Very very very slow service Staff slumbering around Not the way forward people Wakey wakey It’s like you guys would rather be anywhere but at the restaurant

Me and my partner both came in Monday for a quick lunch, and the loveliest man Fahad greeted us and was extremely attentive, kind and genuinely looked happy to be at work which is so lovely especially as we both work as chefs, we understand how it can be when it’s busy! Fahad deserves a raise and we both would be so lucky to have him on our own teams in our restaurant🥰 On the other hand everyone seemed to be running about and making sure everyone was okay, besides i think Ben? with glasses who practically stood there doing nothing for the whole of our meal, it’s a shame seeing people put everything in to their customers and others don’t make an effort 🤷🏼‍♀️ There was a smaller blonde girl wearing purple who was also lovely and made our day! i think she was some sort of manager? Food was lovely and enjoyed the experience will defo be coming back, Thanks!

My first time and my mums at Nandos for a family meal. Great service and nothing was too much trouble and not badly priced to be fair. Lots of veggie options and we were not disappointed with the food. I will definitely return.

Good service, but considering this is just simple fast food its way overpriced. The sunset burgers getting smaller and smaller and the buns were bone dry. Be used to visit nando's on a regular basis but this was the last time. Just not worth it and there's plenty of competition.

I have had such bad customer service from the Nandos Customer Services,I ordered a delivery and the meal came 1.30hr late and was so damp.soggy I complained and requested a refund/Credit and no chance went on for over month,excuses after escuse they can't see my order,I placed over the phine f9r delivery direct with store ,and I have proof off purchase too from.my bank statement and time date I sent and still that wasn't enough,from End June till September they refused to refund me,this I so bad that I paid for a meal that wasn't satisfactory and they won't refund back,won't be using Naandos again and, I will also write to CEO too,be careful these people only after your money and not admitting that I was failed a meal which I still not credited back.

Busy but brilliant. Queue outside went down quickly. Greeted by a friendly young man who seated us and explained the nando process and how to order (till or app). We ordered via the app. Drinks came quick and our 4 meals followed about 20mins later. All 4 meals were perfect. Well presented, and exactly as we ordered (a few things added and taken away). After a busy afternoon shopping, honestly they nailed it! And I Ioved how we were seated near the kitchen, everyone had blue hair nets on and whilst working fast they clearly had a rhythm with getting lots of meals out! Well done all and thank you! Rare that all 4 of my fussy family get a perfect experience with eating out.

I am not usually one to complain or leave a bad review, however todays experience needs sharing. Myself and my partner were expecting it to be busy, and expecting to wait some time for our food but our visit today was heavily disappointing. When we arrived, we where shown to our table without even being spoken too, no welcome or pleasant interaction with the staff. We where seated right by the kitchen which isnt an issue but we watched our order sit under the hot lamps for a good 10minutes before being bought to us, after a 40 minute wait. My food wasnt even bought out as a complete meal, i was told id have to wait longer for my sides, after waiting a while a member of staff, manager i assume, approached to ask if everthing was okay and i informed her i still hadn’t received the rest of my meal. After waiting even longer, my side was bought out to me very abruptly and there was no apology for having to wait for half my order, i could tell they had rushed it as it wasnt to the standard it usually is. The food was rubbery and very unsatisfactory as it had been left out for a while, the staff where continuously walking past the mounds of food waiting to be served with a blind eye and the general hygiene was not up to standard. This would be the only time i have ever been unsatisfied with a nandos, very upsetting if i must say.

This is one of the most disappointing restaurants I’ve been to,firstly having to ask for glasses as after 20mins of ordering none where given,then having to wait for the chips which didn’t come out with our meal,then no cutlery at the cutlery stand,then we order desert and after 45 mins nothing so have to chase it again and told it’s on its way another 20mins later we have it but not before chasing it again,visited the ladies toilets which where appalling no toilet roll,bursting past the lid sanitary bins and dirty toilets

AZIZA greeted us on the door and she is a well spoken, lovely lady. Made the whole experience great. I don’t need to say anymore as that was all that mattered to us. Feeling welcomed and feeling appreciated. Thank you Aziza you amazing lady

I wouldn’t normally write a review for Nando’s as you know what you get with the food, it’s always good. On this occasion I had to write as the service was fabulous, from the initial meet to the ordering and checking during meal. The team were all very happy and a real credit to the management.

