Subway in Swale

I buy from Subway a lot and always pay extra for more in my sub however today I’m disappointed as I didn’t get my extras even though I paid more for them

Altho requested toasted, food was really cold. Impossible to reheat as salad is inside.

This order wasn’t collected so why does it state that it was?

The original order was accidently ordered as collect the order wasn’t collected and the telephone number that was given for the shop was incorrect so I have paid for food that I didn’t have

Asked for a wrap and got the contents of the 6 inch sub and the contents of the sub in a wrap!

IT WAS COLD I HAVE JEVER BEEN SO UNSATISFIED FOR YEARS AND I WANT A COMPLETE REFUND

Frustrating, Always seems to be closing early when I visit, even though the website says open till 10pm.

I am left really disappointed at the quality of the food. I offered the new VIP Brie 6” sub which was squashed and the bread was hard to eat. The churro was a total waste of money, it was rock hard and almost stale. I have been waiting to try these for ages and it was disappointing. Very heavy on the cinnamon too. My husbands food was okay but the bread was pretty battered which meant it was hard to eat without the filling falling out. It was a waste of £35. Delivery was great though!

i was charged for cheesy Doritos £3 but only received a packet of crisps tried phoning but number not recognized

Ordered a foot long and did not get it

order is incorrect ordered a footlong Philly cheese steak however a 6" and is on the wrong bread, was delivered. chicken breast 6" is toasted when it was not meant to be, the wrap had little to no filling in it a single slice of pepper, the rotisserie chicken foot long is missing bacon, peppers and the shredded cheese.

just ordered their breakfast sub, it was absolutely disgusting, dry, the bread was all wripped and they forgot some of the ingredients will not be ordering again

In the last 2 orders placed, cheesy bites never arrived, 1st time we got chicken! Luckily my daughter isn't vegetarian! Today instead of the cheesy bites we received hash browns!!! No sauce delivered either. This may well be my last Subway order!

Never order from this store again, delivery was lot longer than the 20 mins stated, food arrived and promptly just fell out of the roll, as opened it was meant to be a new chicken thing, saw very little chicken on the floor !!!

missing half the order and the stuff that did turn up wasn't right they swapped half of it for cheaper stuff like a 4 pound thing they swapped for a 2 pound item

Ordered foot long and 6inch meals, weren't quite as ordered but worst part was none of the meal items arrived... no sides, no desserts and no drinks just the subs that weren't quite correct either... never using again!

resturant subbed out our waffle fries for hashbrowns without letting us know or adjusting the order price. Footling cookie was nice but the footling mini wrap sidekicks were meh.

didn’t get no sauce. the cheese wrap was not melted, i asked for toasted melts and i didn’t get them toasted. the waffle fries are barley cooked and they are all stuck to the bottem of the paper. the meatballs are cold. i would like some money back.

I waited for over an hour to get my food because it was delayed twice and I didn't get the drinks I ordered I got a coke and fanta when I ordered oasis and Dr pepper.

This place is UNREAL the fries and burgers are top notch, The prices are good but the food is better.

Made big order 12 sub orders and salad, two of the subs were missing from the order - quality and way there was wrapped and packed as all the subs were flat/squashed as the stores had no bags to carry any of the food/sides or no drinks available to make the orders in to meals so had to pay extra to be able to add on extra sides. One of the subs wasn't even edible as the way they made and packed the order and rushed. they were 25 minutes late of collection service even though ordered it very early. Not great service as our order came to over £120. Will be following up with just eat it. I will not be ordering again as this was for work lunch

Food arrived freezing cold, my little girls cheesy bread came with hardly any cheese and was all squashed up together (have photos of it) and app delivery time was constantly changing

Worst quality I have had in a long time. Foot long bacon and cheese. No cheese present, flat as a pancake, waffles under cooked and very small portions for a large. Very disappointing. Will not be ordering again!

Half of the food was missing from our meal deal and all of the extras we added to our food hadn’t been added. Other extras we ordered didn’t turn up either. Tried calling the restaurant and it kept saying number dialled was incorrect but I got the number from their website. Definitely not what you expect in the cost of living crisis when the cost of take outs have gone up drastically.

My food was delivered to the wrong address. I can’t speak to just eat or the restaurant as the number is saying not recognised. This happens all the time and nothing is done about it

My daughter ordered a cheese and sweetcorn sub, she is only 9 and it was a treat she asked for today. When it arrived, it only had alittle sweetcorn in, No cheese at all. Very disappointing. I have pics I can send if needed.

I don’t believe the delivery driver is at fault. My salad was missing the chicken breast and the nachos cold as it wasn’t heated. The cheese was also not melted on it.

I have been to this Subway at Neats Court a few times, and gradually, the food and service have gotten worse. I usually arrive between 1 and 2 p.m., and they are already out of chicken...again! They told me all the meat was frozen. Meatballs are empty, and they are also out of wheat bread. Why open if you can't supply what's on the menu? The ambience is cold and uninviting. Staff look fed up. Often, just one person works alone. I won't be returning.

The food was still somewhat warm when it got here. My Nan’s tuna sub was correct and she really enjoyed hers, but my sub contained sweetcorn which I didn’t specify that I wanted, but I think the worker who made my sub must of read Sweet onion sauce as Sweetcorn as my sauce was missing too. This is the first time this subway has messed up my order, so I’m disappointed, but I will more than likely order from here again. Hopefully next time I don’t get unexpected sweetcorn and missing sauce.
