Didn’t receive my order. Was sent to the wrong house.

never received order driver was accusing store of not giving it to him Alex in the store accusing driver of taking food and refused to resend food order have made a report but seems very dodgy to me stay well clear of store as staff have no clue

The Macdonalds staffs need further training and how to work well under pressure in my opinion because I don't understand why they will constantly not complete my orders. Very frustrating!

The initial time was for 9:15pm. It arrived after 10pm but the time has been change above. The driver did not response to messages either.

driver said he was late because there was issues with the order for the delivery before me. Food was cold when it arrived, a few items missing. Coke was put in my bag when I didn't order it and because the lid wasn't on most of it spilt in the bag

I was delivered the wrong order

they didn't knock on the door left the mcdonald's outside my house Didn't get any notifications it was there Until one hour later Not happy at all the food was stone cold coke is completely flat Won't be ordering from here again

The food turned up , but was cold , had obviously been sitting around for loads of time, delivery driver also had stopped off to deliver other food which also added to the food being cold. Very disappointed

Half of the food we ordered didn’t turn up. When I tried to ring the seller, I got no answer and had to give up after 35 minutes. Shocking.

Never ordering using just eat ever again, £57 my order was and not received! Restaurant can’t help as they do not have anyone to deliver the food, and even told me not to use Just eat!! I’m fuming , so someone has a £57 order free of charge tonight!!

Completely wrong order, 12 quid order givenw for a 30 quid order, over an hour wait delivery, had to go to shop ourselves to correct it

It took a while to get a driver assigned and start preparing the food so the delivery time kept getting pushed back but once assigned went through quicker and food was nice and hot and good quality

milkshake was half full, and all good tasted stale.
