwilling to give her name. KFC, you need to seriously look at your training and customer service policies.

Came in tonight drink was flat order was wrong and when trying to call no answer after ten times 7096 was my order about 9:30 we was there disgusting

Struggled to get a basic order right

We ordered 2 box meals and ended up with 2 cold (not even remotely warm) burgers, warm is chips and red hot sides. Not good.

Dreadful. Waited over 20 minutes for my food, then every part of the order was wrong. Not the first time I've had a bad experience here, but will be the last. Won't be using them again.

The chips were very oily as if they hadn't been drained properly. Service @ drive thru was quick

I highly do not recommend it. After several months, we decided to give it a chance again. The chicken was fatty, the twister wrap was not good and the mini filet was a comedy. Plus a killer price. And then they are surprised why people prefer to eat at Mac Donald's.

Love the food and great service

Chips sparce, and no dips! Ordered 5 boneless banquets, waited in lay-by not a problem but mentioned dips again as I paid and yet none provided.

Useless. I ordered a burger and 3 pieces of chicken. Despite this restaurant getting orders of mine wrong in the past I overlooked checking my order before leaving. Sure enough, I get home and the chicken is missing. I tried calling but nobody answered so I had to drive back. I eventually get served by a surly disinterested youth who gets the chicken for me. No apology, nothing. Didn’t even crack a smile. From experience I should have known better and checked, but was I wrong to expect such a straightforward order to be correct ?

Service had little to compliment as its not at all personal service any longer. The order was missing coleslaw, fries and the corn had been re-stickered as clearly very old and inedible. Hot wings were triple breaded to allow for longer standing before being rejected. However, after 2 attempts on the telephone, I was offered a full replacement for future.

Awful service. We were the only car at the drive in. We simply asked for two fillet box meals with two extra pieces of chicken and requested thigh meat. Asked for two cokes one being diet the other regular. We received our order trustingly. No receipt given. Do no order number for the meal. Got home, no indication which drink was which, In asking at the window, she said she couldn’t remember. no extra meat, although was paid for. Fries were full of sage & onion salt. Fries were stale. Burger bun hard. No mayonnaise on the fillet, fillet was cold. On calling the store the only thing they said was ‘nothing they could do about it. No wonder no- one goes here. I should’ve known. If you’re hungry. Go to the island or Gillingham. They’re much better at service.

Ordered food as takeaway, and gave us the complete wrong food, ordered a mighty bucket for one, pacifically for the hot wings, but they gave us 8 mini fillets instead, which isn’t acceptable and defeats why we ordered the mighty bucket. Not happy at all and customer service was not impressive, it needs to be sorted.

Very overpriced with parsimonious portions. Food is rubbish. You're better off getting food from a kebab shop.

What an absolute disgrace! By a reliable source the manager doesn’t answer the phone when they have not fulfilled customers orders! 31 calls later … no response! Head office you need to sort this out an sack your manager! At least when there was reliable staff the phone got picked up and orders were sent out.. if I could give less than 1* I would. Please feel free to call me so I can tell you of your clear lack of customer service and the training of your manager!

My daughter had Chicken from this establishment and came down with severe food poisoning from undercooked chicken.

I simply cannot understand how something as simple as preparing what is requested can be so hard. I’m not sure what simpletons this place has hired but they don’t seem to be able to answer the phone either. Your better off going to Mac Donald’s over the road unless you want to pay for a random food choice by what ever idiot they have working today! Update: food was rancid, won’t be going near a KFC anytime soon

The slowest drive through I've ever been to staff are useless I'm not sure how long they get for lunch but I only get 1 hour liven yourselfs up

Absolutely shocking service, plenty of staff behind the counter / kitchen and it wasn’t very busy, but somehow sat in the car park for 35 minutes, along with several other customers, for a chicken burger… which was bang average.

Never gets orders right, always something missing!! Today 2 hot wings and chips were missing. Useless staff, never get orders right. Absolute jokes 😡

Very, very slow service! 20 min order

Ordered an original four piece meal and two extra pieces - received 6 cold drumsticks only and a tiny amount of old chips - disgusting and not worth the money !

