Second week running missing items, Last week Bahji's and Nan this week Bahji's? Spoke eventually with Manager? He was adamant delivery double checked and Bahji's sent. If that was so who has my Bahji's? Driver? He said Bahji's will come out this time but don't order from me again implying that I was lying! I have to use Just Eat App as historically when I phoned and used Debit Card over the phone my card was used three seperate times fraudulently and this outlet only one that I provided details to. Service and food has detiriated over recent weeks. Happy to not use them again as suggested!

Ordered ok and food came within the time frame. The food unfortunately was not great, the naan bread was completely solid and one of the curries was not what I ordered. I’ve used this take away for years but the last couple of times I’ve been disappointed

We've had a few meals for Spice of India now, and we've not been disappointed with any of them, there tasty and reasonably priced and a bonus they deliver.

It used to be consistent, now the foods a bit of a lottery that's turning out to be ok at best. Bland or too spicy or burnt at worst.

My food took two hours to come and when it did come, it was absolutely vile. It was freezing cold soaking with oil definitely don’t recommend when I phone the restaurant, the man on the phone had attitude just totally a bad experience I’ve never got my money back

Last night my son placed an order via just eat well before 6pm for delivery as soon as possible(they open at 6). The order arrived at 7.30 pm. However the order was missing my curry. We called the restaurant who said it will be sent out in 10/15 mins. 45 mins later no show, so my son called back! He was advised it had just left with the driver. We then sat here until 9.30 where we gave up, and I just had the rice without. Really disappointed in the customer service, I know it was mothers day and was probably busy, but my young sons used their own money to order this meal as a surprise, so they was so disappointed. We aren't horrible people or ones to complain, just an update or an honest we can't get it out, would have been the polite thing to do instead of making us wait all night for something that wasn't going to come.

Been using this place for a while now, a tiny blip tonight when I picked up my takeaway, got it home and no rice, no problem, I called and the lady on the phone said she'd try to get it too me. And she did. Thank you Oh, and my meal was great as always.

Absolutely appalling! Ordered 2 starters, 1 curry, 2 rice's, 1 bread at 18:00, the nameless food ordering app with the orange house logo, said order confirmed for delivery between 19:00 and 19:15. Well that time window came and went, I thought as it's valentine's I'd give them more slack than usual. Delivery updated to 19:45 - 20:00, hot happy but ok, these things happen. I phoned at 20:00 and was told it was sat on the side waiting for a driver to collect it. 20:45 and still no food. Bare in mind I got up at 04:00 to be at work at 05:00, by 20:00 I'm not only starving but sleepy too. So I phone again and a rather abrupt gentleman tells me "we're busy, food has left" and then hangs up. 20:55 food arrives, and you could tell it's been kicking about for a while, barely Luke warm, and pretty flavourless. Above all else, the thing that really got my goat, NO BLOODY POPPADOMS!! what kind of two bit takeaway doesn't give poppadoms

Having spent over 60 pounds on take away. When home 3 meals missing. Was informed they would deliver the meals in 20 minutes and after an hour said they won't deliver.. Seeing we have only used this takeaway we will never use it again. The food we had was substandard and I hope people find a better takeaway.

Ordered food. I live around the corner and the meal was barely warm. Advise from staff was to microwave it!!!!!

First time ordering from here. Had set menu for 2. The food was amazing. Big portions. Def order again and totally recommend.

Ordered from here and the person on the phone repeated back the order to me which I agreed was ok but when it turned up half the items were missing. I called back to complain and was told what I got sent out was what I ordered. I asked if they could send the additional items out which I’d be happy to pay for but was told “no we’re too busy” To top it off the food turned up cold and the naan bread was stale.

Our first curry here in Minster on Sea. Absolutely fabulous. After 20 years in another location, we were more than pleasantly surprised at the quality, taste and scrumptious of the food. Thank you for a wonderful evening meal delivered a tiny bit late but my goodness it was definitely worth the short wait.

Waited for over 2 hours for our delivery tonight when we decided to find out where it was. We were told that 'the resturant' was exceptionally busy. We was told that it our food was prepared and sitting in the resturant waiting for a delivery driver to bring it to us and that would be around 5-10 minutes. All that time getting cold! When the food arrived, the delivery driver didn't apologise and no surprise, the food was cold. This is not the first time this has happened, we used to order regularly but won't any more. Please take on more staff to improve your service at the weekends and manage your customers expectations when they call or order online .

One review due to the poor customer service ! Never have I ever been spoken too so rude on the phone by a employee ! Young girl with disgusting attitude ! Always used this Indian but since the lady had been working Iv heard nothing but bad things ! Such a shame as food is lovely but with stuff like that I will not return .

