Only received the chips! Absolutely disgusted!

food was stone cold not edible

Did not deliver my Ben and Jerry's Ice cream and the chips were like cardboard

Times kept going later and later. But food was still warm

Fries were missing , food was cold. Very disappointed

A burger was missing from the bag and when we phoned they wouldn't send out the missing burger and told us to complain! Plus over 1 hour for delivery!

Walked in to buy two drinks, there was no queue, we were at the front of the counter, it took 10 minutes for the young girl to say "sorry we can't take orders here, can you order from the kiosk" We ordered from the kiosk and waited another 5 minutes. Awful service, the drinks machine is never properly restocked. Put me off Burger King for good.

Worst restaurant, they don't have respect, manager don't care and not trained for this job. Waiting there for 45 minutes for order and I saw staff rude with other customers and delivery drivers

the delivery driver had the bag open when he knocked on the door. he wanted a 4 digit number, i said my phone was inside and I just had an operation on my back, he still insisted I got it, upsetting the dog in the process. by the time I got the food, it was stone cold. threw the fries away, i only ate the burger because I hadn't eaten all day. never again.

paid for 2 dips, there was no dips in my order. chips were lukewarm

I can not believe the way the staff were talking to a uber driver absolutely disgusting the driver did not deserve this I will never eat there again and hope no one else does the senior management should look in to this and. Sort the staff out

RUDE staff members seem to think it’s professional to touch uber drivers phones without permission. Two weeks on the trot. And when pulled up on it… then told by Manager If you dont like it dont come in your barred and not getting anymore orders from here in a smarmy fashion . treat all drivers like Dogs . Completely unprofessional and rude .

Casually enjoying my food earlier today until one of the staff members got involved being very rude to a uber delivery driver for what seemed to be no reason at all, staff had a bad attitude whilst the Uber driver was trying to calm down the situation and get on with his job

Burger King sheerness has the most sick , useless , lazy sluggish and horrible manner staffs members . It’s a a great shame to know that such staffs get paid at the end of the month for foolish service rendered

Burger king is our favourite take away place so was pleasantly surprised when they opened this one a few years back. I have never had a bad experience here, and I'm also surprised it's not busier than it is. Burger King also have a pretty good app, giving away free food etc which is really handy now we are local to a Burger king. I would recommend it here, always clean and the staff are pleasant and quick to serve you. And who does not love a Whopper? Also the lad who made the crown tower is obviously very talented 😆 I had to take a pic

first time using and was loads quicker than ubereat which is what we pteviously used. Burger king missed something from our order but thats not just eat fault, and was only a small portion of chips, we can survive without.

Yet again items missing really worst Burger King in country if not world , staff need retraining, the norm is keeping you waiting 2 hours then cancelling order for no reason, not fit for purpose, McDonald’s loving it !!!

You open a drive through and that means quick food I have never ever in my life actually received my food on time it’s always park up and wait and it’s a long wait this has occurred at least the last 10 times be expected for a long wait for food

Was pleasantly surprised with Burger King , normally we avoid ordering from here due to previous orders being Mank but today we gave it a chance as we are glad we did , the fries with cheese and bacon where so good as was the BBQ bacon burger & Cheese , fries are defo better than they used to be . The worst Burger King we’ve ever had, the burgers a mushy mess, bacon undercooked salad soft and soggy no salt for the fries that I do not believe are genuine Burger King fries. Drinks heavily watered down, Never again.

I’m very disappointed. This used to be my favourite place to eat as a vegetarian. The vegan chicken nuggets have been removed with no replacement for vegans / vegetarians so even less is available on the menu. I simply go macdonalds now.

Chips was on the hot plate too long like rock and the burgers were dry But the delivery was good

Where I live there are 2 roads called new road I sat an watched the courier deliver my order to the wrong address on the tracker despite my postcode being on the order, it cost £20.10p and I didn’t receive it so naturally I want my money back.

Food arrived freezing cold which I’m not surprised at when it arrives in a singular bag!

Lovely Vegan Royale, ordered one along with 2 portions of fries. Only when I got home I realised that whilst paying for two only had 1 in the bag. So, food terrific but costly on this occasion.

I had an appalling experience at the Burger King the actual store manager (her name on her tag was Angel )was so rude and absolutely horrible in so many ways to the wonderful staff ,I can't even comprehend how she was even employed as a manager of a Burger King .She needs removing A.S.A.P .this Burger King would benefit with a new manager as she was an absolute horror to witness how she spoke to the staff .i will never return ...!

Today I got one of the best service from Burger King.

Chips were cold, onion rings were like rubber. Everything was cold.

Al Mamun is the best server ever!!! 👌 This guy literally made us feel like the Burger King 🤴 he I'd am absolute asset to this establishment. Food was fresh and hot and tasted amazing, had the double spicy whopper. Drinks were brought out to us and the service could not be faulted from start to finish. Great little place, massive area and again the service from Al was just really good.

They have crowns! Mamun is a legend. Excellent service, super clean, food is classic Burger King. Free parking. Happy days.
