M&S Cafe in Swale

We have had sandwiches/cakes here in past and they have been fine. But don't remember the coffee being so bad. Had one today and just left it .. it was very bitter and I do like strong coffee.. this wasnt nice. Time to change your supplier M&S !

Lisa (manager) was exceptional👏🏽she is unconditionally committed to giving the highest level of service. I placed my first M & S online order for store pickup. The online service was nothing to right home about but Lisa took time to check for my order on the system and then followed up with a call. You deserve a 1000 🏅 and an excellent staff award. Thank you for turning around my bad experience

The staff at the M&S cafe Sittingbourne are always so pleasant and friendly we really do enjoy having our coffee there. An added bonus is the coffee is still served in a cup and saucer and not a mug, please let this continue.

I could have cooked the dinner the time it took to get a cup of coffee. Then the coffee was Luke warm. The tables were littered with dirty dishes so cut down the choice of where to sit. I did however notice some discreet shelving where customers could okay trays and crockery, however this was full up. No pleasure in this visit at all. Bring back week street store,

Took my elderly mother in law for lunch, qued so long she had to sit and wait at a table as she couldn't stand any more,2 tills but only 1 in use the whole time at the busiest part of the day,really,more staff=more customers=more income/profit =a good business with good reviews

Went for a coffee and cake with partner. Arrived 15.10 in plenty of time as cafe due to close at 15.30. Was in plenty of time but not allowed to enter as apparently only one staff member to serve and clear tables. Staff member seemed put out that we had arrived when we did. WE WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN

Omg where do I begin ! Me and my 15 year old daughter thought we’d pop on for quick Toastie and drink before picking my eldest up from work ! Two incompetent staff one trying to work the till and one trying to make drinks ! While still waiting my drinks my Toasties arrived in the hatch behind me ! The couple behind me finally cancelled their drink order due to not having enough time ! I ordered a ice latte and hot chocolate ! Really what was so hard almost 20 minutes we are sat at our table eating warm Toastie

Today me and my sister shopped in m+s Foodhall we both have a learning disability. The lady at the check out Elaine was very helpful to us

Good selection of snacks and treats and hot food to order. Selection of hot drinks is good. Staff are courteous and helpful and the tables and seating area were clean. Nice and convenient for a quick coffee and snack before or after shopping in the Foodhall, or just meeting with friends for a catch-up.

M&S is a great store and convenient store to have in a rather dull town like sittingbourne. Shame about the location but hopefully getting to the store will become easier after the town has been revamped.