Only 2 stars as delivery took over an hour and was missing some items had to collect them for myself

Ordered for delivery came before the time they said ,wich was brilliant,one of the best curries we have ever had will be back

To start I will say that we have ordered from here before. Those times the meals were good. All orders were about the same. Tonight was awful. The delivery arrived about on time. No complaints there. Missing were our pupdams and a side dish. No big deal. Rang them to tell them. Just wanted a refund on what was missing. No point in waiting for another hour. Was told no refunds! Then we ate the food: Lamb Rogan Josh - where were the spices? Just lamb, onions and tomato sauce. Bombay Aloo - No seasoning or spices. Sag aloo- which was spinach and melted mozzarella. Indian cheese doesn't melt. Would have forgiven this if it was seasoned and spiced which it wasn't . Bland. I rang to complain. No refund. Only offer was a half price meal, but only for tomorrow. Shortly after putting dinner in the bin (nearly two hours after ordering) the missing items turned up. We are not suffering from loss of taste from Covid. We tried the pickles and several other foods to make sure our sense of taste were unaffected. Poor food. Poor customer service. Not using them again.

Cold food not delivered on time poor attitude didn't care and lied and said the driver was stuck in heavy traffic, when I asked the driver he said this was not the case and he done 2 other deliveries and came straight yo me

staff were very rude when we phoned and told them politely about our issues with the food, do not recommend also the saag paneer is just saag (paneer was lost in transit) neptune’s beach cafe is much better

First reviewed this a year ago when I left a favourable review, but sadly, since then this place has gone seriously downhill, food took 1hr 45 mins to arrive and when it did it was absolutely vile - do yourself a massive favour and avoid this place like the plaque

Well I ordered a takeaway they said hour and twenty minutes it arrived two and half hour later and most of the food was cold won’t be going there again

Just had meal delivered to Warden bay, Still hot. Lovely flavour and big chunks of chicken. Amazing peshwari naan. Def recommend

Never again, food was stone cold, rice was watery, popadoms soft and naan bread like cardboard, no apologies when we complained.. would put no stars if it let me..

Lovely takeaway food...( and bearing in mind I don't normally like takeaways that much)...my Veggie Pathia was superb and so was everything else we ordered!! We will DEFINATELY order take away from here in future!!

No Stars...Overall from beginning,woman on phone,polite and took order well,although!,no phone number asked for should delivery go wrong.Delivery driver NOT up to the job,out of breath just bringing the food from his car to the door,i had to go down to the building front door to collect my delivery(House converted into flats,only 2 sets of stairs).Food completely tasteless,from starters to main,had to pickle it in salt and pepper to get anything out of it(Can cook better myself),Naan bread burnt at one end.Pluses... Madras had some heat to it,Chicken was very soft and delivery time was only 5mins past time stated on the phone(45mins),RESULT...Sorry guys,wont be using you again

I ordered 3 curries and only 2 turned up, when I phoned asking for the one I paid for they had the cheek to ask to give it to us next time, if I've paid for it I want it.... How about next time If I order again Ill ask to pay for it another time, very poor customer service would not recommend

Ordered food and was told an hour nearly three hours later and I’m still waiting for my food.

This is the best cooked Indian food in Kent. I would drive to collect from Faversham. Their chicken is cooked so succulent and they get the balance of spices exactly right. They can sometimes take 15 minutes longer than they say they do, to deliver, but the fantastic taste of their food is well worth the extra wait.

Ordered and was late and cold said 50 mins was hour n 50mins stone cold the coke was warmer... offered a 50%off discount and more..just to shut me up clearly.. and next time i went to ordered i got offered 10%off not what was promised.... so i refuse to use again wasted 32 quid and mugged off... shame on you... regular customer of 35 quid plus tips order once a week at least Lostttt me custom..... herd curryholics look after them customers n foods spot on...

We ordered out food at 7.15, was told 20min- half hr max to be delivered. 9.20pm and 9 phone calls later the food turns up. 2 items missing and 1 stone cold. Sorry won't use or recommend this service again. (Whilst on 1 of our calls the manager told the guy on the phone to 'just hang up, get off the phone') superb customer service Mr Manager

The food is great but delivery time is awful twice over 2 hours wait when told 55 mins second time I went home after 2 hours 20 won't use them again

Doesn't deserve a star I order a takeway at 7.30pm waited 2 hours, I was told I would received our food within an hour 😠 When delivery at 9.30pm thay had forgot our rice & coke then had to wait a other hour to delivered they also blamed the delivery men saying thy food was ready an hour ago 😂 but they had to wait fpr them. Rang as I wasn't happy that my food was now COLD & was now un eat-able They informed me I would get my meal free next time. Everytime that we had order on the 29/07/2017 So thouth I would give them another chance 😠 they asked for the payment for our meal, then I was told it would be FREE. I ended up paying them for the exact same order (£25 should of been £36) When I was told it would be FREE, Then to find out they had forgot my sag also this time 😱 & pompadoms WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN Best advice I can give you all is stay away from this place. Not worth the hassle best to go where your recive customers care
