Ordered one of the meal deals, pay for everything and only get half of the order, called them twice, they say they are delivering it and never show up. Avoid!

Food never came. Called up and they pretended they didn’t understand English. No refund either,, Disgusting service. AVOID THIS PLACE,

Take away never came! Shop lied when I rang, then never answered the phone again. No refund either, avoid at all cost.

The chicken wings are so greasy and soggy, I’ve never had such greasy wings, its like they pile them on top of one another without draining, they are so soggy the meat is falling of the bones when you take one to eat before putting it in your mouth, they are floating in grease!!!

Ok, first things first. Don't ask for delivery. This place is for collection, delivery is an added 'feature' which owner does not care about. Now, if you are still hungry... Then this place will serve you literally the best , most tasty pizza in this part of London. And the price is a killer, 5£ for 12" square pizza! Any kind! Especially 'hot'n'spicy' is a fab treat for your tommy. Could not recommend it more. I will miss this place a lot of I move away.

Foods a bit average, takes an hour and a half to arrive. The drivers don’t speak English. But still a solid 5 out of 5.

My boyfriend and I waited an HOUR AND A HALF for the food to arrive. When my boyfriend had called to tell them that it has been an hour nd the food hasn’t arrived the man that took our order had a nasty attitude talking about “the driver is on his way! 10 minutes.” Then another half and hour later the driver arrived claiming no reponsibility for the lateness and was unable to comprehend English.Finally the food was awful chips were cold chickens was stale and the cheesy chips were stiff. It’s quite impressive how horrible the food and service was! Well done Mr Pizza and Chips. I really hope you don’t expect repetitive customers.

I ordered food for delivery and it was half an hour later then promised so the food was cold and not very tasty. First time ordered chicken nuggets and chips for my daughter and she didn’t want to eat as chips were cold and spongy and nuggets were like rocks. That was the last time I ordered something from them. The delivery guy was nice as that wasn’t his fault. They need to provide better service, should’ve ordered from somewhere else but wanted something different. It’s a no no from me.

Absolutey horrible experience. Ordered one medium pizza at 7pm, first of all the woman on the phone didn't speak english and had to pass the phone to someone else to get my order right. Was told the delivery would be 30 mins. By 7:45pm, I called and was told the pizza was sent to the wrong hotel, but they were on there way and would be 5 minutes. By 8pm, still no pizza. Called again and was told they were 1 minute away, and started giving me attitude that I didn't provide a phone number. (I provided the hotel name, address, and room number as I am a tourist and didn't have a local phone number). By 8:30pm, now 1.5 hours after my order, still no pizza. Called again and was told they are 1 minute away. Finally they show up and I told the delivery man how unacceptable this is, but his excuse was "I'm just the delivery man" (with a 'not my problem' approach). He offered to only make me pay 10 pounds as oppose to 13, in my opinion I shouldn't have been charged at all. He didn't accept credit card so gave my credit info over the phone to his boss, I will still have to check the charges to see how much it was. Of course by now the pizza was cold, and I asked specifically for pepperoni, jalapenos, mushrooms, beef, and was given a pizza with no beef or mushrooms but red peppers instead. After 30 hours of travelling and finding a hotel close to the airport, all we wanted was a hot pizza close by to be delivered quickly. We got the complete opposite and I would not want others to have the same experience, hence this post. It's not that hard to make a pizza and provide a good service these days, but these people clearly could care less.

Hi do not go here at all the food is very bad and it not cooked well the toilet is not good the manager is not good the staff is not good it is not clean at all the lot is bad and getting a bit sick of it big time

Late night hunger stop on the way back from work. I ordered and paid for a £1.60 portion of chips. Not a word of pl;ease or thank you and the smallest portion of chips imaginable. This was late at night and they only had a few chips left in the frozen bag. They weren't going to open a new full one!!!!! Shockingly small portion and these people just did not speak. All I got was a grunt and a "one pound sixty" Absolutely horrible chips and this is one place that I will avoid in future at all costs.

