Domino's Pizza in Swale

Ordered a veggie supreme with bbq sauce. This is what turned up - swimming in sauce. Complained and told will take a week for a refund. No apology. Did they not look at the pizza and think ‘we can’t send that out’?

Absolutely disgraceful service, I ordered two pizzas with the understanding that they would be delivered in 30 - 40 minutes...... 1 hour later some guy is calling me to say he can't find my address, I asked him where he was and he didn't know so I tried to explain but he couldn't understand me. He called again 5 minutes later and still he didn't know where he was...... again I gave him instructions to where I was and he said he can try. 1hour and 10 minutes after I ordered and he had been driving around with our pizzas...... I cancelled it. Will never use again and would advise others to stay well clear, an appalling service.

The lady taking our order at the counter wasn't exactly helpful and a little distracted. I asked for the vegan peppernonay and she said we don't do that as a personal pizza, you have to have the next size up, so I said ok I'll have that, she said you can only have the mixed veg. I wasn't happy as I explained its advertised. Then she said there was a problem with my husbands card so I used mine, lol she said it's your cards and suddenly the payment went through. I told her awe sorry it was our card reader sarcastically. I ended up with garlic bread and felt disappointed as I was looking forward to the pizza. They may have found it amusing to be asking for a vegan pizza but I am totally dairy intolerant. I am going to pupa John's next time. The atmosphere in there is not great as they seem more interested in chatting about a car than the customer, as my husband had to call over to the fella making the garlic bread that it's without cheese and that the girl should have told him.

Absolutly appalled by the service today, had delivery it was left at the local coop for 20mins when I was already there I wasn't informed it was there I had to call them they told me the driver tried to call which is a load of rubbish as I had nothing on my phone bring it back home and there's a slice missing whether or not the coop workers decided it upon themselves to eat a piece is not the point the food should not have been left with a random person when goods are already paid for. Fuming is understatement.

I know that in theory every domino's is supposed to be the same as is the norm with all fast food franchises but there is one thing the franchise agreement cannot control and that is the customer service. I always enjoy ordering from here because when I collect the pizza, the staff at this location are amazingly friendly. They also keep you updated as to when you pizza will be ready. It's a shame this is not a sit down dining in pizza place because I am sure the staff would make it an awesome place to be.

Took 45 mins cold when arrived, did not answer phone, no more

Used to be good - recently taking 45 mins to deliver, drivers doing multiple drops at the same time and the last 3 times thin and crispy has been cold. Seems like a delivery driver shortage?

Order 1 hr late ring these douche bags to ask where it was at was told the driver couldn’t find the place and just went back to the shop no call no nothing yet another hr has gone by and still nothing shockingly S*** when I asked for a refund they said they would have to cancel the order even though it was “leaving the shop now” I told them so what can you do they said they would give me a free pizza on my next order just like the deal they have already Shocking

I normally use the app for discounts which makes it cheaper than going to the other generic pizza shops in Sheerness. Quality is always as expected and delivery times are really quick.

Excellent staff and very friendly. Always loved Domino's pizza and their pizzas are really nice. At the time of review, they have a deal on pizzas. I only paid £10 for a medium one. They're open late too, got mine at 00.30

Constantly Getting Delivery Drivers With Poor Area Knowledge Arriving At Our Front Door Unannounced With Pizza Deliveries, Sick And Tired Of It Needs To Be Sorted Out As It's Causing An Inconvenience To Us.

If I could give less than one star I would overpriced undercooked and the pizza was more like bbq sauce soup all you could taste

Ordered home delivery of a pizza with sides. Food was great, all there. Best part was the delivery guy wore a mask and placed the order down in front of the a cardboard stand. I appreciated that they are taking the Covid pandemic seriously.

They are very helpful and good customer service

cold food after delivered to early. Took away but brought same pizza back. Boxes where sqashed. Manager spoke to my wife said he would make fresh. I HAVE SPENT A LOT OF MONEY WITH THESE BUT NO MORE.

It is what it is... does the job on a hang over but not the cheapest. Some good offers if you troll the website but at first glance the pizzas are mega pricey... Good delivery time and nice tasting!!

Ordered in store after unsure about the menu on the phone only to find not all options are shown so was googled for menu. Ordered half an half regular crust was cooked/ served fairly quick only to find one half not the one ordered. This was rectified quick with correct toppings pizza ( very thin crust though more lile a popadom) and extras offered. Just bit expensive for overall service and product. Would only recomend if buying a few. Needs some work.

Brought a pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza pepperoni can just about eat it but the cheese pizza is terrible and not able to eat it. Garlic pizza bread was more like pizza break with the worlds most smallest amount of garlic. 100% completely annoyed and not impressed at all

Refused to deliver to my location

I have been a customer for years now always order personal pizza and chicken wings for delivery. Tonight they refused because they want me to spend £15.00 which I cannot afford. The girl spoke to manager and reused. Well you just lost guaranteed weekly customer for years.

The staff are complete fools, rude & ignorant who can’t even take an order- The so called assistant manageress ‘Briani’ ended up putting the phone down because she couldn’t answer why her incompetent member of staff couldn’t take my order correctly!!! Sheerness branch give Dominos a bad name - STAY AWAY as they rarely get the order correct!

Really not happy with Sheerness dominos. Ordered our food and when the food arrived,the drinks were missing. I rang them and they said that they would let the driver know to bring the drinks. 30 minutes later after finishing our meal,I rang again to be told 'theres not much I can do as the driver is still out'. It's currently been 1 hour 25 minutes and we've still not received our drinks..... disgusting!!

Not a first time had problem with dominoes in sheerness but I think its going to be a very long time before I go back. Placed the order over the phone and the guy couldn't not be bothered less about good manners not even took my name or asked if there is anything else I wanted just put the phone down. When I got there they had sign saying cash only which I wasn't informed on the phone and when I pointed out that to the guy he just rudly said you can walk to the cash point. When I told him I cant as I only got credit card on me he just grumbled fine ill cancel your order. There was never any apology or anything.
