Tesco Cafe in Spelthorne

Place was dirty, staff unhelpful. They couldn’t do any gluten free options and wouldn’t let us buy something from the store to bring in. Asked for double shot Americana, staff instead suggested filtered coffee. Big mistake. Luke warm, under strength. I’m amazed that Tesco allow this sort of poor service & quality in what is a large store.

I went in for a quick visit to grab some lunch. Mistakenly I selected something I shouldn't eat. I quickly told the staff member, but they just said it was my fault and not even common courtesy to say they could replace after spending 8 pounds for a sandwich and a drink. Terrible place, no customer service at all! I will never go back again!!!

Típico sitio de parar a comer a toda pastilla y seguir currando. Sandwiches frios que puedes pedir te los pasen un poco por el grill. Bebidas tipo refrescos, agua o zumos envasados. Sólo si buscas algo ráoido

Great place to eat and have a coffee or tea after shopping or a break in between shopping. Or to meet up with friends.