Ordered a meal deal 21 which clearly stated on our menu that it was a pizza, chicken burger and 2 drinks. Upon ordering we specified what pizza we wanted. Checked the chicken burger and chips were included. The man asked if we wanted mayo and lettuce on the chicken burger and we confirmed yes. 1 hour later the order arrives. After paying the delivery guy we notice it is a beef burger not a chicken burger. We phone to explain and the man is very aggressive insisting meal 21 is a beef burger, we ask for the correct chicken burger to be sent which he finally agrees to...... 2 hours in and I’m still waiting for it. The pizza and chips were cold by the way and I’d be seriously risking my health if I were to try the beef burger they sent. Have tried phoning several times to ask what is happening and there is no answer. Please don’t use this place, it’s cheaper than other places for a reason.....,

I called and placed my order for delivery. Was told 30 minutes it came in 45. The order was wrong so I rang back and the person on the phone was rude and argumentative. He finally agreed to replace the food. An hour later that arrived and was missing some items. I asked the driver to bring back the missing items which he agreed to do. I rang and was told it was on its way However I am still waiting a day later I wouldn’t recommend this place at all

Food was cold on arrival. Cheese was solid on the garlic bread. The chips was cold, soggy and flavourless. The chicken was not crispy because it has sat for so long because of the delivery being so late. I ended up cooking soup because of how disappointing the ordeal worth. Not worth the time or money ordering here. Just Eat didn't offer compensation.

Placed and order 18:18 told 45-50 mins, I asked was that the truth as I was told this before and my food was cold had to be sent back and wait again! Was told yes- 19:55 food still no with me, no apology full of attitude! Don't take on the delivery if you can't offer the service!! How to lose custom

Cold food. Half the chicken way actually not even cooked, the other half was burnt to a crisp. All of it had no taste. At all. The chips were also soggy and cold with bland powdery cheese just plopped on top. Should have read the reviews because it was all honestly disgusting. Couldn’t even call back as when we did try to call no answer and guess everyone had gone home.

Not only late, buy frankly the worst food I have seen delivered for a long tine. Chips appeared to be yesterdays re heated... Yes they were that bad. The chicken was over cooked, dry, and revolting. Upon complaining they have promised to try again. But frankly they let this rubbish out the door and delivered it to a PAYING customer... Unacceptable in every way. Personally I will be avoiding this place for ever more... I would personally suggest you do the same.

We ordered 4 starters..2 cold and 2 hot..it took an hour and half for the food to arrive..we called the restaurant 3 times..they lied to use twice about the driver just leaving and then on the third call they put the phone down on us. Very disappointing service.

Mixed up the order, 1hr later still not been delivered

doesn’t even deserve a star, food came 1 hour later and cold so we asked for our money back which they refused to do. They ended the phone call, staff was very rude. Chicken and chips don’t even look edible let alone have any flavour in it. not even suitable to feed a pet with it. disgusted!!!

I often visit this restaurant when I am aound in Stanwell. They sell fresh and big pizzas with pick your own stuff. Even though staff are not really caring type but they treat you well.

Very happy with the food and service

A good fast food option with a variety of dishes and deals. All graphically displayed. Sauces are good too. The time to wait for chicken pieces can be lengthy when you're up for a quick turnaround. They should be more than aware of the busy periods and have plenty ready in the servery.

On our meat feast pizza there was hardly any meat! Ordered a spicy pizza and asked for additional topping (olives) and they forgot to put them on.... they also charge for card payments and delivery

Used them all the time for the pizza deal and a 1.5ltr bottle of drink.. The guy turned up with 3 cans instead.. Which isn't even a ltr!! and shrugged and told me he wasn't anything to do with restaurant!! Shocking. Then opening the box with the pizza in. Lifted up the pizza and it flopped as it was as thin as a piece of paper!!!! all the chicken and chili fell of because there was hardly any cheese on the pizza.. tasted awful! Absolute disgrace! Won't be using you guys again!!!

Foods were nice and big portion, delivery arrived 20 mins earlier, would definitely order from them again.

All the food was cold the only thing that was warm was the drink . Service staff not helpful when I rang to see what they could do . I would advise against anyone ordering from these .

I rang the restaurant as had a query and was very polite and friendly. Correct food came . Minor thing they forgot to add salt sachets for chips even thou I asked in comments. Would order again .

First it said it would be delivered at 4:25pm didn't come till 5pm. Ordered the hot wings which were not hot at all just seemed to be ordinary fried chicken wings. The pizza was cold by the time it arrived. The ham pieces were burnt, not just a little burnt, some of the pieces were black. Disappointing as it was the first time I had ordered from this place. Would not order there again.

