Domino's Pizza in Swale

just poor. soggy poorly made mess , not the pizzas i ordered in fact the stuff delivered is unidentifiable as to what i ordered . An abomination and mess. , Simply avoid they charge a premium and deliver shocking and disgusting insults.

Pizza was cold but not surprising when it left nearly an hour before it was actually delivered. I’m sure this would be blamed on the traffic but my husband went out at the same time and come back half an hour earlier.

Received text to say pizza was on the way (a 5 minute journey) and it arrived an hour later, stone cold. During the hour tried to call several times but no answer. Delivery driver said he came straight here, but no way he did. He did look guilty too! Awful experience. Won't use them again 😒

MEAT on a VEGAN pizza, store admitted it was beef and no way meat could have fallen onto it but they might have used the same cutter as the meat pizzas in our order, they don't offer refunds but can remake the pizza, why would I want another pizza 4 days after this awful service, ( person hasn't eaten meat for 17 years for religious reasons and had already eaten some other slices of pizza) no manager callbacks despite 2 phone calls to store and 2 emails to store on the email address they gave me and a store visit to resolve. Sent a driver quick enough to collect and take the pizza from me though.

I ordered gluten free pizza with vegan cheese which was delivered and then subsequently they said they don't do that.. not supposed to do that Very odd how customers who don't have gluten and or cheese cannot have pizza using ingredients they have

This restaurant is a joke we ordered a pizza and side meal on the 3 rd of February and the pizza turned up at my home minus the sides. We spoke to driver who delivered and he old us he would be back with the rest of the order straight away that never happened. We have since spoken to several so called managers of the establishment including the area manager who promised to refund the total cost of the meal now over two week later this has still not happened so be warned this so called restaurant like to take your hard earned money but do not do do what they say they are going to to.

My second trip to sittingbourne dominos and very disappointed. We ordered 3 pizzas but only two arrived at our door I spoke to the delivery woman who said she would return with our pizza. However never returned we rang the branch and had to deal with rude staff, we explained the situation and we’re told we were lying and that there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing service, and was very upset with how we were spoken too by the manager John, will not be returning

We always get our Pizza take-away order from here. It always arrives very quickly, it's always fresh & hot still on arrival & though it is quite an expensive take-away given it's just pizza it's always tasty so in our opinion worth paying for. I would recommend it & will continue to use Domino's for pizza.

Grace or Gracie in the Sittingbourne dominos ! Is Fantastic!!! Her customer service is on point!!! And goes out of her to please and help customers. I’m sure she doesn’t get paid enough for what she does, and what she has to deal with in that place. A difficult customer on the phone whilst the store was busy enough and she ask her manager to come and speak to the moaning customer on the phone about delivery. To which her manger huff and puffed and typical manger just left Grace to deal with it.

It was a lovely sunny afternoon and I decided to order some pizzas rather than cook. The food arrived hot. The chicken goujons were certainly delicious and I wished that I had ordered more of those. The pizzas were average and in truth, there was far too much base and not enough toppings. Disappointing - particularly as the bill was so high.

Not much effort goes in here. Pizza normally very dry, or not cut properly. Potato wedges are almost always undercooked.

Care for this establishment as much as they care for you!..... The customer service is non existent and they serve double decadence pizzas with no liquid cheese in them! They refuse to honour meal deals for example the 2 sides for £5. After arguing with the "manager" this evening, he said they cannot do the deal as it's online only!?- IT DOES NOT STATE THIS ON THE WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!????!!?? I also pointed out that I have had this offer honoured no problem before to which he tried to make me feel like a liar! Attached is the terms and conditions- CONGRATULATIONS TO THE SITTINGBOURNE TEAM FOR NOT KNOWING YOUR FACTS!- no mention of 2 sides for £5 an online deal only! But DOES say offer must be mentioned at time of ordering!!!!!!!!!!!!! - WHICH WAS WHAT I WAS DOING TONIGHT WHEN YOU CHOSE TO IGNORE ME AND TELL ME I COULD NOT HAVE THE DEAL! Called up again to point this out to the manager "Majid" who then says he has never spoken to me before!? I recognised his voice!!!!!!!!! He then seemed worried and told me all calls from earlier would have been recorded- this is great news because this will prove again that I spoke to him and that I was refused the deal that was on offer!

Whenever we order a home delivery from here, the pizzas arrive warm not hot and dried out. WE do not purchase the side orders as they are often too expensive.