Was great food and lovley staff will definitely be back abit busy but that's expected on a Friday night very happy :)))))

Josh’s customer service was superb, he was incredibly attentive throughout our stay - as was Diana! We will definitely be coming back very soon! 10/10!

Very quick service even though it was so busy! Food was delicious I had the buffet fly chicken with 2 sides and a refillable drink. The workers are fab and supper friendly accept the young boy he was so blunt and didn’t help us out much but apart from that the service was fab, which is why I’m giving you guys a 5!!

Yum! Great food. I enjoy the extra hot chicken as a whole so I can share with my 3 children I have been here 6 times before and have had good experiences. Will be back.

I went to Nandos with a group of friends for a birthday and we were all very pleased with the customer service from all staff but inperticular the staff member named Tom.He was a very kind and chatty gentlemen who clearly enjoyed his job and was passionate about helping customers out.He approached us as we were queuing outside in a very warm and friendly way and escorted us to a table.Even though he didn’t serve our food he checked if everything was okay before leaving and helping other customers.His genuine and happy personality made all of our day.Just before leaving I was wanting to tip him £5 however he went into the kitchen and therefore I couldn’t.I just wanted to write a review on this as I was very happy with not just the food but the service as well!Keep it up !!

We popped in after a stressful Christmas shopping trip. The food was typical Nando’s, hot and tasty. The mash here is truly wonderful. But the stars of the evening were the staff. Helpful, cheerful, polite and could not no enough for everybody. The restaurant was busy but the staff were calm and efficient. Amazing 10/10 well done

Visited earlier today and beat the lunchtime rush. I had a buttterfly lemon and herb chicken breast, chips and rice. Both my sons orders were wrong no peri peri chips and wrong sides but these were changed promptly. Food tasty but my chicken breast was barely warm today which put me off as usually its very hot and well cooked. Def would visit again but probably should have mentioned the chicken and got it changed. Nice location but got very busy just after we had ordered.

You know what you’re getting with a Nandos but this one is a little more unique with seating outside in the square and ‘semi-outside’ on the concourse. There’s plenty of staff working outside so you don’t feel detached from the main restaurant and best of all they’re all friendly. They are also quick to clear up spills in the drink area and happy to offer advice if you need it. The whole place seems clean and the food arrives in good time, even when it’s busy. Saying that there always does appear to be a queue waiting to get in but there’s enough tables to mean turnaround is pretty regular. As with all the chain I think it’s pretty expensive for what it actually is but this is one of the better examples I’ve been to.

I've been to quite a few Nando's around the UK. The food is pretty standard - nothing exciting but never awful either. However, maybe I was lonely, but I found the staff to be friendly and the atmosphere to be particularly enjoyable here and so I visited two nights in a row whilst on a short stay in Milton Keynes.

I mean it a restaurant chain, so it’s what you could expect- but the spicy chicken is actually not to bad and it’s OK for a quick dinner.

This is convenient to use on the way to or from Silverstone, no waiting time which was great, food was fresh and hot and arrived quickly

Last Saturday, visited this branch for a respite from hunger and heat (the phone was showing outside temperature as 37 degree Celsius), but the inside of the restaurant was literally boiling too. When asked if the AC was on, the staff responded it was at max cooling, which did not seem the case. Even considering Nando's have sort of an open kitchen (as have many other superbly air-cooled restaurants), that much heat was only possible if the AC were off OR perhaps their was some fault with it. Not sure why they did not do anything about it, despite the customers suffering from the heat.Even though there were quite a few people in the queue for the Ice dispensing machine, it was not making ice for most. What a terrible day!The food was no different to any other Nando's. Delicious as always. Is it not what makes us visit this chain again and again?

lady on till overcharged me for the “ add on gelato “ advertised with the choc a lot cake , when we asked her she said oh we’re out of the cheap one so I charged for the other one , without even telling us . Cakes came slopped on a plate after watching her breath over them while chatting to a man then put them near the card machine at the till , before bringing them over with no side . When we asked her she said “ oh I assumed because you was having gelato you didn’t want the free cream side “ , chicken was very hot for plainish. Overall wouldn’t recommend this branch

Gud food and staff. Food was a bit if a wait but good when it came. Drinks pricey bit wet enough. Git vouchers for next meal.

Very good food. Well priced too. Ordered hot and gosh it was hot and spicy. Excellent service. Will definitely go back again.

If we are catching a movie on a weekday straight from work and cooking isn't possible, nando's is the place we'll be. How dull would life be without some peri peri! Love it. Limited menu but why mess with perfection. A few bad experiences but usually hassle free. We have the lot- app, loyalty cards etc. Love the taste. Irreplaceable.

