KFC Sheerness - Thomsett Way in Swale

This place is going down. The staff is a bunch of young people who don't really want to work. They rather speak to each other than to the customers. Food is going down. The chips I had were floppy and tasteless. I was so exited to have them on that day. We don't go there again. Check your team more!!! Thank you for your answer..which you actually give to everyone and nothing changes anyway. If you look at the history this "restaurant" is a joke. Get some people in who want to work!!!

Just had 10 piece bucket 7 drumsticks and three thighs no breast at all , chips were warm but the corn on the cob were good, absolutely crap.never using kfc again,

People standing waiting up to half an hour for their food is crazy bad. Doesn’t seem to be a system in place to actually run the place properly. Don’t bother you’ll be waiting a long time to get cold food.

Rely love the chicken but fed up with literally paying extra for sides I wasn't given and I find it very on purpose there is no listed phone number for the brach for a discussion and refund, why should I drive a 40 minute round trip to correct a muti billion pound franchise mistake. Iv taken it to the bank since I can get them on the phone and reporting it as goods not received.

Horrible. I unfortunately had the Rice bowl thing. Sludgy substance was rice I believe, sad amount of salad and it appeared old and soggy. Never again.

As ever missing an item on the order that had been placed and paid for. Only second time we’ve used this service, both times items missing. Will not be using service again.

Order was wrong from kfc Queenborough called them up to go over and collect the rest of the food and the phone was answered by a very rude lady, told her I was missing some of my food and was told I needed to complain through uber as it wasn't the stores fault even though they missed things out. Told her what was missing and she said one item they have sold out of and she is doing the job of 4 people so can't help things being missing and sold out but that's not the customers fault that they have no staff and no stock to fulfil customer orders.

member of my family couldn't eat chicken fillet burger because it came with mayonnaise as she allergic it. a did leave note stating no mayonnaise please

The delivery driver took on 3 deliveries and went 20 minutes away from my house when he was only 7 minutes away to start with. Obviously by the time he arrived to me being the last drop the food was stone cold. I questioned why he drove the long way round and he was argumentative and rude. He said I need to make money. He showed no care about customer service and is only worried about himself making as much money as he can without a care in the world for what he is doing to customers food.

Half of what I ordered was missing and when I went there I was told it was out of stock! Instead of a zinger burger they had put a piece of chicken in a bun with no sauce or salad! Very disappointed

Time keeped changing and my food is cold

I ordered a snack box, and the chicken popcorn minis were so good. But the chicken leg was disgusting. It had that very weird smell. It was that kind of smell like it was 6 days old. They didn't have any shakes, they said they could give a refund but it took ages. Overall I would say its okay.

Everything cold, 4 hot wings missing, chewy hot wings that were in one of the box meals. Took around an hour if not more to be delivered. For nearly £50 I expect better. Maybe they should spend less money re-doing the decor in the restaurant and more money hiring decent staff and provide better training. There is a problem every single time we order from this store.

Ordered 2 extra pieces of chicken on top of our meal deal but didnt receive them. Tried to call them to resolve it, no answer. Never had a bad experience with them but this has put us off

When the main item ordered is missing completely from the order. The poor delivery driver was sat at the restaurant for at least 45 minutes waiting for the order to be prepared and they still got it wrong. I never realised reading a ticket and placing the items in a bag needed a degree in rocket science.

Chips warm, not very nice. Chicken skin under coating soft and unpleasant texture. BBQ sauce tasted like it came from a bottle, far too strong. On the whole very disappointing.

Literally the best one ive had. Remembered everything as well! Hope future orders like that!

Shocking food! Half of the order was missing! Fries were greasy and cold! Burger bun was stale! Boneless Mini fillet meal had bones in the chicken! Everything was dripping in cold grease! Vile. Worst KFC in England! Don’t waste your money at this poor excuse for a fast food outlet!

Always check your food as orders are always wrong!! Update 6/10/18.... Waited 20 minutes for lunchbox and a popcorn chicken meal. Didnt think i could order anything as simple as that not fast food. Also experienced a worker with a batman logo tattoo telling off a girl for getting food out rather than collecting trays. I think someone enjoys power as she should of been helping withe the food not collecting all of ten trays from the restaurant area..

After a refresh it is easy to order and quick to supply you with chicken and chips exactly what I wanted

We had all the smallest meatless pieces… out of 14 pieces we got 12 wing or drumsticks? So much for getting a variety of pieces. The chips were cold. Arrived beyond their estimated delivery time. Won’t be ordering kfc again.

My chicken was pink and and I found a chicken head in the box

3 Items were missing which basically ruined the whole meal

Very disappointing with their delivery service of preparing the food, Ordered at 18.14 received the food at nearly 9.00pm. My son and I went to the store to complain about the time it took to deliver the food the poor manager was run ragged

Orderd a finger kicking double bucket with extras for delivery never turned up and money taken and no one could be bothered to answer phone really angry.

Despite everyone working very hard on a busy Thursday evening, this has to be the worst KFC I have ever had. Greasy chicken, soggy fries, no disrespect but someone needs to get a grip on the cooking.

The food took almost 90 mins to deliver, although it was delivered in the allotted time. (I didn’t realise it would take so long when I ordered it.) and when it arrived, the order was wrong, and not warm enough.

Dips missing, side that was ordered was supplied they just put a second portion of chips, which we didn’t want…… general really quite poor quality for over £30….

Awful experience, I left the drive-through 20 minutes drive home to to find they given me the wrong order 25 minutes back only to leave in total gridlock. I got home an hour later with my correct order no apology just a bottle of tango shoved on the counter in front of me. rubbish

So on arrival and paying for a sharing bucket I was told there was NO breast ...there was no beans also.. would this be ok? Well not really but it had to do as I'd already paid for it .... So No Signs up ..no staff telling customers before they pay at the machines Is this really satisfactory? Absolutely appalled by kfc. All that was delivered was dips and a drink and didnt get my meal. How can they mess up so badly?!!!

Not sure what is actually right with this store. When I order £30 worth of food, I actually do expect to have the food. Not just a drink. Absolutely appalling.

My daughter just ordered and spent over £30 and the driver arrives with 1 drink and 4 dips only and she says you need to contact the restaurant if thats not right ( which does'nt answer the phone) while she was running away.....i would avoid this restaurant like the plague no customer service whatsoever. What idiot would send 1 drink and bag with 4 dips in out for delivery. You have a reciept for a reason so you can check the order!!!!! Its not hard to get it right!!!!! If i could give zero stars i would!!!!!! Absolute disgrace

Well that’s a first ! Food early hot and tasty ! Only problem was no sauce delivered as per normal! They never do !!!

Pop in every now and then but sadly no more, over the last year the service has become very slow, (probably not the staffs fault). Last night was the final straw, chicken bucket ordered and was only drumsticks.

was sceptical this time as had a previous order not to satisfaction. Ordered this time and the food was way above expectations of last time (to the standard it should be) & delivery time was great! would definitely order again!

Food was sent to the wrong postcode as the app linked the postcode to sheerness not minster, then the driver couldn’t find me for over an hour and didn’t deliver the food at all I want a full refund I have screenshots to show the food was over an hour late and the driver tried to make me walk to them so I could get my food, I want a full refund this is a joke.

Absolutely appalling service today waiting for over 25 minutes. Was supposed to be eat in but apart from not having enough time after waiting so long it wasn't clean yo sit anywhere.

Stopped ordering here a while ago as they gave me 4 legs as a 4 piece meal, nothing like the advertised picture. They regularly gave me 3 legs and one shriveled bit from what must have been an anorexic chicken. Nothing had changed
