KFC Sittingbourne - Mill Way in Swale

Purchased a 10 piece bucket, asked for no more than 2 drumsticks, got home to find 5 in the bucket, not happy

They don’t have all the items for the meal and won’t give money off or extra food and expect u to pay full price what a joke

Hi! i want to tell you on what great service me and my family got from Lennie, he was very respectful made sure we had everything, check up on us, and he was very friendly.Lennie made sure we were all okay and i really think he should get a raise because he seems like a beautiful warm hearted person. This Kfc in Sittingbourne is also awesome!They should get more people to clean the tables. Overall me and my family had an amazing experience ❤️

Delivered the wrong order and refused to send the right food

When ording the food it said the delivery time would be 10-15minutes….. after waiting 45 minutes you were still advertising 10-15 minutes delivery times

when it did turn up it was cold

Ordering and delivery was fine but food was cold. Would rather go to the restaurant to eat hot.

Food was cold, no lettuce in my burger and also only had about 10 chips in the portion

The chicken in the sandwiches was small and had hardly any crispness to it, the chips were floppy and cold, very very dissatisfied and disappointed

Delivery was fine but kfc one piece of chicken was a tiny thigh piece come on kfc you can do better than that !!

I paid for a cookie and it wasn't in the order

Food was awful. Chicken was chewy and the popcorn chicken was overcooked in the kids meal making it hard for my toddler to eat

The order never arrived and was told there was no drivers, Spoke to them and they told me that the food has been sitting there for 20 minute and waiting for a driver this was ordered at 14:15 and still waiting at 17:10

Very rude staff need to train them on customer service, or hire the right staff avoid this tables not clean reported to environmental health as well seen rats in kitchen, they care just take your money then just stand there chatting, avoid this restaurant at all cost

over 1 hour from when ordered until the tracker said preparing my order then delivery time which was good

awful! ended up with half of a large gravy, half a large popcorn chicken, everything covered in gravy due to how it was either placed in the bag or delivery. phoned the store, asked if we'd go back to the store ourselves so they could replace it! reason we got it delivered is because we couldn't get out the door! they blame it on delivery driver, he said its themspoke to delivery driver, and he was good enough to come back to let us know what had been said in store. staff in store were useless!

Running a store but can’t even work out there should be 16 sides on this ordered… I guess 4x4 means something different 🤷🏼‍♀️ delivered 3 then when question over the phone tried to say I hadn’t ordered 4 lots of 4 sides for £5. Went to store and even when shown proof of order, shown a breakdown on the uber help with missing items and shown the price which didn’t add up to what she said was ordered was beyond rude laughing because she didn’t care but hey it’s ok take £20👌🏻 least Uber listened and refunded it!!

My food arrived completely covered in gravy which had spilt on every meal inside. The chips were cold and soggy and the bbq bites tasted burnt

Visited the drive thru on Saturday 4th January at around 2pm and ordered 2 Twister wrap meals. We were asked to park up and wait for it to be cooked - we waited 15 minutes before going into the shop to see if we'd been forgotten. One female member of staff completely ignored us waiting for attention at the counter and continued packing bags at a snails pace... One male member of staff was rushed off his feet literally running to and fro behind the counter. We eventually received our meals 25 minutes after ordering. Luckily, the food was pretty good so we soon got over the fact that it wasn't the quick bite to eat we wanted. However, I'm pretty annoyed on behalf of your staff, KFC. Earning minimum wage in food services to be short staffed and stressed out with zero support from management is not cool. If your store is short staffed, you should not allow delivery orders as they seemed to take priority over the dozens of customers coming in from the drive thru to chase up their orders.

2 items were swapped on my order. i got a corn cob instead of mash and tango instead on pepsi max

Delivery Driver was fantastic and couldn’t be more apologetic for issues with his delivery time, understandable with the weather and being New Year’s Day. Sadly the wrong bucket was delivered.

Arrogant , rude. Drove off shouting at us in his car. Had over 6 orders in his car(from different various restaurants). Never experienced anything like it.

Once again part of the order was missing, I spoke to the driver and all he said was “not my problem, call KFC” I believe the drivers are taking the items as they are always small items easily hidden. Not impressed at all.

Waited 2 hours for delivery and when it arrived, was barely even warm! Usually, delivery is prompt, and food hot! REALLY NOT HAPPY!!!!

Was given 25- 45 mins max delivery, but times kept extending. Took hour 5 in the end. All the food was totally cold, or barely lukewarm and inedible! Waste of time waiting, requested refund.

It's the 1st time we have dined in for some time. Staff was very helpful, and the dining area was very clean and well maintained. The meal was very well priced. Our experience was better than expected based on a previous visit.

Disgusting, greasy chicken to the extent it was swimming in it, obviously old fat used, tasted awful. Chicken pieces tiny, staff uneducated and damn right rude! Don’t bother with this place!

KFC in Sittingbourne is bad quality. I ordered 6 pieces bucket and I got three wings, two legs and one tight were oily and all black in colour because the oil they used are old. It’s really put me off !!

Got a driverhrough takeaway last night. Was greeted by a very rude employee who couldn't wait for an order without clearly displaying his impatience as my girlfriend thought about what to order. He then continued to be unpleasant through the payment. We were the only car there yet it took an age to get the 4 items of food packed. Ironic it took so.long as out of the four items ordered one was missing. That's 25% unfulfilled. The just to add insult to injury the wrap that was provided was more cremated then my gran, and she was cremated about 6 months ago. Shambolic and not my first bad experience of this branch. I would suggest anyone uses another local kfc as this one is consistently awful

Spacious, not too over crowded, good services and always hot cripsy chicken. A cool place to take a break after shopping around.