A cheeky Nando’s is what was needed today and that’s what we had, food nicely cooked. A nice beer and great attentive staff. Highly recommended

We stopped at Nando CMK for lunch mid week. We were met at the door and asked if we wanted table to 2, then pointed in the vague direction of a few tables in a narrow area near the drinks machines, and told 'anywhere down there' The only free tables were next to the windows so we chose one and sat down. The waitress gave us menus and left. It was a good job we'd been to Nando's before otherwise we still may be sat there waiting for someone to take our order.

Realmente venden pollo con especias y salsas variadas. Aún no me explico porque causa tanto furor. Un modelo de negocio que no tiene futuro en España por lo picante de sus condimentos. Aún así, la variedad de bebidas a elegir y el sabor del pollo (sin picante) son excepcionales. Limpieza del local bien en general.

There isn't much to say about Nando's apart from Amazing. When ever we want to grab something easy to eat Nando's is always our first choice. There isn't a great choice of dishes, bbut for anyone that loves chicken, its a must

It always ceases to amaze me how a National restaurant chain can have so differing standards. Food was acceptable, but service was poor. Too much talking behind the counter instead of focussing on delivering a great food offering.

Visited Nando's last week at around 8pm. Firstly was offered a table by the open door even though there were others free. When I told them it was too cold to sit there, there was huffing and they reluctantly cleared a window table for us. The trip to the counter to order our food was an experience in itself! The guy serving us didn't have a clue how to input the order, couldn't understand us (we couldn't understand him to be fair) and seemed to spend most of his time leering at young women behind the counter and in the restaurant rather than listening to us! It was a scene reminiscent to Faulty Towers. Could not believe the food was delivered correctly but was very grateful because I wouldn't have had much confidence in going back and getting the correct order. It was probably the longest time I have spent at a food counter in my life. Food was typical Nando's offering and the server who came to remove our plates was very pleasant and helpful. When we left the staff were all sitting around a table gossiping, it was like a sixth form common room. Needless to say won't be going back to that place in a hurry!

This time I wasn’t eating in the centre MK Nando’s like I normally would whilst shopping... The reason being.. I was doing some Christmas shopping around 2 weeks ago on my own with my 7 month old son... When I was shouted at by a young girl who was in her NANDOS UNIFORM, and asked “what the f*@k you looking at b!*ch”. I was confused and had to look around at first because I didn’t know why she would be talking to me like that.

Had to queue for about 20 minutes on a Saturday lunch time but it was well worth the wait. Food was hot and didn’t have to wait too long.

Great food however the cleanliness of the toilets and whole restaurant is unacceptable. Dirty floor dirty tables and staff standing around chatting. This place needs more customer friendly staff and organisation. Will use the stadium one next time much better.

Ordered a takeaway tonight for collection. Order placed at 4pm. Asked for collection slot at 4.55pm. Finally walk out the door with food at 5.40. Absolute chaos. Had I not had two hungry children to feed I’d have demanded a refund. Nothing done in any way to compensate. Will be avoiding this big chain

Dined on a busy Friday lunch time. Place was very busy and music rather loud. Got served in good time and food was typical Nando's quality that is fine for a quick bite, Staff on cash register taking order very fast, polite and friendly. However the food runner had all the personality of a damp dish cloth.

Waited 20 mins for a table, they were busy so understand that. Then had to que for 10 mins to make my order. Then had to wait 25minutes for my food; only for half of it to be cold. 55 minute wait in total! The chicken butterfly burger was awesome tho.

Thanks to Tom for sorting us out with gift card problem - the meal was excellent and great service, will definitely be returning

Waited 15 mins for a table, counted 8 uncleared tables whilst waiting. The guy managing the door was hardly rushing and seemed like it was all a bit of an effort. Finally got served, had a 30 min wait for food. Normally rate Nandos but goes to show it depends which one you go to and certainly won’t go to the MK one agin.

MK shopping centre is always busy, so my family & I weren't surprised we had to wait a little bit (10-15mins) before we were seated - it was Bank Holiday Monday (27th Aug) as well. Staff were friendly and working hard. Restaurant floor was a little untidy though. Food was served quickly and tasted great as always! Thank you. PS. We think you need a 2nd self-service drinks machine, as there was constantly a long queue to use it.

