All the bad reviews are TRUE!!! I checked the reviews after I ordered and it was too late to cancel but when the food arrived, late, I sayed let me see "with my own eyes" and definitely the food was the worst possible!!! I oreder a soup, belive me I didn't taste it because the smell was OMGGG, then some dumplings also really bad smell, some duck spring rolls which I tested one was baadddd and then the prown Pad Thai wasn't realy bad just there were only prowns and onion in it, no other vegetables... Gosh, the worst I could ever possibly get :(

Absolutely shocking 3rd time ordering and this time was absolutely disgusting The mixed starters were not edible and wouldn't even give them to a dog. The mains were way over spiced Prawn toast was rock hard couldn't even bite into it The honey prawns did not come as advertised and has the onions and peppers. When we called the manager was so rude about it when we said how unhappy we was and got angry and offered no refund . Absolutely disgusting £60 down and still bloody starving

Have ordered from here quite a few times but tonight's dishes were not up to usual standards...even the free prawn crackers were dissapointing..🤔....Will give this place a miss for a while.... sorry jasmine Gardens...not quality tonight...

Ordered a pad Thai. It was literally noodles drowning in hot sweet Chili sauce with anaemic chicken. Spring rolls were okay though.

AVOID UNLESS YOU MIND WAITING. Waiting for food for an hour and a half and still no food. They don’t answer their phones so have no idea when it’s coming.

Never aver I will order something from there. Duck smells badly, well toooo SALTY , thick and not eatable sauce. I tried to contacting and both phone not available. Waste of money. disgusting. Look like ......THEY NOT PICK UP THE PHONE , NO EMAIL LIKE NO EXIST. THEY ARE STILLIN MONEY FROM PPL . RABISH AND THEY ARE NOT EVEN CHINESE FOOD

DONT EAT FROM HERE. Even your dog won't eat it, smells so bad its not chinese food. If I could rate it as minus stars I would. The most disgusting food I have ever eaten. Eating this food is a form of self harm. Rice was gone off and stinks. Chicken dish, might as well puke in my container and call it chilli and garlic chicken. Again the food tasted rotten. I went and delivered the food back to the chef working from the back of the pizza restaurant and advised him to stop cooking for human consumption. Its a complete failure don't waste your money. The man below who has rated this place as the best chow men is either dillusional or starving. We will complain to Uber and demand our money back!

Awful just awful I had Singapore noodles and crispy chilli beef the worst £17 I’ve spent horrible

Horrible food, no meat, no veg no source at all, just noodle, I have never eat something like that, extremely bad food and very strange smell.

Best chow mein I've had as take away. Extremely tasty and had all the veg and meats. Definitely in my opinion far better than Imperial and phoenix. I ordered my chow mein via Uber eats. I have made jasmine garden a favourite. Only place I'll be ordering Chinese from now.

Sesame toast that haven't seen a prawn, chicken chow mein you have to add your own sesame oil and soy sauce to make it edible. Chicken in black bean sauce, how can the chicken be dry? Pad Thai is just noodles in sweet and sour sauce. Only looked at the smoked chicken, that was it. Just plain bad for £30

Horrible meal ruined mother's day

The food was ok and in big portions but the Pad Thai was full of chilli (as shown on the picture). I have never had Pad Thai that is spicy and not sweet. There was no mention of chilli in the ingredients either. Really disappointed with that

I’ve never had a takeaway so bad. £18 for food I couldn’t even eat. Prawn crackers were stale. Had salted prawn and squid that was so hard and tough it got put in the bin. Hong Kong prawns also went in the bin. The rice was ok. I will never order from here again.

Great service.. I mistakenly ordered the wrong item.. called them back.. they sent a replacement free of charge and what I had in mind.

Food was amazing. Dishes bigger then expected. Also arrived way before the delivery time suggested. Thanks for lovely food and great customer service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! This is unlike any Chinese food I’ve ever eaten. The noodles were covered in stale stinking oil. The ‘chicken’ was disgusting. All the dishes stank of fish. This place needs to be closed down.

Please stay away from this fake Chinese takeaway Ordered salt and pepper squid tasted sweet dumping with squid also ordered chicken chow mein there was no flavour and only thing I could taste was carrots. They don’t even have proper Chinese chefs that cook the food. Avoid!!!! Please stay away!!!!!!

Food is always on time and it’s fresh, I really enjoy their Chinese and Pizza’s.

