Place was dirty, staff unhelpful. They couldn’t do any gluten free options and wouldn’t let us buy something from the store to bring in. Asked for double shot Americana, staff instead suggested filtered coffee. Big mistake. Luke warm, under strength. I’m amazed that Tesco allow this sort of poor service & quality in what is a large store.

I went in for a quick visit to grab some lunch. Mistakenly I selected something I shouldn't eat. I quickly told the staff member, but they just said it was my fault and not even common courtesy to say they could replace after spending 8 pounds for a sandwich and a drink. Terrible place, no customer service at all! I will never go back again!!!

Típico sitio de parar a comer a toda pastilla y seguir currando. Sandwiches frios que puedes pedir te los pasen un poco por el grill. Bebidas tipo refrescos, agua o zumos envasados. Sólo si buscas algo ráoido

TowpathWe visited last Saturday with friends & thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Food was great & our server Tom was exceptional. We will definitely return.

Nutty LaneAs per title, what more do you need. You can also ask them to make some changes to bits you don't like , say like "no tomatoe" or whatever. Also the chips are epic and the welsh rarebit is the best!

4 Feltham Road, Ashford TW15 2EB EnglandI would have given 4 stars if the owner hadn’t charged us for an extra person who didn’t show up for the meal. I find this practice absurd—it has never happened to me, even at the best restaurants. It feels unfair and unreasonable. If 3-4 people don’t turn up, would they charge for all of them too? Ridiculous!

2_8 High StreetI go to the pub regularly and have always enjoyed the veggie breakfast Over the last few months they have changed the sausages to an inferior brand and today I had the small veggie breakfast, which has shrunk dramatically from it's previous self. Bit disappointing, all about margins of course