Useless staff, lied to and told they were only taking cash at the till to then have another member take my order with card once she walked off. Food sat there ready but no-one bagging up even though all the staff seemed more interested in their rota on the wall. Seen more enthusiasm in a morgue.

They always forget something at the drive thru and online delivery orders, go to mcdonalds because they always get my order right. I remember them being accurate years ago, owner must have changed. Also increase the salary, just seen how much they get, people have to live you know?!

Very dirty! Understaffed and slow service took 30mins to get food once ordered. Food all over the floor even by the till, both bins overflowing tables were not clean and it wasnt exactly busy. Just screams poorly managed would not go back there!

Waited over 40 minutes in the drive through (it really wasn’t busy) last night, could see through the window they were just chatting, wondering around staring at walls!! Eventually got to the window to get the moodiest person ever, asked for ketchup twice (there was no gravy left… the only reason to go to kfc) and got the biggest eye roll as if it was such an inconvenience to his life. It would have been quicker to drive to the sheppey kfc and eat the food by the time we got ours last night. It has been like this everytime we have gone there. To the person that served me last night.. you’re in the wrong line of work mate

If I could rate the service as 0 star I certainly would. Absolutely disgusting service. Was stuck in drive through for 45 minutes with not a member of staff to come to any of the cars waiting in line. To finally come to the ordering window to be told they are now closed and are just serving the 2 cars in front and that's it and to be supplied with a half hearted apology after telling us it was closed rather than before anything else. To be told they wouldn't ask the 2 cars awaiting food to park up so the remaining cars could exit the drove through. Extremely disappointing service all round.

The worst KFC in Kent. Don’t bother ordering from here or on Uber eats/ Just eat , they get it wrong every time and won’t tell you they have ran out of items but still let you buy it. They don’t answer the phone and when they do they are clapped. Honestly actually embarrassing if you work there.

If you're in a hurry to eat, you may want to think twice about visiting this particular branch. Staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than serving customers. Avoid.

The only KFC around these parts that has Krushems and the Krushem machine actually works. Well done guys keep it up.

Ordered a home delivery after a busy day out yesterday, Ordered a 12 piece boneless bucket plus other bits, when we went to tuck into the bucket found they only gave us an 8 piece bucket, tried calling 5 times to complain but surprisingly no one bothered to answer the phone, have tried calling again today and surprise surprise still no answer, really really disappointed with them

Placed an order this evening online for delivery through kfc website. Order arrived 15 mins late, that's acceptable, but we were missing items which is unacceptable. Tried calling the shop either got no answer or the line was engaged. We had a total of 6 chicken pieces, 4 of those were legs plus 2 small wings. Certainly won't be ordering from here again.

So apparently it is the stores policy that you check your order before you leave because the staff member can't be blamed for not packing your order correctly. When I got home and discovered items were missing the charming (not) store manager said it's my fault for not checking a £50 order and called me a liar about the missing items. Awful incompetent staff which by all accounts is the customers fault. That's the last time I'll be going there, an absolute disgrace to the KFC name.

Do not deserve even one star for the service I received couple of weeks ago when I was waiting in the drive through. There were 4 cars in front of me. I'm not exagerrating, I queued up for more than an hour. Then I realised the speaker at the drive through was not working. Why didn't they close the drive-through if it was not working. Each customer was placing the order at the window. They took min 20 minutes to serve each customer. Then another customer hold the queue for more than 30 minutes himself because he was told there was only burger and no chicken when he reached the counter. Unbelievable and shocking service. I was told I need to wait another 20 minutes If I need chicken. Or else I will have just get a burger meal. I had a child in my car who was just waiting for the chicken for more than an hour. We couldn't reverse because there were other cars behind us and it was not possible while we were waiting. Why didn't a staff member came out and explained the situation to the people who are waiting. They didn't care and no apologies. Terrible service.

Just got a bucket the chicken was 90% bone we got a 10 pieces bucket with 8 boney wing things what was black inside and two breast. Not one leg it’s unreal from kfc and it’s just put the kids off kfc forever. Best of going over the Sheppy

The smallest portion of chips I've ever seen, about a quarter of a portion from any other chain. Chicken was nice though.