Worst Chinese takeaway I have ever eaten. Singapore Vermicelli has jalapeño chillies not red. Prawn balls were mainly soggy dough. Special fried rice was not fried and only contained boiled vegetables from the food bank. The initial order time was 50 minutes away at 20:50, after six delays it finally arrived at 21:50. Please avoid!!

After waiting for 2 hours, I called the restaraunt and I was greeted with them saying they have a lot of orders and a load of unhelpful rude comments which i struggle to see why that is my fault. Had to go through Justeat's customer service to siphon the money back as they refused to do anything.

***WARNING AVOID! AVOID!*** Luke warm badly made chinese food that all tasted of fish although we had no fish dishes! Other dishes were stale tasting and clearly had not been cooked fresh. The starter also contained a generous serving of one single rib thing attached to a hunk of grissle that can only be described as "rib like" it resembled a rib of some kind of animal but definitely not pork! We called to the restaurant to complain who in the beginning seemed confused about if they were a pizza delivery or if they were a Chinese delivery! Then the manager took over and argued with us for 10 minutes then hung up on us with no effort to rectify this abysmal disgusting meal. Terrible service and even worse food that was extremely late. Avoid like the plague! Absolutely Disgusting!

Avoid avoid avoid! food tastes of fish. I called to complain and the manager told me they didn't sell fish! Go figure! Dry, awful, tasteless food. Ok if u like fish. Expensive experience. Just Eat ditch this takeaway please. Yuk!

If you want quick delivery, this is for you. If you want edible food, try somewhere else. The chef here has skills. Chicken balls that will give your jaw the best workout it's ever had, yet soggy at the same time from all the water in the tub they arrived in. And how about that curry and sweet & sour sauce. I dont often eat chinese with a knife and fork, but I had to carve those sauces like a Christmas Turkey. Add insult to injury, my fortune cookie was broken on arrival. Will find alternative options next time instead of using this place as a 2nd choice.

Chow mein was dry and flavourless, batter on chicken balls was underdone and squishy, duck spring rolls were chewy and incredibly dry Tried to get in contact with them as me and my friend spent £35 on their food, called 5 or 6 times over the space of 15 minutes and they wouldn't pick up, Just Eat got in contact with them and Jasmine Garden refused to redeliver or refund and rudely asked "why didn't I contact them myself" when they wouldn't even pick up. Very disappointed with their customer service, not impressed with them at all.

Jasmine garden has been around for a few years and we have used them often. Very good. Very friendly and clean, and typically Chinese

I ordered tgrough just eat and it was absolutely disgusting Do not recommend anyone. I ordered seafood noodles, noodles were oily and cold, only got two shrimps with gross squid. And now feel sick, please be careful and try your best to avoid this place

Just awful !!! My food was 2 hours later and not even hot. They are rude and ignorant! Never ordering from them again.. when the delivery man finally turned up after 2 hours, I asked to get the manager on the phone, he refused to give me a small refund or discount and didn't even care that my food wasn't got and it was 2 hours late and he completely spoke over me the whole time... soo rude !!

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered through justeat. Order mostly wrong. Order entirely cold. When I called to rectify I was greeted with rudeness and contempt. Refund or replacement completely refused even though the order was proven wrong. Disgusting never again. Social media will be my next step. Don’t use them people. Trust me.

We order from here regularly and have never had a bad meal, hot and delivered quickly every time and tasty :)

We had the king prawn pad thai and king prawn chow mein. Both were very delicious and tasty. The portion size was good and food arrived earlier than expected and piping hot. The complimentary prawn crackers were a nice big portion too. Impressed as first time customers and would definitely recommend and look forward to trying out other items on their menu in the future.

This was the best Chinese we've ever had until recently. 2 stars as the delivery man was polite and nice. Tasted like warm ups, no freshness, prawns were tough, nothing had flavour, I love rice but couldn't eat as it was overdone and smelt fousty. Beansprouts tasted like tinned. What we ate hasn't made my tummy happy for 2 days! ! Have found out it's changed hands. Never again. I hope they read this as couldn't find anyway to contact then directly to tell them.

Awful. Shut them down. They sent us a pizza with off cheese and refuse to take responsibility. Staff are rude an unhelpful, an who I'm assuming is the manager/owner constantly spoke over me as I tried to tell him the problem. Will not be ordering ever again and I suggest others don't either.
