Well that’s a first ! Food early hot and tasty ! Only problem was no sauce delivered as per normal! They never do !!!

what is the point of a code to get my order, total waste of time

was sceptical this time as had a previous order not to satisfaction. Ordered this time and the food was way above expectations of last time (to the standard it should be) & delivery time was great! would definitely order again!

bits missing 2 hot wings and a large side coleslaw this seems to be a regular thing now

Waited an hour and a half for the order, didn’t get the “free over £21” item and food arrived cold.

Food was sent to the wrong postcode as the app linked the postcode to sheerness not minster, then the driver couldn’t find me for over an hour and didn’t deliver the food at all I want a full refund I have screenshots to show the food was over an hour late and the driver tried to make me walk to them so I could get my food, I want a full refund this is a joke.

Stopped ordering here a while ago as they gave me 4 legs as a 4 piece meal, nothing like the advertised picture. They regularly gave me 3 legs and one shriveled bit from what must have been an anorexic chicken. Nothing had changed

I am discusted with my order am missing 5 chips 1 fillet burger 2 wings 1 can this is a joke!!! I want a refund

Chicken was rubbery and tough. Chips and chicken were cold. Popcorn chicken was flavourless and underdone.

I got the wrong order I asked for gravey got nothing

food was on time but the time had changed although it arrived in the new time given. delivery driver was friendly and very pleasant. no dips from the order given.

My order never arrived, I tracked the driver and as they were turning up to my address it cut off so I looked outside and saw a car and then it drove off so I never received my food

order is missing items that were added extras like gravy and bottle of drink this is typical of sheerness KFC got to the point I will not be ordering from here again

The food was very nice, big bits of chicken and tasty burger. Ordered gravy with my meal which never turned up. Tried ringing shop, no answer. Price of gravy not taken off my bill

Terrible service half the order was missing and looked like it had been run over

Service from driver was great. Quality of food not so. This is more to do with KFC and the lack of training there staff has had on assembling a burger.

Forgot my supercharger sauce again.

I have a problem, every order is always drum sticks or legs no variety. I never order below 4 pieces yet and it’s almost entirely legs always. I am tired of it

courier did not deliver to my address, waste of money..

Food came late and was cold when it arrived. Aswell as that i got coleslaw instead of gravy and had to throw it all away

Honestly don't think they could do worse if they tried. Wen through drive through and was told they would be with me in a minute. Waited 15 minutes to be told that they were running a limited menu and could only do burgers. So I ordered a burger and then waited another 25 minutes for the food to come out and when asking quite politely about the delay, was very rudely told by the member of staff that she was in her own and it's not her problem- despite I could see 3 members of staff right behind her having a chat. After paying anyway I waited a further 10 minutes for the food and it was cold and wrong order. Couldn't go back to complain because they closed early. Honestly a joke

It wasn’t late. It never arrived. App said delivered but it wasn’t.

Delivery Time stated 15-30 Minutes took over an hour to get order.

5meals missing and would not redeliver so had to go and collect basically the whole order! Lady on phone at kfc was very apologetic. All items on receipt by only 2 meals out of 7 delivered

Twice now I have ordered cookies with my meals and not received them,even though I was charged for them,I even checked the bag before driver went off and was told to get a refund. Not happy as I often order from here.

Didn’t get my food they didn’t even ring my doorbell I went to work this morning and it was left behind my bin!

Didn't have much on the menu. No crushems are available or ice-cream. not taking cash only cards. Restaurant was dirty food marks on every table and sticky floors.

Everything as usual KFC, up to their regular standard and practices. No Krushems for as long as I can remember, that's the only regret with them. The only KFC on the island, so there's no other option to go to unless you prefer to go to McDonald's.

Had to wait 55 minutes for it to arrive luckily the was was hot and nothing missing

If you’re local. I wouldn’t bother. I’ve come here on and off for years. The kids love KFC. But this branch barely have anything. I’m here right now and they legit only have the chicken for the burgers. No chicken on the bone, no fillets, all you can have is a burger. Pretty shocking from somewhere as big as KFC. If your this way and fancy chicken try one of the independent restaurants close by.

Popcorn chicken was missed and seasoning put on the chips when I asked not to in the notes (chips have been wasted). Will not be ordering KFC again

Hard to comment on the atmosphere as it was the drive-through, really nice food and service.

Coleslaw was past its use by date and we were unable to eat it. no answer from restaurant.

