We waited 30 minutes for grandpa to come out of the toilet. It was delicious.

Booked a table for four for my niece's 14th birthday, at her request. My partner and I always take her and her brother out on their birthdays and try to make it as special as possible. Upon arrival, we were offered a seat by the door and I asked if we could sit away from the draught, to which they accommodated us without fault. I've said in other reviews numerous times how I always ask to be seated away from the door and it's my gauge of an establishment as to how they handle it. If they're awkward, we usually leave now, as they're then awkward for the rest of the experience. But Prezzo was more than happy to seat us further in the restaurant. I handed over the cupcakes to the lovely waitress at the start and she was prompt in taking our orders. Prezzo prices are always eye-watering but this was a special occasion and my niece specifically asked to go here, so I didn't mind so much. The food arrived and the starters were tasty, and the mains were all eaten. My pizza wasn't very nice and the waitress was more than happy to refund the entire thing, which I was very grateful for. After our plates were taken away, the waitress and several others appeared with my niece's cupcakes on a plate with 'happy birthday' written in chocolate sauce, and we all sang happy birthday. Which I thought was very kind and really thoughtful. It embarrassed my niece endlessly but my partner and I were very pleased with this type of service. Overall, I don't personally rate the food in Prezzo, especially not for the prices - BUT, the atmosphere is great, the service is even better with every staff member I've interacted with being helpful and kind, and everyone else I dine with enjoys the food. And that's what's important in my opinion. Added: I went here previously in 2023 for my father-in-law's birthday with the whole family (12+ people) and they accommodated us perfectly. Also, they're always happy to pack up any food you don't eat so you can take it home with you!

Overall we enjoyed the food mainly pizzas, family of 8, and £285 bill including 2 kids. The restaurant was packed Sunday evening. The service was good but could be better, the average age of all staff looked about 16! With no managers to be seen! (17.00)We had to keep asking for food Which was slow to come, our waitress Amelia was brilliant considering it was only her 2nd day! Please pass on a great job well done to Amelia

I could not fault the service I have just received. Celine gave me a very warm, friendly and inviting welcome to their restaurant. She provided a faultless service and I cannot thank her enough. She clearly enjoys and has such passion and pride for her job. She definitely needs recognition for this. Thank you Celine, keep up the good work! X

To be honest. I absolutely love Nando’s. Generally am here most weeks - but this was my first time at this location and I’m pretty disappointed. It won’t stop me from going back to Nando’s…but it will stop me from going back to this location. Firstly there was dried poo all over the baby change and the nappy bin was over flowing. The hand dryer didn’t work so people had been using tissue and it had been left all over the floor. Secondly the food felt like it had been being cooked for a long time or reheated - I don’t know but the chicken was very dry. We sat outside and were kind of forgotten about, no one came to check on us after we received the food. We had to go inside and find a member of staff on 3 occasions for different things - plates as there weren’t any out, sauces - the staff member left too quickly before we could ask and to ask about the chicken. The staff that did deal with us were very nice (especially the manager) and helpful but I don’t think sitting outside is the best for service. On a plus the food came out very quickly, the Mac and cheese was good and hot along with the chips, the broccoli was cold and the drinks fizzy.

Dropped in for coffee and cake. Cafe was quite busy but not full. A 20 minute wait fir a single Latte with no apparent reason. When the drink arrived after 33mins, the drink was placed on the table with minimal customer engagement. Poor service overall.

Great hotel with lovely staff, clean rooms , but pool can be busy at times. One complaint I have though is that a maid put my pyjamas somewhere under the duvet and scared me when I saw her because I thought my pyjamas had been stolen. I had left them on top of the bed and would have prefered her to leave them as I'd left it and because of the lack of her not being English she couldnt understand what I was meaning.

Always welcomed into Bon Viveur by helpful and happy staff who are always polite. Good value coffee and quality cooked snacks. Happy to return whenever I can.

ORDERED A SO CALLED DUMPHUKHT CHICKENT BIRYANI FOR TAKEWAY. FIRSTLY WAS GIVEN A WET BAG DUE TO WAITERS HANDS BEING WET. THEN THE FOOD WAS COLD SO I WENT BACK AND THEY JUST REHEATED THE BIRYANI. FOOD TASTED AWFUL. THEY SERVE YOU FOOD WHICH WAS COOKED 2DAYS BEFORE. NEVER RECOMMEND. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON POOR QUAILTY FOOD!

Just came down from Glasgow and had Scottish bank notes.Jaya who was serving on platform 4 and appears not to have the greatest grasp of English waved his arms and said English notes only.Giardino 14 obviously don't like the Scots.

I came in on my lunch break to quickly grab a drink and lunch. I ordered a vanilla frap with added java chips, which is something I order quite frequently. A Barista handed me my drink and i was immediately surprised by the color of it because it was a completely different color than what I usually get when I order the same thing. I asked her to double check, “this is a vanilla frappachino with java chips, correct?” and she said “yes!” and i said “oh right okay, it just looks like a completely different colour” and she didn’t say anything else. I headed back to work and started my drink just to find that it is indeed not the drink i ordered, it’s a chocolate base frapp with the java chips. It’s way too sweet and rich and just annoyingly not what I asked for. I understand mistakes happen but I’m frustrated that I double checked with the barista and she told me it was right when it wasn’t. Attached are pictures of the very chocolately frap I received today compared to pictures of the normal vanilla frap with added java chips. One is very obviously vanilla, one is very obviously chocolate.

Overall a good dining experience as we tried the south Indian food which included dosa, vada, and sambhar which was very was good and also the atmosphere was lovely. Would make sure to visit again if we go to the area for another amazing dining experience. Thank you !

20 minutes in queue, ordered special Christmas menu, 20 minutes later told they sold out, made another choice. Staff friendly but took ages. Being Saturday was busy.
