Terrible food. Worst takeaway I think we have ever had. food was tasteless, dry, overcooked. Think they should rename it Thai No, instead of Thai go.

Apart from sending chicken pad thai when we ordered prawn every thing was delicious.

Our go to Thai takeaway spot, always on point, never ever lets us down. Apart from when they took the corn cakes off the menu :( but that’s just cos they were so good!! 💘

The Thai red duck curry is so delicious, full of flavoursome duck as well as veg and lots of Thai red sauce. Egg fried rice is fresh and actually contains lots of egg!! Some places are conservative with ingredients but not here. Really generous portion sizes, prawn toast and vegetable spring rolls are delicious. Staff are really friendly and always smiling when I go in to collect my order. My favourite Thai place in Staines.

Estimated delivery timeframe was way off. Driver claims he had been waiting at the door for half an hour.

Steamed rice was missing from the order but called the restaurant and it was rectified straight away

Late, dry, and would not recommend.

I just had a pad krapow gai (stir fried basil chicken) and asked for it Thai style with extra fresh chilli and a fried egg. It was excellent and enough for two people in the one order costing only £8.30. I'll be back time and time again. Thank you for being authentic and happy to adjust to taste 👍

This is ridiculous. I don’t normally write a review but today I thought I’d order some takeaway for lunch tomorrow. I’ve ordered a “stir fried sweet Basil with BEEF” - I think you may have left my beef somewhere because there was NONE!! I’m not vegetarian, but there is all tons of veg in there😑

First time trying and it was delicious. Sweet and sour not too surgery. Egg fried rice was great too. Wings probably would just say very small but nice

satay sauce was lovely but chicken very dry and massaman curry sauce very runny and again chicken very dry. green curry very spicy

The WORST PATHETIC sad excuse for food and I won’t even honour this slop by calling it Thai food. 50% of the ingredients was pure sugar and rest was frozen, hard chewy mess. I am literally deleting my Just Eat app because if trash places like this get high reviews then the system is obviously bugged. To the restaurant: please shut down and NEVER sell food again. Your food has zero taste, no soul or flavour.

ABSOLUTELY NON AUTHENTIC THAI.. never ever had sweet tasting Thai green curry , chicken satay was awful , noodles undercooked, crackers were fine but I doubt they’ll deliver if you were to order crackers only ! Never Again !

In comparison to other Thai takeaways in the area, the food ordered here was bland and watered down. Also the veg curries had no option to add tofu so I assumed there was already tofu in them, however I received literally just a few vegetables in a watery massaman sauce…don’t recommend. If you haven’t had Thai before or like bland food you might like it, if you’ve enjoyed Thai at other places it won’t compare sadly

Once again delicious tasty food. Green Thai curry is amazing. Arrived very hot. No complaints, highly recommend.

Chicken curry with no chicken!?

Food was cold, tasted like it was re-heated in the microwave and lacked flavour almost like it had been frozen.

Prawn curry ordered chicken arrived, all the food was cold and very watery curry’s, the pad thai was covered in a red sauce. Also minimum order for delivery, plus £10 delivery. Wouldn’t order again

The pad Thai arrived covered in a red sauce that is not how it should be. The picture of this item on the menu shows a normal pad Thai which looks delicious. What I received was not the same. Beef was really tough in the curry.

This was our first order. The food arrived with no rice, the spring rolls could have done with a bit more cooking. Other than that the green chicken curry was tasty. Possibly would order again...

I ordered chicken satay and prawn crackers for late night meal. We got our food fast and tasted good

First time I had this it was really good and then the second was disgusting wouldn’t give it the the dog. So I’m not rolling the dice hoping it’ll be good again.

Low on flavour, unless you count spicy sauce as flavour. Steak in crying tiger dish tasted like it had been re-heated and there deffo wasn’t a whole rump there. Mixed starters were also bland and fried. Pad Thai also just tasted of fish sauce, nothing else. First, and last time here.

When the food arrived we noticed an insect in the food, we was offered a refund and free meal next time , i wouldnt eat there again but my husband called back for free meal and manager refused, customer service very poor wouldn't recommend

food was rank, ordered egg fried rice but was given normal boiled rice, batter was soggy. the sharing starter plate was shocking it just looked deep fried and unappetising. i wouldn’t get from here it was just overall pretty gross.

Green and red Curry wasn’t thick at all and seems a different taste and flavours, chicken spring rolls also not the same as usual, not sure what happened but overall not so tasty this time.