After visiting the restaurant on Sunday, I was greatly disappointed with the organisation, service and food. Firstly, I took away my order from the counter with half of it missing. Returned to complain where they then gave me a bucket of chicken, to sit down and find out that this was also not my food. Then the staff came over and told me there’s been a mix up and ask for the chicken bucket back that I had handled, to presumably give to someone else. The chicken pieces were tiny and not worth the time.

Why can you never tell clients when you cannot deliver the whole order. Why do you never have corn-on the cob on a the busiest day! Why do you ask for a delivery time and then deliver 35 minutes after the time asked for.

food was missing as always but they didn't register food as delivered till an hour afte6it was. so could not complain or ask for refund thru just eat. felt it was very crafty a d deliberate. JUSTEAT I hop you do something about this as thus is not the 1st. so yet again I'm left u satisfied and out of pocket. Not good. cos

Tasty fried chicken. Reminds me of this southern fried chicken I had back in the day in America by the roadside. Megan served me, she's really nice. Friendly and happy. Helpful.

Not the best vegan burger I’ve had from a kfc, seemed like it had been microwaved as was hard on one edge. No loo roll in the toilets.

Tbf, I don’t know why I bother using it, every single time there is always something missing from my order and I have to go into store to get what I originally ordered. Poor service, again.

Absolutely awful food Corn on the cob was sopping wet Chicken was dry and really greasy on the outside and tasted burnt Worst chips on the planet This paticular branch should be demolished If you want good KFC go somewhere else I wish i had read the reviews first i cant stop laughing at how bad nearly all of them are. 35 quid literally down the toilet The dogs dinner is looking more appetising and much cheaper If you want to be disappointed and angry like me Go to KFC sheppey Tagging on to my review which was a long time ago. I thought I would give KFC Neats Court another try as they weren't open very long then The food this time ( 04.07.2024) was absolutely disgusting and much worse than when they first opened. Greasy chicken with soggy skin and the chips tasted like they were swept up off the floor I can't emphasise just how poor the taste and quality of this food is I see the same replies to the bad reviews which there are many, promising to improve but obviously that is not happening As I said in my original review this place should be demolished along with the five bridges How hard is it to sell quality tasty food that we pay for Steer clear of this place it is truly shocking

Given the wrong order. I think the person who left the last review has my order and I have hers. What a total disappointment for us both how hard is it to get something so simple correct just look at the delivery address on your phone. Requested a refund but highly doubt I'll be granted it as they'll just say we checked the tracker and can see we delivered to you. Starving hungry now I've ordered a curry instead.

Did not get what I was ordered and stuck with someone elses meal which I did not want and someone else clearly has my meal.

Delivery was spot on. Missing popcorn chicken , dips and condiments.

Shop closed at 9 recieve food at 9:40 stone cold none of it is edible called shop to complain no answer. Want a full refund back to my payment account asap!!!

Driver sat at the restaurant for 10 minutes. Then he drove past my address to deliver to a different stop and subsequently was 15 minutes late on top of the already established late departure

That was the worst kfc I’ve had worldwide, chicken was dry as if it had been there for days, skin was so hard it would hardly stick to chicken and fries were hard inside and cold , ordered 5 bits of chicken for me and my wife got 4 legs KEEP AWAY

Absolutely disgusted!! Ordered 14 piece bucket I asked if possible can I have thighs and breast Got home Got 2 x thighs 1x breast 11 x drumsticks If I’d been in shop I would have taken it back Totally disappointed I expected some drums but not 11!! There was a mixed foods in my chips like somone munched a cookie and spat it in the chips there missed half my order and I’m unhappy with the quality food was cold

After travelling 3.5hrs journey myself and daughter stopped for food, selected to sit down and eat via the touchscreen but whilst waiting for our order the seating area was now closed and once order is completed told to leave by the side entrance. We ended up eating the food in a cramped car. Maybe block out the sit down and eat inside a good 1hr before closing on the touch screen order system.

enjoyed food could have been better chicken was a bit cold so we're the chips but was hungry gravy brilliant as always,but you have to allow for the delivery time.

Despite ordering "2x "FREE" Hot Wings, when we got home we noticed that we had been charged for them. That, and the fact we were kept waiting for a good five minutes at the drive thru, and me repeating our order at least three times, really annoyed me.. A much improved service this time around. Waiting for less than 1 minute and order delivered correctly.
