The best restaurants in Spelthorne South East

Absolutely apalling food, massively let down and am so glad I got £8 off because that definitely was not worth £28! Mushy broccoli and carrots in batter what on earth is that. It all came completely cold, the noodles had no flavour. The prawn toast tasted cheesy/burnt ? I’ve never been so disgusted by a takeaway Thai. For the fact my sons autistic and was looking forward to his noodles MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT. And I’ve never seen satay chicken like that before ! I want a full refund and apology.

Lovely atmosphere, great food, the staff were very attentive, especially the guy behind the bar called Josh. Would definitely go again.

Talk about staff which is very rudely because here is one girl i dont know is she from india or pakistan but so much attitude she has. We took pizza 2 time from here(bombay spice medium size). Last one more thing which is very disgusting about the price all are giving that pizza of 7.99 pound but they give 10 pound and when we ask why you cut 10 pound bcoz the price was not this and then they didnot return money the staff say i give you one dip for 1 pound but else already one dip is inside the pizza. The taste was not good and i was disappointing with the service and staff behaviour. So i friendly give you a suggestion please donot go here to spoil your money and day.

Right so me and my sister went for drinks on Christmas Eve and there were this group of boys making inappropriate/ derogatory comments about my sister so I told them to keep there mouth shut and they did but they kept on bringing it up so I got up and left and my sister followed me out and we started having heated conversation and then one of the Owners come out and said to me specifically that’s I was barred for DEFENDING my sister when he told me that I just thought to myself this man thinks I’m bothered when there is multiple different pub in the area

Worst pizza ever. Got my order wrong 3 times. And it was only 1 pizza I wanted. Have a look at the burnt pizza. Lost a customer today. No more. Dominos it is.

It is our local Tesco for all the everyday needs but thought to try the cafe. Food was ok but could be better. Staff and service was very good and cafe was clean.

It's very expensive for a takeaway, you might as well go to a restaurant and have a sit down meal, also it's very average, not worth the price. They don't deliver either, better to have a better meal cheaper delivered than have this average food.

Friday night catch up with the girls - lovely ambience as always and great staff, friendly and attentive but not overbearing. Two of us were dining - great burgers, one chicken and one “authentic utter” with all the trimmings. One of our group just staying for drinks was delighted to find a selection of fruit teas available 😃 A lovely evening - thank you.

I want to go to towards the - for big breakfast with a steak and they never give me my steak.They forgot and because I would adore -Mcdonald's said there's not responsible

We went there for fish n chips today very disappointed. Been there before and had the same meal and it's been good . The fish was overcooked which made the batter much too hard, the chips were not the best and the peas just blanched so they were hard don't think they had been boiled at all. Have had a better fish n chip meal in Whimpy so will be going there in future. And what was on the plate today was not worth the price paid.

Avoid this place. Used to go often, but noted recently the area is very dirty, today filthy with uncollected trays piled high with food plates, drinks, food on tables,food and spilled drinks all over chairs, floor, settees, tables. There was nowhere fit to sit or that could be cleaned by a customer. Asking one of the staff to help at least wipe a table ended up with rudeness, then unpleasantness, then the two guys getting nasty and shouting, totally out of order. We were told they were busy , we'd have to stand there and wait. We suggested they stop making drinks until they made some tables available.Then when they started arguing we put the tray on the counter and asked for a refund. We did not get one. And one of us had been asked to asked to pay a surcharge for soya milk. I had needed to ask the guy on the till to remove an additional £ 2.50 off the bill as I noticed it on the handset before he put in the cost of the drinks! He made some excuse of crashing the computer. I was quite surprised the customer before us was asked to scan her app twice. I note in the last review similar comments. Harris and Hoole is not cheap and wants to be that bit more classy. But if staff drag the coffee shops down in this way then the chain will go under. Staff too full of themselves to clear tables end up with a dirty cafe with health risks. Very poor and disappointing. Tesco need to remove them from the store.

Wow. Bad. Waiting time 1 cappuccino ..11 minutes. People at counter = 2. Coffee out of 10 - 0! What I have noticed the last couple of years is Starbucks and Costa do not offer good service ice or good coffee. People have just got used to accepting poor a poor service and poor quality product. Trouble is most people don't know what good coffee or service is. I've decided , never again to these stores, going to stick to small privately run ones.

Ordered for delivery the food arrived luke warm the fish was hard and the lamb wrap was soggy and the sauce was running out of it like water dreadful won’t be ordering there again !

I loved it was fresh and very cheap for good quality I could feed my family and the service was great they also had a tv to watch
