Would like to thank to staff for a fab service and great food as always they never mess up my family's order the breakfast was cook to my liking.

Would like to thank to staff for a lovely brunch they are very helpful myself and my daughters went to the sheerness cafe and the staff help me out with my youngest daughter why I ate my food. The place for very clean and tidy. The price for are food was very reasonable. We will be going back again soon. They are very polite and caring.

We had the most yummiest lunch we have had in awhile. The staff were amazing happy to help and have a chat with them regarding me and my children's food. They helped the kids with picking there drink even took them over the the fridge to see which one they would like. The food was cooked in good time and was love a hot

Today I had the Scrambled egg and bacon Brioche and oh my god... A few months ago I went to Las Vegas and they have this trendy Instagram breakfast restaurant called EGGSLUT and it reminded me of that... Just as good as the $14 Fairfax Sandwich in the US and that from a Tesco cafe... Absolutely crazy... I had this delivered and their packaging was amazing. I can only imagine it being even better fresh fresh... Definitely worth a try.

Tesco cafe in Rainham is run by a bunch of money grabbers. Twice my partner and I have been here and twice we've been misled by the people who work in the cafe, no doubt, to try and make as much money as possible. Twice we've bought meals to ask what they came with and twice told they came with garlic bread and twice we were charged for the bread - so the meals didn't come with garlic bread. Granted on complaining Tesco did refund the difference but makes you wonder if Tesco teaches staff to lie and cheat to their customers. Avoid this cafe like the plague.

Late lunch. Chose from a breakfast option smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on a bagel. I reckon I had 3 eggs piled on with 2 generous slices of salmon and some baby spinach leaves. Very nicely presented. My husband chose the chicken wrap and was equally delighted. Smiles and speedy service with a proper teapot for my tea. Reasonably priced and made a nice comfortable experience after shopping.

Received poor service, food just thrown on table not even glass for the drinks. Food only lukewarm.... ..........

The food itself wasn't bad but it was very expensive - £22 for two breakfasts and hot drinks. You can head to breakfast buffets for the same price. The food wasn't bad, but it was nothing exceptional either, and the hot drinks were very disappointing. They serve Costa but, unlike actual Costa stores, the staff aren't trained baristas and it shows. They also don't serve proper whipped cream and use the cheap stuff from a can instead. Avoid!

Went here for breakfast - I chose the wholemeal bread with butter and jam and a side of two rashers of bacon and roast tomato. Well, I didn't get the jam - that didn't matter but I had paid for it! Also the roast tomato was one half of a small measly tomato - for 60p!! It was all freshly cooked but took longer than you would expect it to take in a regular cafe. The flat white coffees were nice.

The coffee here was very nice, a surprise to me as a coffee addict. The food, excellent. Lots of choice, snd even cater for vegetarians. Also meal deals, which are especially good value for children. Nice comfortable area. Will go again.

Cafe itself is a reasonably good standard Tesco restaurant however on this visit the toilets were abysmal, dirty and scruffy.

It is what it is a clean in store café selling inexpensive food and coffee. Staff friendly and toilets in store are clean.

Very good food ,lovely coffee and cakes. Service is very good and prices aren't too bad. Very clean and nice atmosphere. Lovely to have a coffee and cake when you've finished shopping.

This is a good example of something done very well, great staff, good food and very good coffee this would be my first choice for an in house cafe.

Not good unfortunately nice to sit for coffee or tea but meals no just basic not good for anything else

The service is good the food is cheap but value for money. Only issue it is open to main checkout exit so very noisy.

Very limited menu, with too few staff who mostly look like they don't want to be there. Could be improved with a revamped menu and staff training.

Meet clients in here once a fortnight. Great staff and friendly staff. Only issue is crowded and noisy.

It is great to see a good old fashion Tesco cafe serving old fashioned british breakfast. Served at table by efficient staff.

Tescos han sido su cafetería recientemente. La comida probablemente sigue siendo el mismo. Los clientes pueden simplemente tomar un café, desayuno, o el almuerzo. El personal es muy atento, principalmente mientras no doble de menú fijo, pero habiendo dicho esto el desayuno son sus propias opciones. Se pueden comprar comida a su mesa, pero las bebidas te sirves tú mismo. relación calidad-precio, pero más barato en casa.

Not bad about average sandwiches not bad breakfast ok drinks good staff on till loud at times but friendly

Good for having a coffee and a cake after the weekly shoppings. Not good not bad, just oke . Very convinient

Plenty of cheaper places in sheerness offering better food. Tesco are not interested in their customers so franchised this out.