Me and my partner like pizza, it's the only takeaway we enjoy, unfortunately I'm really fussy and only like Dominos pizza. I really wish we could go elsewhere due to the amount of problems we've had, however I don't like any other pizzas! 13 times (since we started counting) this year the order has either been wrong or something is missing. I've written 2 complaints to the head office and kindly they have given me vouchers for a free new order, which I may have to keep doing every time Sittingbourne muck up! In this past month, 3 times alone it's been wrong! With some orders in this last year I've actually just not bothered ringing up to say something is missing, however it seems to be the pizzas are not made properly and it's happening a lot recently and I'm sick of it. Well last night I rung up to speak to the manager Lisa, she was by far the most ignorant, rude and incompetent person I have ever spoken to! I addressed my issue as to why I'm upset this issue keeps occurring, her response was 'why do you keep coming back then?' I thought my loyalty alone and my love for pizza was enough, but nope, apparently not. I said I would like a refund or a whole new order, (the amount of times we've sent pizza back and the sides have gone cold). So I wanted a freshly made order, at first she was reluctant to, she even said we can't do that for you, I replied with what is quality control? 5 times I said what was quality control before she told me it was 'someone who looks over pizzas'. I told her, then why does this keep happening every single time we order(we order every week) surely we can't be the only customers! Her response was 'well there's only so much a person can check' of course there is, I understand you work in a busy environment and sometimes mistakes happen and we have brushed it off a few times, before we started counting how many times you've mucked up our order. Then she said the most useless question... 'well why didn't you check the pizza at the door'? (Because as customers we have to do that now as the quality control isn't in existence at the Sittingbourne store) But My partner did, but that makes no difference! What Is that going to achieve? We still have to call you and complain, so with her rushing me off the phone as she couldn't be bothered to sympathise for a loyal customer, she actually just sent out another order and said bye. If it wasn't for me disliking the dominos sauce base as it burns my throat and makes me sick, I wouldn't be this picky and I may of let my orders slide a few times, however it's not what I paid for. One time on the phone a lady answered and she said she would put in a free icecream for me for the inconvenience, I declined the offer and thanked her However I just said to her, I would just like it if my pizza is made properly. Going back to the horrible comment of 'well why do you keep coming back then?' Unfortunately there's only 1 dominos pizza in sittingbourne and the whole point of a 'nice takeaway' is so that we don't have to drive all the way to another store to get better service. This store really needs training as soon as possible, because a manger running a store with an attitude like what I heard, I can only think she isn't getting paid or trained enough. She isn't training her staff at all, the only staff that are doing their jobs right is the delivery drivers, I feel ever so sorry for the drivers, because they are the ones going back and forth and dealing with the complaints. So I will be taking this further, and every time from now on if my pizza isn't done properly or something is missing, I will complain, get a new order then I shall get a voucher from the head office, you'll be the ones losing out on money.

Like all 'Fast' pizza outlets, the rush to deliver the pizza means occasionally the bases are uncooked and soggy. Topping does make some difference, true, but there are other pizza places locally that seem not to have this problem. It's Ok but not fab.

I really like these pizzas but they can work out expensive. I try and buy these only on offers and even then they are not cheap. The quality is good and they have generous amounts of toppings and are really tasty

After a day off working at home fancied a pizza Tuesday 2 for 1 ordered said an hour arrived quickly was hot on arrival a bit greasy but tasted great.

Delivery excellent, food always fresh, pizza very tasty, good value for money, worth a try if you havnt before

Love dominos pizza and this one is always quite quick however, very expensive if you don't have a promo code and the staff are rude.

We booked online pizzas were delivered on time and were hot and delicious would recommend dominos online to everyone

Last minute late night order, paid for and ordered online with no problems.food was hot and again no problems.quite expensive, but have used in the past and will use again.

Me and my boyfriend have a dominos every month. We never have problems and are orders are always on time, hot and correct! We've only had 1 problem and they gave us free sides for inconveniences!

Have been a loyal customer since opening and have always forgiven the odd mistake etc but this evening after booking a timed delivery which gave them well over an hour, had to chase my order and was spoken to exceptionally rudely and hung up on by a female member of staff. It then had to ring back again to complain. When my order finally arrived not only was it cold but my wings were old and obviously reheated. Given their latest standards, the cost of a dominos which is well above the cost of Pizza Hut is really not worth the difference. I will in future go out to Pizza Hut and collect.

Quality of food does NOT exist here! For the price I paid I was hoping for a hot tasty pizza and sides, NOT a luke warm pizza which looked nothing like the photo and cold and uncooked side dishes. They even burnt the cookies... The delivery man couldn't even speak good English.Haven't been back and don't intend to. Papa johns so far has met my needs completely

Ordered a pizza the other week, BBQ Chicken and Tandoori Hot, Tandoori was far from hot and the BBQ had way too much bbq sauce on it. But hey ho not an issue will still go back as love the pizza :)

Ordered online and got different to what I wanted. When phoning them they said they had run out. They got my phone number - pick up yours and talk to me. Pizza is getting worse each time. Shame I like Domino's

Title states it all. Pizza came soak in fat, not all ingredients added online for a create your own was out into pizza yet paid extra for it. Wedges were not cooked properly and they missed out a can of coke. Delivery deliver tried charging me although we used paypal... Would rather go to asda and but or create my own next time.
