Limpopo Biltong in Spelthorne

Driver had gone to the wrong place then chose to go back to the dominos HQ. Saw this via the map on the app. I called to resolve the problem. Got through with a hold. No hello or please wait just hold. A couple of minutes I tried to explain the situation and the front desk man in a rude tone said he and the driver had been trying to call me while I was mid sentence. I simply said sorry I hadn’t received any calls but I’ve been trying to call you. He then continues to be rude but with more aggressions and state that the order was made by this number. I then said that is my number but Im sorry hadn’t received any calls and I tried to call but had no luck. Then before I could explain the situation to him , he carried on with the rudeness so I decided to cancel the order, demand a refund and say you can’t speak to me like this all because of a technical error. But he had already hung up the phone once I said cancel the order. I’ve never had an issue with this place before when it comes to customer service and delivery. All of this could have been avoided if the front desk man at the time had just let me explain the whole situation in full instead of acting the way he did.

Ordered from just eat mever again food uneatable re heated food

All the bad reviews are TRUE!!! I checked the reviews after I ordered and it was too late to cancel but when the food arrived, late, I sayed let me see "with my own eyes" and definitely the food was the worst possible!!! I oreder a soup, belive me I didn't taste it because the smell was OMGGG, then some dumplings also really bad smell, some duck spring rolls which I tested one was baadddd and then the prown Pad Thai wasn't realy bad just there were only prowns and onion in it, no other vegetables... Gosh, the worst I could ever possibly get :(

Food not as good as it used to be.

Thoroughly enjoyed my chicken and chips yesterday. Freshly cooked, salad was fresh. Very tasty.
