Think twice about ordering from here. Whilst the food has always been good, their customer service is appalling. We were lied to about the delivery time which took 2 hrs, but when it arrived the very embarrassed delivery driver said he’d only left ten minutes before. When we tried to get a partial refund, they flatly refused and only offered a discount on the next order. The lady on the phone lied to the boss about when we received our order and refused to accept that they were in the wrong. She also lied that we had been told they only had one driver, which they hadn’t at any point. We felt so bad for the driver, as he clearly knew us customers were being fed a bind of lies about delivery times, shame on you Mings

Called for takeaway, messed about having to do bank transfer because my meal wasn’t over £25.00 wouldn’t expect card under that amount… food very disappointing. Terrible prawns in batter and unacceptable Singapore Noodles. Overall shocking experience…won’t ever be going back.

Place is great very friendly and can have a joke. Franbuca and sheral were great bar staff and looked after us well, Got us a bit hammered too

Closes early at 6pm every day during rush hour when there is heavy customer potential. Often short staffed. Regularly runs out of ingredients and food items.

We have had sandwiches/cakes here in past and they have been fine. But don't remember the coffee being so bad. Had one today and just left it .. it was very bitter and I do like strong coffee.. this wasnt nice. Time to change your supplier M&S !

This place gives large portions of chips and large fish ideal for 2 people ,Staff are friendly and most of the frying is done when you wait

Ordered food at 740pm, was told 50mins to an hour.. it arrived at 930.. pancake rolls were cold and soaked with oil. The salt and Pepper ribs were also cold and greasy. The delivery driver arrived and she looked like she had been pulled from the kitchen to get it here after ringing and asking where my order was. She drove past my house 2 times in 15mins before delivering. Will not be ordering from here again.

The gardens were lovely, however we wanted to have tea in the topiary garden. So disappointing. The scones were awful they were so hard! ( it's not difficult to make a fresh scone). Paper cups, paper basin for the scone and victoria sponge. Cardboard knives! Cardboard spoons ! What ever has happened to enjoying a piece of cake and a cup of tea on a proper plate. Has this lackadaisical attitude evolved since lockdown? (It seems the case in many other places too). Or are we becoming a "can't be bothered society".

Since being taken over the prices don’t seem to stop rising, chips are rarely cooked long enough, and trying to get a smile out the owner would be easier from a brick wall

we asked for one of the deals. It stated two pizzas sometimes Domino’s does do good pizzas and sometimes it’s just not right it was rock hard and a bit like eating cardboard. Very disappointing we thought that we was getting both pizzas. The same size but one was like a mouse pizza. It was very small and not even proper and all the toppings wasn’t on the top properly. They were all slid to the side on the pizza very disappointing. definitely not a family

After popping into Greggs Saturday morning thinking I’d grab a steak bake and sausage roll as I was staying in Travelodge I have to say it was awful, the meat in the steak bake was like dog’s meat and cold at that and the sausage roll was also disgusting so both items went straight in the bin. Would never eat from this Greggs again Very disappointed

This café is a little gem! The staff are friendly and the food is delicious! Whenever I have come here for something to eat I have never been disappointed. Very clean facilities as well and perfect for breakfast or lunch!. Would definitely recommend this café to people.

useless I called him trying to tell him where it is he didn't speak English very rude and impulsive I went out of my way to help them and they were giving me attitude not good do not recomend
