Ordered from menu for collection Mac and cheese Take away They do not provide forks Have to chuck the food in bin Apparently " it's not dining" obviously it isn't but you should provide a fork. Used to be regular. Won't go again. Ridiculous

Always been good and great fish and chips

I ordered just enough food for one, this took 2 and a half hours to get delivered! I was so angry as this ruined my evening, when I called the girl on the phone was super rude and definitely couldn’t be arsed to deal with anything I was saying. Will never order from here again.

I buy from Subway a lot and always pay extra for more in my sub however today I’m disappointed as I didn’t get my extras even though I paid more for them

Ordered on Uber Eats for delivery to the far end of the island, food was delivered early & piping hot. So so fresh & absolutely loaded, the mix kebab for 2 could easily be shared by 4/5 people. Absolutely lovely will be ordering again thank you chefs x

I had an afternoon tea booked for a friends 60th with 5 of us and I was worried as I can only have sourdough bread . I was worried I would be a pain and I was so impressed with the way they prepared my food and how beautiful it looked . I was so pleased with it and the fillings and bread looks better than the girls ones and they were all saying same . Delighted with the service too and always someone checking if we were ok and looked after us .

Wonderfully welcoming pub. Really delicious food. We had the mushroom burger, it was fantastic. Great chips, too. Decent portion of fresh mayonnaise. Great atmosphere. My only suggestion is better signage for the toilets as a few people were wandering around trying to find them. A really great place to eat.

We ordered a Villa Maria Blush Sauvignon and served a white wine which was obviously not Rose. When I complained to the duty manager she insisted it was the correct wine and refused to change it for the Villa Maria Blush. We know what this wine looks and tastes like sx we drink it often. Absolutely shocking customer service and very rude duty manager.

I can honestly say this was the worst experience I have ever had in terms of food and customer service. I attended on a Thursday evening in December with work colleagues for our Christmas party. We paid £40 a head so although I recognise the food limitations of large parties, I expected a certain standard for this price. Firstly the food. Starters were luke warm. You could stand a spoon up in my oily soup. Turkey was full of gristle. Cheesecake was a strange texture and inedible. Worse than that though, a vegetarian in our group was told then had run out of her pre ordered option. As an alternative she was given a plate of potatoes and carrots. They had no vegetarian gravy. Someone else in the group was a vegan and despite asking for options in advance, was not given a reply. What she was given on the night was really poor. We faked to speak to the manager. He declined initially. Eventually he agreed to talk to us but wouldn’t come to the table to see the problem. He names his event manager and blamed it on her. She wasn’t there to defend herself. He then blamed an agency chef. When my colleague said the experience did not make us want to stay and spend even more money to which he replied ‘bye then. You lot just want free drinks’. So rude. We stayed as there was nowhere else nearby to go. About 20 minutes from the end the waiting staff appeared with a few bottles of cheap wine. The waiting staff I have to say were polite and apologetic. I felt really sorry for them as their manager did nothing to support them. I will never set foot in that place again. It was so poor I was almost speechless. Worst food and customer service I have e we had. It was like fawlty towers.

It Was very friendly atmosphere the food was excellent the service was very good so helpful and very happy to help as well

Been going here for years, good food ,prices have gone up a bit but good portion sizes n nice fresh food 😋 if in sittingbourne it's the best place to get proper food Inc roast dinner, highly recommended 👍
