Not the same since Gino left, but I suppose it will improve .and the staff are still learning and will get quicker in time.

Ordered a delivery for 5 on Saturday night. Food was delicious,portion size very generous, person who took our order over the phone was very helpful and nice, delivery quick and delivery driver was a really polite and a friendly man. Will definitely be ordering from here again!👌❤️

Place was dirty, staff unhelpful. They couldn’t do any gluten free options and wouldn’t let us buy something from the store to bring in. Asked for double shot Americana, staff instead suggested filtered coffee. Big mistake. Luke warm, under strength. I’m amazed that Tesco allow this sort of poor service & quality in what is a large store.

why is there 3 behind the counter yet only 2 serving even when the queue is out the door ? and when a phone order comes in we are down to 1 serving !!! still the best coffee around tho

I ordered spicy beef, peri peri chicken, jalapeños and mixed peppers. What I received was a bland pizza with plain chicken, plain beef, mushrooms and green peppers. You have 1 job... take an order and make the food...

food was dreadful one mouthful and I chucked the lot .chicken balls were disgusting. rice looked like it was days old the sweet n sour sauce was like water and no colour .no texture or flavour to any of it .I just waisted £60 I just hope

Chicken was raw and the food was either warm or cold The crispy duck was more like a drowned duck it was so soggy Terrible food

Ordered a pizza and it arrived fairly quickly. One of the garlic sauces that I ordered was missing. I called up and let them know they sent someone to deliver the sauce. Although pizza was not as hot as I would like thank you for the effort to deliver the sauce it is really appreciated and the lady that delivered the sauces was very kind.

UK Food Standards Agency would find this interesting: we were given 2 apple pies that should have been discarded 20 minutes before we were served ! Pie packaging and our receipt attached for reference . Additionally I have returned my Diet Coke back to staff as it didn’t taste anything like Diet Coke. Appreciate its economic downturn but it’s not the quality McDonald’s are known for , not to mention they broke their QA rules with serving apple Pies that belonged in the bin 😕

I had a really poor meal here once before - but it was a while ago and I thought I’d try it again. Unfortunately, this time it was even worse. Szechuan chicken - a clear sauce with a few bits of Szechuan pepper. Otherwise totally bland with no discernible flavour at all. The chicken itself was dry, stringy and chewy - literally like leather and absolutely inedible. It had definitely been pre cooked quite some time ago. Even the rice didn’t taste fresh, and the vegetables needed salt. The staff were pleasant and polite and service was quick. Otherwise disappointed - definitely the worse Chinese cuisine I’ve ever tasted.

As per title, what more do you need. You can also ask them to make some changes to bits you don't like , say like "no tomatoe" or whatever. Also the chips are epic and the welsh rarebit is the best!

Quick delivery and was hot .the food was so poor and greasy.Grease and oil was coming through the bad .we ate here a couple of months ago and it was bad but we thought we would give them another chance never again it was swimming in grease.my wife and daughter both felt sick and vowed never to eat kfc again

All the bad reviews are TRUE!!! I checked the reviews after I ordered and it was too late to cancel but when the food arrived, late, I sayed let me see "with my own eyes" and definitely the food was the worst possible!!! I oreder a soup, belive me I didn't taste it because the smell was OMGGG, then some dumplings also really bad smell, some duck spring rolls which I tested one was baadddd and then the prown Pad Thai wasn't realy bad just there were only prowns and onion in it, no other vegetables... Gosh, the worst I could ever possibly get :(