Cafe era mucho mejor cuando operado por Tesco. Dirigida ahora por un catering de contrato es un desastre. Sirly personal hacen que te sientas una carga. Precios altos para la comida descuidada y sucia cubiertos. Evitar!

We recently visited this Tesco Superstore & after having a browse & doing our shopping decided to visit their in store café for some refreshments. The café was very pleasant & the staff were very friendly & we ordered some coffee & cake & took a well earned rest.Nice place & very reasonable prices.

Okay usual type of food from a supermarket, not too much choice, but easy, simple fayre. Coffee excellent and brought to the table. Staff very helpful, and busy. Tables cleared as soon as vacated, tops wiped down. The whole place kepted very clean and smart.

I had a breakfast here after shopping, quite reasonable food, but served luke warm.Staff were fine, and tables were cleared quite quickly.

This is the second time I have visit this café and both times had lovely food, which came out quickly and fresh and very hot, presented well. Staff always ask if meal was ok, Shame they don't have more choice of hot meals, but it is a Tesco Café after all. This is much nicer than my local Tesco where I wont buy hot food anymore as not hot. So well done Tesco in Sheerness, I will be returning with my Client, where we both love the prices and especially like the fish and chips. Thank you

Love the coffee so relaxing to pop in sit and have a coffee after a heavy shopping trip. Lovely food too

The variety of food is not spectacular but lunch is ok and coffees too. Nothing special but not much to criticise either

The café in Tesco Sheerness has just been revamped. I was not a fan before except for the fact that the coffee was cheap and you weren't bugged by the staff. Thought I'd give it a go since it got redone and was pleasantly surprised!The food is no longer bulk cooked and shoved under heat lamps, it is cooked to order and the quality is pretty good. The chips weren't great though! There was a mix up with our order (miscommunication between the kitchen and servers) but they gave us free coffee as an apology and even offered cake too.I have a newborn baby and breastfeed and at no point was I made to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome which guarantees I will return!

First of all, this horse decided to come into the café and decided to take a dump on my food!!! Then this woman called Mandy spat on my plate and said that the plate was "All clean" and then asked for a tip. Mandy was fit tbh.

Very basic but ok just for a cuppa. Food very basic had jacket potato but wasn't cooked throughout. But cuppa was ok but not very hot. Get what you pay for.

The older women working behind the counter are seriously attractive. I couldn't keep my bacon down, it was so off-putting how sexy they were. The food is average. The service is average. But the staff... My, oh, my, they are fantastic.

first of all, their bangers and mash is amazing, secondly mum works there so I cannot say anything bad, thirdly and finally its really loud as it is next to those bloody tills but they do serve good grub with a smile

Okay for a coffee whilst shopping, remember it is a supermarket and that is exactly what you get. Town a short walk with better places to eat and drink, but its comfortable enough and of course very convenient if your dhopping

Food was quite Cold wasn't the best hash brown was rock hard nearly took my tooth out toast was also cold and quite hard only thing I enjoyed was the tea.

Too often theere is no-one at either the cooking or till areas.One has to go looking for people in the kitchen to serve.And a number of times I have been waiting for for someone to take a hot food order when self service (cold food) people have come in after, gone to the tills, someone appeasrs and then deals with them first ,When you can get someone to attend to you it is mainly o.k - but you have to be careful with the age of the pre cooked food under the lamps getting tired.Have now stopped going into this area other than for coffee ( I used to have a breakfast 2 or 3 times a week) - they have good machines, You just take the coffee and when a member of staff appears go to the till and pay

I use this cafe at least once a week, nothing changes from the mediocre coffee to the cold beans. It's funny what you get used to and I really wouldn't change anything as the staff are lovely and treat us as friends.

I popped in having got to Sheerness too early on a business trip, and needed somewhere to warm up following a walk along the seafront. Unlike many Tesco's that have been upgraded to a bearable Costa Coffeeshop, Sheerness has an old-fashioned Tesco branded cafe. There's no attempt at making it a comfortable relaxing environment, with the furnishing basic and functional. Not a great menu, and the food is hardly the most tempting, but the place is so noisy from the main store and echoing accoustics that you're unlikely to want to stay for more than a quick coffee. The coffee was perfectly drinkable, and the staff were friendly, but it's not a place I'd ever choose as a destination.

Although the staff are very friendly and efficient, the food really is not very good. OK if all you want is tea and a cake, but not much good for hot food