The frankly worst experience I have EVER had with food delivery in London or ANYWHERE ELSE. Uber accepted the order at 6:15 for 6:50-7:10 delivery. At 6:50 it was noted to be out for delivery. Please note that I am 10 minutes away from the restaurant. At 7:10, Uber prompted me (repeatedly, about 20-30 times) to ask the restaurant for an automated update. They never provided one. Uber prompted me to call the restaurant as they were using their "own delivery staff". I called them. 3 times. An international cell call from my USA cell. It rang more than 20 times each time. NO one ever answered. I spent the next half an hour scouring the Uber app for some way to contact someone. I went up against the "call the restaurant, your order is almost there, it's out for delivery" lies many times before I was able to use the chat. That guy repeated the platitudes until I told him no one answers the call. He tried. He tried more than twice. And then, MORE THAN AN HOUR AFTER THE FOOD WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE. he just canceled the order and that was that. No consideration other than they won't give me a penalty for canceling. THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A PENALTY FOR CANCELING. But they sure will let this nest of thieves masquerading as a restaurant stay on this app. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Sadly zero taste and for the price of a prawn dish I’d have expected more than 4 prawns! Won’t be using them again.

Tom Yum Soup was loaded with sugar, the originality was lost. The whole idea was to eat it with refreshing zing and spice. If you really want to give non spicy version either add less chillies or give sugar sachet as a separate option. I couldn't eat as I am diabetic. Even the Green curry had sugar on it. Please don't spoil the original version.

Soup was cold, food was bland and over an hour delivery time which I thought a tad excessive especially for the quality of the food.

My special comfort food, especially when times are at bit tricky out there.. Such treats are becoming less and less... So, always a pleasure when the endorphins start producing from the second you order, until your last mouthful 🤤🤤🤤🤤 Order for 2 people 💪🏼. Extend that rush a little longer.. Job done 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼🏁

The spicy dishes are really nicely spicy. Other restaurants tone things down. If you don't like proper chilli, let them know 😜

Food was nice & delivered early but sorry to say was lacking in those lovely Thai flavours you want when you order Thai. Sauces very samey and not much heat (ie chilli heat). Bit of a shame as can’t seem to find good Thai via delivery! £60 for “OK Thai” is a lot….

Always a great tasting, authentic Thai red curry... Just a shame that the dipping sauce for the fish cakes was left off the order.. They taste great but "needs" the dipping sauce 😉😉😉😉😉💪💪💪🙏

Food delicious as usual but unfortunately was delivered late and it had cooled a lot. Really it was luke warm. It won’t stop me ordering from them again though as we usually enjoy our Thai Go food.

Thai Go should be Thai NO!!! Late, cold and very disappointing. I have used this place before and it was good, I really do not know what has gone wrong but sadly, I will never use them again. The food was awful. The soup was like water with very few ingredients and virtually no flavour. The mixed starter for 2 was like mixed leftovers for 2. Really not impressed.

Very Late, mostly cold and not worth the wait. Delivery stated as 45 minutes to an hour. We waited 90 minutes. Food quality is not good. Sesame prawn toasts were burnt, everything that was fried tasted as though it was cooked in old oil. Mixed starters were completely random and more like mixed leftovers. Phad Thai and rice were nice. Soup was very short of the main ingredients. Very disappointed. I had been to this takeaway once before and it was nice, I am not sure what has gone wrong.

Unfortunately they use that cheap slimy chicken some Asian restaurants have which ruins the dishes. The king prawns are ok!

Very disappointed and have to say one of the most average Thai meals I've ever had. Being one of my favourite cuisines I order wherever I go. Food was overcooked I thought, but also luke warm. Turned up nearly 30 minutes early than when requested.

I collected my order and they only gave me one of my bags. They recovered by delivering the second bag so all ends well. Very nice food

Delivery took so long that the food was barely warm - have been getting deliveries from Thai Go for a few years now, thankfully this is the first time we've been disappointed so hopefully it was a one off problem.

Always consistly great and authentic Thai food. It's my "GO TO" Thai restaurant, especially on a Sunday night.. Some nights and some restaurants are reserved for trying a selection of other options in the Surrey area but.... After a busy weekend, in fact, after 30 years of crazy busy weekends,... Sunday night has been Thai Red curry night for as long as I can remember!! .. And ONLY one restaurant at one address'gets to take ALL of my orders...... Sundays 😉😉😉😉💪

Lovely red curry & egg fried rice!

Not authentic thai food very disappointing. Got a takeaway today and we hardly ate any of the dishes....green curry very runny and very sweet, tom yum soup I dont think the chef even tried it!! So sweet and overly tangy no authentic taste at all and worse was the padthai smelt of overloaded vinegar and the noodles and chicken were pink not appetizing at all waste of money

No communication whatsoever from this place, could not even pick up after 5 fully rung out calls to tell them about a dietary requirement, ontop of that being late and still not picking up to say when it's going to arrive.

Far too greasy, pad Thai was ok but generally not good also too greasy and squid wasn’t cooked right. Vomited afterwards so not ordering from here again :(

Just had a take away from Thai Go. Well cooked and great taste. This is a very much improved experience. Thoroughly enjoyed it and can certainly recommend it.
