Burger King in Swale

This place has serious issues. Even if you are the only customer in the place you still have excessive waits. It’s not great quality and the staff are more interested in personal conversations than service. Despite the restaurant being open the toilets were closed early as they had been cleaned. I would advise avoiding this place

Mamum was a very helpful member of staff and a credit to burger king. Helped me complete my order as my app wasn't working correctly

Went in to burger king earlier on today, I was served by a crew member called alfie, he was very polite, and service was speedy. I would order again.

The chips were freezing cold. The restaurant is only 5 minutes away, they must have been lukewarm when served.

Me and my husdand wanted to sit in and enjoy a burger we stood for 15 minutes before the manager said if you want to order you have to go through the drive through.my husdand ask why we couldn't order here at the counter as we was waiting and he said no go out side, so we did went straight to subway ... Definitely will not be going to burger King again .

No milkshakes and no hot drinks. The children's meal box was an Adams Family theme - which I'm guessing is leftovers from Halloween - it's Christmas - Grandaughter was disappointed. Other than that I guess it's ok

Disgraceful service, they forwarded the delivery time four times, when I rang I was told the food was ready waiting for the courier, 30 mins later I rang again and was told food had just been picked up, the person then put the phone down on me. Food was cold of course, chips were soggy and went in the bin.

Neats court Burger king have super friendly staff, food cooked to order which takes a little longer than other fast foods but it’s fresh and hot and not just sitting there going stale. Ordering with the kiosks is easy but staff will help if you need it. This allows the staff to get on with the drive through orders and take away orders. A great little place to eat.

A big shout out for gaz, who the only person in burger King that would change my seeded bun to a brioche bun, when everybody else said that they can't do it... I've been to loads of burger Kings, all over the place and they done it no problem, thanks to gaz today done it I really appreciate him and I really enjoyed my meal, if only there was more people like gaz in there I'll be back more often then keep getting refused.. thank u gaz made my day,

First of all the food was nice. However the whole experience was quite ridiculous. You can't order at the till. Anything. You have to use the machines. The machine didn't even have on it what I wanted so that wasn't great. I was the only person in there and it took 20 minutes to order and get my food. There was more than enough staff but they were just extremely slow. No wonder I was the only person in there. I'd hate to see them on a busy day! Anyway, like said the food was fine but don't go there if you want to order your food with a human or if you are in a rush!

Did not deliver my Ben and Jerry's Ice cream and the chips were like cardboard

A burger was missing from the bag and when we phoned they wouldn't send out the missing burger and told us to complain! Plus over 1 hour for delivery!

The staff is so help… they help me to order in the kiosk to order a double whopper with cheese meal.. ( I saw the name tag shd be Gary… he is so helpful ) The burger need some time to make… but is the worth it!

Walked in to buy two drinks, there was no queue, we were at the front of the counter, it took 10 minutes for the young girl to say "sorry we can't take orders here, can you order from the kiosk" We ordered from the kiosk and waited another 5 minutes. Awful service, the drinks machine is never properly restocked. Put me off Burger King for good.

Worst restaurant, they don't have respect, manager don't care and not trained for this job. Waiting there for 45 minutes for order and I saw staff rude with other customers and delivery drivers

the delivery driver had the bag open when he knocked on the door. he wanted a 4 digit number, i said my phone was inside and I just had an operation on my back, he still insisted I got it, upsetting the dog in the process. by the time I got the food, it was stone cold. threw the fries away, i only ate the burger because I hadn't eaten all day. never again.

paid for 2 dips, there was no dips in my order. chips were lukewarm

I can not believe the way the staff were talking to a uber driver absolutely disgusting the driver did not deserve this I will never eat there again and hope no one else does the senior management should look in to this and. Sort the staff out

Very rude staff, unprofessional, not recommended

Casually enjoying my food earlier today until one of the staff members got involved being very rude to a uber delivery driver for what seemed to be no reason at all, staff had a bad attitude whilst the Uber driver was trying to calm down the situation and get on with his job

RUDE staff members seem to think it’s professional to touch uber drivers phones without permission. Two weeks on the trot. And when pulled up on it… then told by Manager If you dont like it dont come in your barred and not getting anymore orders from here in a smarmy fashion . treat all drivers like Dogs . Completely unprofessional and rude .