Friendly delivery guy, and food arrived on time (actually earlier than the stated time, but in line with our original time request.. so very happy). The hot chicken wings were especially good. Just a little spicy- not too much- with a nice flavour and texture. Will order more of those next time! :)

ordered a garlic bread with cheese and just got plain garlic bread, quite dissapointing! but what did arrive was super delicious

I choose to collect at 2210 but received a message saying it would be ready at 2235. I got there for 2215/2220 and asked if they were ready to pick up or not. they gave me the 6 x 10''pizzas and drinks straight away and I head home, toke me 3/5 minutes to get home and once I opened the pizzas, they were solid cold. really not happy with this service and I can't imagine how would they be if I had be there for 2235...

Couldn't even eat the food I'd ordered as it was all dry, very cold & bland. I ordered a meal and there were no chips, I ordered BBQ ribs that were cold, over cooked, very dry and had no BBQ sauce on, plus the 10" pizza garlic bread went to waste as the cheese was like cold rubber and the base was like cardboard. Very Disgusting and a waste of money, never ordering again. All of what did arrive from the meal I ordered couldn't even be eaten and i just had to make a sandwich instead. Customer service really isn't some thing worth caring about by the looks of things! Not happy!

I was waited for my meal around 2 hours. The food wasn't properly warm, was to much oil on top of the pizza and the dough wasn't cooked properly.

Took 2 hours for the food to get to me, every time I rang the restaurant they said it would be "another 5 minutes", when it did eventually get here it was cold. I called the restaurant to complain and I just got told it was a busy night. Not cool, Mr Pizza. Not cool

Disappointed this time around. Food arrived over 15mins after advised time (which was already put back after ordering). Everything was pretty cold / marginally like warm in places. Really bad compared to our previous good experiences. Hopefully a one off.

My delivery time was at 16:20 and my food was only delivered to me at 17:20. I'm really disappointed as this had a high rating . This rating should not be any higher than 4 starts

Food was meh, typical greasy pizza nothing special but what I paid for. Delivery was 25 minutes later than the restaurant said. I don't mind if it's going to be late, but that's ridiculous. Also, my front door physically doesn't open and I have a VERY CLEAR note on it specifying needing to go to rear entrance (which is not even far) AND I wrote a note on the order but the driver STILL knocked expecting me to just appear and then said to me he didn't see the note I had laminated and taped to the door at eye level? Not good enough! Won't be ordering again for the stupidity!!!!

Food here is really good! Tasty, cheap, good portion sizes - the spicy wings are the best I've ever had from a chicken shop/pizza place. However, there was an issue with our order when it arrived which I know does happen a lot and a contacted the restaurant to ask for the correct order to be delivered and found the customer service to really disappointing - firstly, the person on the phone tried to make it my fault that the order can wrong because I didn't specify in the comments section but I had selected the options I wanted via the app when ordering through the main menu so shouldn't need to repeat it in the comments. Secondly I was cut off mid sentence throughout most of the conversation which is terrible customer service and just generally rude. I then was told that my food will be redelivered as soon as possible but it arrived over an hour later from the conversation and was cold when it arrived. So overall, food is great and if your order comes correct then you'll have no issues it is great food but if you're having to deal with the restaurant directly you'll find their customer service to be quite bad.

An item was missing from our order, but I called and they delivered the missing item straight away. Can't fault the service or food.

I ordered 1 pizza, cheesy chips, chicken strips and a 2litre bottle of coke. What I received was 1 pizza and 2 pieces of gross chicken with no chicken strips, no cheesy chips and no bottle of coke! I'm not happy at all! The food is awful and the driver still hasn't come back with the correct food! I would like a full refund because this is just a joke!!

Arrived late,only ordered 1 pizza and 2 kids meals.when finally came it was all freezing cold!! Chips were rock hard and looked so old like they been sitting around for days!!

They sent me the wrong order (6 chicken strips and 2 drumsticks) and no ketchup. I rang them up and they said "order isn't wrong. I ran out of chicken strips so gave you drumsticks instead." I think that means the order is wrong. Also ignored the ketchup issue. To resolve the problem they said "I'll bring you two chicken strips tomorrow at 12" and then said bye

So the fried chicken is exactly that.. fried with no flavour. The chicken wings had maybe 10% flavour. The chicken burger is a bit of a joke and they call it a fillet thou I've seen thicker pancakes.. the only good things is it was quick to arrive and the garlic bread was good

I rarely review restaurants, but I had to review this one. Honestly one of the best take aways I have ever had. I couldn't believe the quality of the food that I received. Thank you so much.

The delivery time was shockingly bad and by the time it arrived, 20 minutes after stated time, it was cold. However, I thought it was proper tasty but that's probably because I was borderline starving to death. Anyway, I would probably order again, but an hour in advance of feeling hungry.
