Ordered an hour early and still arrived late

Fries was all stone cold not even luke warm! Order 20 mc nuggets and sauces but no sauces came!

there were no straws for the sheikhs 🤦🏻‍♀️

Hole in drink bag and missing a McMuffin and hash brown

the food was cold when arrived

Not happy at all missing chicken nugget meals order is cold . Not the first time for this to happen from here. Can’t be that hard to pick the order and bag it . Definitely need to sort the staff out in there. And I definitely won’t be using you again .

the whole meal is cold, I'm not sure why tge delivery driver took the route he did which is the longest route resulting in our meals being cold.

honestly I'm not sure how mcdonalds can screw up so badly. We were sent the wrong burgers, the wrong quantity of chips, and one of the staff members obviously thought they were hilarious when they read 'extra tartar sauce' on the filet of fish and absolutely drowned it in sauce leaving it inedible. Honestly, the incompetence is almost impressive.

An hour from order to delivery. Food arrived cold, dips were missing and no straw for the drink. And, as always with this venue, the "large" fries were anything but large.

The Sittingbourne McDelivery Kitchen is a fantastic service for the local community. Orders here are always fast and food instructions always followed. lucky to have this option so close and it bypasses the local restaurants for a more direct take away service. Friendly delivery driver made the experience even better. many thanks to all involved.

the food was absolutely freezing chips were like cardboard had to put in it the microwave to get it up

the driver was amazing and very helpful 5 star rating to the driver alone.

Delivery driver was very rude point his finger as he couldn’t find our address! And said we won’t get delivery next time! We do not an appreciate appreciate being spoke to like that when we have children with disabilities in the house!!!

Cold, overpriced and late..! If it says 10-20 mins when I place the order 45-50 mins is not acceptable..! 21mins is not acceptable..!

delivery was great according to the tracker the courier was at the restaurant when it was delivered. I don't like being told the food would be delivered at 09.10 with updates up to 10.30 then arriving at 09.55 otherwise great