Qued at the drive through for about 20 minutes just to be told its cash only! Then ordered inside store were it was very busy. Staff were more interested in serving the delivery drivers food more than the customers. Ice creme was like slop as was made way ahead of the food being ready so was defrosted, then when got home with food they had given me 5 fillets instead 12 and a load of hot wings instead! How hard is it to get a order right and maybe put a sign up to say that the drive through is cash only

1 star is being generous. every time I order somthings wrong or missing. Last order had no chips and only had half a mini fillet. What's happened to the other half of my mini fillet?! The best part of my meal was the piece of chicken that resembled a bat. Can't beat a kfb!

Had KFC delivered half of the items was missing, asked the Deliveroo driver he just said don’t know go on the app. So called KFC sittingbourne about 5 times no answer and they cut the phone off and no help on the app. Really annoying as order was over £38 for half my order and the stuff that turned up was warm. Will not be ordering online again, KFC are bad enough forgetting item through the drive through let alone delivery. Surly it’s not rocket science..

DISGRACE! never thought I would have to make a complaint about the all mighty KFC. My anger was bubbling when I received this disgusting food. Pink? Yes a lovely colour but not when it’s your chicken. Do you want me to die of food poisoning? Teeth? Yes things you have in ur mouth but not in your chicken. AHHHH! Really fast service, hot fresh food

Just ordered via uber eats, wasn't even given half of what I ordered costing £35, been trying to phone for past 15 mins, no-one picking up the phone.

The place was bad for a while, but recently has really started to pick up, their chicken is top quality and their vegetables in the twister wrap I ordered were on point.

Don't bother, the wait time is horrendous, sat in drive through for half hour when there was one car Infront. They just don't seem to care

The chicken was nice, however the chips were unsatisfactory. Dull and arguably soggy. The service was a little bit slow but overall not bad. Overall it was mediocre.

That isn't KFC. I ordered for the first time. There is no difference between KFC and a supermarket. Shocking. Try NZ KFC you'd know the difference. £12.60. £1.99 included for delivery. Then tip driver if you can.

Food is fine, annoying to be told to use a screen when 7 feet away are staff nattering in front of tills they could be taking my order with... Accasionally there is some headphone problem, according to note stuck to drive through, where the staff get ignore you. Might want to remind them paying customers make paydays possible.

Waiting time is ridiculous, ordered on machine in there and been half hour and still waiting, there more interested in serving just eat as there coming in and going while still waiting. One person before us got there food after 45 minute wait so maybe another 15 minutes to go. Every table that's not in use is dirty. Nothing cleared, 6 staff behind the counter more just watching screen than doing much.

Very disappointed, very long wait in a drive through queue to be told most things out of stock. It was only 8pm so not really late. Ended up with soggy chips & chicken, split beans as the lid wasn't securely on. Lady who served us was smiling and very pleasant though

Worst KFC ever they are so slow and they make the food taste terrible. How can they be so slow when all they have to cook is chicken. If food isn’t ready for someone make the car wait in a bay like every other fast food place with a drive food.

4 of us went and 3 out of the 4 got a box meal. My boyfriend got 10 chips, i got 12 and my brother 15. The staff were sort of rude. One spoke to quietly to hear even though there was only 1 other person in there and we were standing waiting at the desk so i asked what number was said. The other one shouted looking directly at us and pulled a face. We went during the dinner rush, so was expecting a rush but they were much more preoccupied by fullfilling the drive through rather than the people who came in eat in. It also isnt possible to eat it at the moment, which there is no signage before you go on and see them actually working (while they are cooking and serving your food) or we would have gone through the drive through as it was raining. The food wasnt hot dispite the wait.

Truly bad restaurant. They always seem to have supplier issues, running out of stuff and arbitrarily replacing your order with other food you don't want. Beans instead of gravy. No salsa on the Zinger Tower Burger, no fries! No fries. What fast food restaurant has no fries! Food items always missing from food orders - fries again but also soft drinks. Forget ever getting your money back or an explanation. Clearly don't give a damn about customer service. Do yourself a favour and order elsewhere

Never again through Uber eats prices are different ordered a family bucket. With coleslaw and beans. Appently they substituted our chips??? £22.38 for chicken beans and coleslaw

It's quite small but room to fit upto maybe 10 - 20 famílies the food is reliably warm and as should be expected.
