Missing burger, reported no response

first time using and was loads quicker than ubereat which is what we pteviously used. Burger king missed something from our order but thats not just eat fault, and was only a small portion of chips, we can survive without.

Yet again items missing really worst Burger King in country if not world , staff need retraining, the norm is keeping you waiting 2 hours then cancelling order for no reason, not fit for purpose, McDonald’s loving it !!!

The food was cold , don’t do halloumi as when it’s cold it is rubbery !!!!

You open a drive through and that means quick food I have never ever in my life actually received my food on time it’s always park up and wait and it’s a long wait this has occurred at least the last 10 times be expected for a long wait for food

Was pleasantly surprised with Burger King , normally we avoid ordering from here due to previous orders being Mank but today we gave it a chance as we are glad we did , the fries with cheese and bacon where so good as was the BBQ bacon burger & Cheese , fries are defo better than they used to be . Very good food and fast delivery . Would order again 👍🏻

The worst Burger King we’ve ever had, the burgers a mushy mess, bacon undercooked salad soft and soggy no salt for the fries that I do not believe are genuine Burger King fries. Drinks heavily watered down, Never again.

I’m very disappointed. This used to be my favourite place to eat as a vegetarian. The vegan chicken nuggets have been removed with no replacement for vegans / vegetarians so even less is available on the menu. I simply go macdonalds now.

Where I live there are 2 roads called new road I sat an watched the courier deliver my order to the wrong address on the tracker despite my postcode being on the order, it cost £20.10p and I didn’t receive it so naturally I want my money back.

Lovely Vegan Royale, ordered one along with 2 portions of fries. Only when I got home I realised that whilst paying for two only had 1 in the bag. So, food terrific but costly on this occasion.

I had an appalling experience at the Burger King the actual store manager (her name on her tag was Angel )was so rude and absolutely horrible in so many ways to the wonderful staff ,I can't even comprehend how she was even employed as a manager of a Burger King .She needs removing A.S.A.P .this Burger King would benefit with a new manager as she was an absolute horror to witness how she spoke to the staff .i will never return ...!

Today I got one of the best service from Burger King.

Chips were cold, onion rings were like rubber. Everything was cold.

Al Mamun is the best server ever!!! 👌 This guy literally made us feel like the Burger King 🤴 he I'd am absolute asset to this establishment. Food was fresh and hot and tasted amazing, had the double spicy whopper. Drinks were brought out to us and the service could not be faulted from start to finish. Great little place, massive area and again the service from Al was just really good.

They have crowns! Mamun is a legend. Excellent service, super clean, food is classic Burger King. Free parking. Happy days.

Sure the prices go up every time I go in there, over £10 for a fairly basic burger meal and 30p for a small pot of mayo, onion rings where tough and couldnt taste the onion, 1 portion of chips where forgotten and I only ordered 2 adult meals and a kids meal.

Where do I start! The delivery was so late and the food quality was very poor. It was cold and the fries were rubbery. The drink wasn't even cold and the lettuce un the burger was brown. I tried to cancel the order once I realised it was going to take so long to deliver. For one you do not have a standard button to reject an order and on top of that when I requested a cancellation. I was told that I could cancel the order but still charged for the order. The status was of the driver being assigned and until then they would not prepare the order before that. Therefore why was I being charged for an order that had not even been complied with? In future I will use local FREE delivery establishments and not a joke like this site and disgraceful service

This Burger King provided a good experience overall. I only give this 3 stars because the service was very slow once the order has been taken. It took them 13 minutes to make my order from the point of ordering. This restaurant is clean, the staff were actively keeping the dining area clean. The staff made a wall out of the paper crowns which was an impressive sight. This restaurant has a 5 star hygiene rating from the local council. Food was good, tasty and fresh. More stars could be gained if they speed up the service a little bit.

Order was placed at 5.30pm and original ETA was 6.15pm. I did not receive my order until 7.40pm. When I tried to get answers as to why it was taking so long the app was useless. A button that says 'got a problem? chat and we can help' just to be given a longer version of what you already didn't know and didn't even get chance to chat to anyone. I was impressed that the food still managed to turn up hot and tasty. I just dont understand and have never had an order take 2 hours to get to me.

Absolutely disgusting cold chips. Most just hard bits and looked like two day old reheated scraps. The melt burgers lacked the melt. Although squashed the actual burger was nice

I went to Burger King Neats Court only to wait 20 minutes for a burger. This burger arrived very small and was full of fatty bacon. This was a disgraceful dinner. Would not recommend to anyone. Go to KFC instead.

The staff are friendly enough and I've never had a problem with my food when going direct. Wouldn't ever use a delivery app though, the food is rarely fit for consumption via just eat etc. It's almost like the staff resent people who use the apps!

Burger King on isle of Sheppey .. shame on you! I waited in queue for drive through for 20 minutes only to be told the drive through was broken… there were queues of cars waiting for food .. I was asked to order in store … there appeared to be only 3 members of staff and no management.. I waited for a further 20 minutes with only 2 other customers in store left without being served …this place is a complete shambles ..I would strongly suggest removal of current management, it is unacceptable to expect junior staff to run such a business and be responsible for seriously unacceptable levels of service … if I could have scored you below 1 I would .. the worst experience in a so called fast food outlet in 40 years.. shameful!
