It's probably the worst pizza we have ever eaten till the moment.. I request thin, and they send thick.. with normal cheese and they put vegan who change the flavour completely.. totally a mess.

paid for fries only to not be delivered without a refund. gave a tip too

delivery didn't arrive, waited for an hour for the app to just say it had been delivered. what a joke.

Food was good , except ordered cheesy garlic bread but sent plain, and didn’t send the drink with it so the helpful driver went back and got the drink.

Dropped my food in front of me then told me he forgot my drink

Ordered garlic bread with cheese and they sent regular garlic bread, and the pizza boxes looked dropped/stepped on upon arrival.

Should have got a drink but I didn’t come with one

Food was lovely. Only issue I had is they didn't deliver the dip ordered and gave me a different bottle of drink to what I ordered.

Ordered takeaway. Took over 90 minutes to arrive. Rang to cancel, they hung up 3 times. When I finally spoke to someone they refused to refund my order. Order arrive cold!!! Only fit for the bin. Very disappointed.

Original time was up to 40 minutes from order but delivered nearly an hour later which meant food was warm

the food was great but ordering it was a nightmare. Found the order site very confusing and nearly gave up glad I did not. I was ordering the Deal for 4 including 2 pizzas and there was no clear guide whether which pizza was ordered and the next to be required. The food once it arrived was very nice.

Food was poor. Greasiest pizza I've had in a long time- moved the pizza to a plate then a different box with kitchen towel and the grease still is soaking through. Nachos were burnt and rock hard. I see why it's cheaper than other places.

I wasn't told that there was no Pepsi Max and instead if being asked about a replacement, I was just given a drink. Also, I was not given the dip that I had purchased. Not impressed.

I can live with 10mins late but irritated at 1/ A distinct lack of cheese even though I’d paid for extra. 2/ extra mushroom was probably less than one mushroom sliced. 3/ paid for sour cream dip, none! 4/ BBQ sauce was put in for the wings, not ordered! Overall, disappointing.

From placing my order to when it arrived it took 2 hours. Usually not the case, but that is a joke.

I would like to give a huge shoutout and recommendation to Sarah who went above and beyond with my order and delivered with an enormous smile, twice! initially my order was delayed, and when we called across Sarah was extremely helpful and even said she would deliver herself because of the mix up. Once the ordered arrived, I called across again as I had realised I was the one who actually made the mistake, but Sarah still went above and beyond to make sure I received the correct pizza, even though it was my mistake. Honestly, cannot thank Sarah enough. So amazing to see such amazing customer service does still exist. Pizza itself with absolutely delicious, hot fresh and probably the most delicious pizza I have ever had! Sarah is amazing!!! Thank you!!

ordered a large half and half from here.... absolutely appauling. whilst the pizza was excellent in its construction and look it was infact under cooked. then centre of the pizza was so wet and soggy that is tasted awful. this is no exaggeration. the next day the pizza centre was a paste like consistency from the centre. I wish I had ordered this via cash payment as I would have dent it back. some times the pizzs from here is exceptional... this evening.... its was the worst of the worst. what is happening here is on occasions the ingredients is a touch wet and once the pizza is cooked know1 recognises that it need to be checked so the error is going unnoticed because it will on glacé look perfect.... make sure upon ordering you call in to politely ask that your final order is made well. the staff here are very kind and friendly

My food was ice cold and was late being delivered

Staff cannot read their order tickets properly! I ordered a supreme pizza with jalapenos. Instead I was sent a margarita with jalapenos. It was also stone cold because clearly the person making it didn't read the ticket time and thought I wanted it immediately which I didn't. It was scheduled to be delivered for 12.50pm and hence should have been prepared closer to the time of delivery not when I placed the order 2 hours earlier (I placed the order earlier as I wanted it delivered to work in time for lunch and I often get busy with customers!) Not good enough Just Eat and for some reason I cannot request a refund from you.

I didn’t get my wedges so called Pizza Hut and they delivered them 40 mins after my original order, bit inconvenient as the rest of the food was cold by then.

Worst pizza ever. Shocked at how poor the hut tastes. I’d rather eat Jabba the Hut’s nan’s to clippings. Genuinely a failed effort at mediocre. I may never eat pizza again, i have pizzaTSD. Shocking. Hurtful yet bland. Astoundingly, impressively bad. Mac n cheese rocked though. Defo, give up the day job though. Cancel the hut in lieu of… any other pizza place. I’d call this a COVID pie. Utterly insipid.

I ordered a large deep pan Margherita and got a large margherita with the garlic seasoning.

This was listed as a ‘group delivery’ my side was wrong, I ordered cheese triangles but i got delivered chicken. Not sure if it was mixed up by the delivery driver, pizza was ace though!

Can’t even be bothered to give us the sauce we asked for, it’s literally an obligatory selection. Staff can’t be assed, do not give them raises. They don’t deserve them.

Bot worth the money orderd large meat feast pizza and it was poor quality didn't even eat the chicken stripes and the delivery drive was very rude just grunted and didn't say a word. Never ordering from here again not worth the money.

The food was poor quality and arrived in a brown box not even a Pizza Hut branded box it was poorly presented and was missing items and was hand written on the box “sorry not cheesy garlic bread” not even a email to say sorry.. very poor and appalling service never going to use ashford Pizza Hut again.. shameful wouldn’t recommend to anyone

This is one of the worst pizza-huts on the entire plant. Went to order a small pizza in late-night, suddenly the shift manager comes with a rude attitude and tells me that they have no small options. Finally, I asked him to make medium pizza but a little bit extra spicy and this guy was telling me that he can’t do it, in a threatening manner. Got the pizza and it test like chewing rubber instead of vegetables. 🤮🤮 Pizza Hut should be ashamed of franchising its brand to this kind of people.

Refused to do Half and half pizza which is very strange

terrible service, wrong item sent, rang the shop, person was very rude, said item out of stock contact customer service for refund, oh great so now have to wait weeks on end for my money back!!clearly not his first time messing up orders as seemed respond pretty quickly telling me to contact customer service, just avoid the place and hopefully will get shut down!!

Food was cold, congealed and disgusting. Food had obviously been sat for a long time and was inedible. Took 1 hour and 50 minutes when originally we were told 45 mins. No way of contacting just eat to cancel - terrible service and would like a refund

Fantastic - Pizza arrived hot, which is so unusual for a pizza delivery. Well done, really really pleased. Tasted good too.

If you want your full order or even warm don’t order from here!! Everytime I order here they forget something and then when they do drop it off over an hour after the first lot of food it’s freezing Cold. Will be avoiding this branch and sticking to Walton!!

I have placed order 13:17 today, it said estimated delivery time 14:10. but it arrived early around 1345. Very happy with the pizzas as well :)

Awful service. They complain about not having enough drivers but keep taking orders. Staff are rude and unhelpful and food arrives cold. Not just a one off either, it has happened a few times.

Ordered takeaway. Cheese bites, hawaiian pizza and cheese n garlic tear n share. The bites were cold. The tear n share was too thick the middle part was not baked at all. Not enough cheese on it n tasteless. The pizza was ok but all together was a not good at all. Wont order again.

Amazing and tasty pizza's from here with great sauces and anything else possible. The garlic bread is perfectly done and delicious. The pizza's while a little bit greasy they're still great and perfectly made with a crunchy crust but a soft and delicious inside. Great customer service and fast waiting times.

The pizza isn’t that nice, the staff are awful, I was in there with my friends waiting for a pizza to share whilst it was raining and they told us all to get out and I stayed in there waiting, when my friends left, one of the staff made rude comments.
