Place was dirty, staff unhelpful. They couldn’t do any gluten free options and wouldn’t let us buy something from the store to bring in. Asked for double shot Americana, staff instead suggested filtered coffee. Big mistake. Luke warm, under strength. I’m amazed that Tesco allow this sort of poor service & quality in what is a large store.

why is there 3 behind the counter yet only 2 serving even when the queue is out the door ? and when a phone order comes in we are down to 1 serving !!! still the best coffee around tho

Thoroughly enjoyed my chicken and chips yesterday. Freshly cooked, salad was fresh. Very tasty.

Wow. Bad. Waiting time 1 cappuccino ..11 minutes. People at counter = 2. Coffee out of 10 - 0! What I have noticed the last couple of years is Starbucks and Costa do not offer good service ice or good coffee. People have just got used to accepting poor a poor service and poor quality product. Trouble is most people don't know what good coffee or service is. I've decided , never again to these stores, going to stick to small privately run ones.

Great spot to get some grub 10/10 service will definitely recommend for anyone with late night munchies 🤣 the Saturday security guard was amazing he always greets with a lovely warm welcome food hygiene really good clean tables well spoken staff. It was a busy night but staff was attentive best McDonald’s ever I would come here for a weeding party the music is on point love me some classical RIGHT UP MY ALLY I WANT TO EAT AS MUCH MCFLURRYS AS I CAN I WANT IT AGAIN MUST GO BACK

I had a really poor meal here once before - but it was a while ago and I thought I’d try it again. Unfortunately, this time it was even worse. Szechuan chicken - a clear sauce with a few bits of Szechuan pepper. Otherwise totally bland with no discernible flavour at all. The chicken itself was dry, stringy and chewy - literally like leather and absolutely inedible. It had definitely been pre cooked quite some time ago. Even the rice didn’t taste fresh, and the vegetables needed salt. The staff were pleasant and polite and service was quick. Otherwise disappointed - definitely the worse Chinese cuisine I’ve ever tasted.

I really dislike businesses that refuse to take cash.

Came for lunch cost £10.99 for all you can eat you can get your moneys worth although the food is below average, sweet and sour chicken tasted like vinegar and a lot of things has a weird after taste but if you want to get full up of not very nice food then this is the place for you although I would not come at dinner time as it is upwards of £16 and the quality and amount of option is really not good value at all service is average

As per title, what more do you need. You can also ask them to make some changes to bits you don't like , say like "no tomatoe" or whatever. Also the chips are epic and the welsh rarebit is the best!

Quick delivery and was hot .the food was so poor and greasy.Grease and oil was coming through the bad .we ate here a couple of months ago and it was bad but we thought we would give them another chance never again it was swimming in grease.my wife and daughter both felt sick and vowed never to eat kfc again

All the bad reviews are TRUE!!! I checked the reviews after I ordered and it was too late to cancel but when the food arrived, late, I sayed let me see "with my own eyes" and definitely the food was the worst possible!!! I oreder a soup, belive me I didn't taste it because the smell was OMGGG, then some dumplings also really bad smell, some duck spring rolls which I tested one was baadddd and then the prown Pad Thai wasn't realy bad just there were only prowns and onion in it, no other vegetables... Gosh, the worst I could ever possibly get :(