Nando’s don’t seem to ever invest in store refits. As a long-standing Nando’s fan, this was never a problem in the early days, as they were all relatively new stores. This Centre MK location is now very tired. The toilets are particularly shocking and there’s some sort of weird leak that drips occasionally in front of you as you queue to order. And it’s been like that for at least a year, so this isn’t a short term maintenance issue that’s high on their priority list.

I have never been to a Nando’s before and now I know why. My niece and nephew wanted to go but I will never go again.

The whole visit was a disaster. The place was filthy food on floor uncleared tables and staff in dirty uniforms. The food was horrible even the children couldn't eat it and they were fans of Nandos

if i fancy a barbequed chicken i go straightaway to any Nando's outlet.I go to this one mostly as it's closer to where i live and couldn't fault them at all.Always attentive service and i tend to go like the first hours after they have opened as it's not busy and everything is always fresh!at times it's very busy but worth the wait!

I love Nando’s usually but today it was awful! I went there with my children while shopping at Milton Keynes, My food & my 5 year olds food came very late, in fact I had to enquire 2 times before it was brought out to us. I didn’t enjoy it to say the least as it was cold & as I was starting to eat my older children had finished theirs. It’s not nice eating cold food alone! It has put me off Nando’s & I felt I didn’t get my money’s worth.

The best chicken that you can ever eat :X the best fries and the stuff is very nice. I have spent an awesome night in there

Hubby and I stopped for a quick lunch. The work all seems to be done by one young guy. A group of three older dudes (for want of a better word) seemed to be doing very little work. It's a small Nando's and one of the oldest in Milton Keynes and it is showing its age. Our booth was right by the door, very cold indeed. When we were seated the 'Dude' (no way he was a Maitre D) promised us they would do their best to keep the door closed. Then he stood half in and half out chatting with another member of staff. Too cold for that! The food as usual was good.

As I arrived it was fairly quiet, but with no greeter at the entrance I started to wonder if it was self seating, but a quick look at the tables showed no menus. Not long after however the greeter came out and welcomed me to a table and a menu.

The waitresses where really helpful and friendly. Our food was really good however it could have been hotter.

Long wait to be served at the till, then had to repeat and repeat the order. Food took a long while to arrive and was only warm at best.. some pretty dry too. Fizzy drinks flat.

Food and service is excellent inline with any other Nandos.

Unless you like standing outside the restaurant in an orderly queue, then I'd pick one of the other hundreds of...

Stopped here but soon realized this place was a mistake. Very poor quality food with fancy names and was Just "chicken in a cheap bread roll" Mash??? absolute rubbish and ridiculous. I have never been to a place to eat where customers you pay first????? Butterfly chicken????? Rubbish. And to pay over the top for this????Eat outside and you have birds flying around waiting to steal your food or poop on you.Service was poor and not welcoming in the least. Was not ask if we were OK or enjoyed the experience. The staff door kitchen area next to the hand wash station for was opened when I was washing my hands and the noise of Drum and Bass was loud in there and noticed this area was very filthy.Will not be returning, ever. Worse experience.

The usual food and good service here. Always tasty with a variety of sauces available to take back to your table. Staff were quick to take order at the tills and the whole place seemed to be managed well... the only niggle is the refillable drinks area.. the floor is always wet and the section was messy. Not the fault of anyone in particular but it's in a daft location that you have to walk past so it's a design fault if anything!

Food is always consistent at Nandos and I admit I always enjoy it.This restaurant is set in the middle of the shopping centre. Could do with being a bit cleaner but on the whole it's ok.

I love my grilled chicken , me and my friend had ordered the wing platter with a salad and the pitta bread and a half chicken .the chicken it was bit over cooked , complained to the waiter but he took so long to sort it out , we spoke to the manager , and he wasn't that happy to give us a replacement. Anyway the food was ok there ,have been other nandos which are just wicked but this one my experience wasn't all that good .

Went to Nandos today for lunch and was disappointed with the quality of food and service. The wrong order was placed and sent to the table and the quality of food is absolutely poor. The staff don't seem to know what they are doing. Do not go there!

Service and consideration poor! a couple put right in the middle of where there is lots of kids etc and the lads seated after us put in a nice secluded table in the corner !! staff chatting about there night and out and who they got off with ! the floor was dirty , tables sticky! chicken eas fine as always in every Nandos - wont return

Arrived around 2pmGreeted by miserable young guy with glasses.Talked to us whilst he was facing the other way - so had to repeat himself"have you eaten at Nando's before""yes"He just walked off!Went to order and starters arrived at the table before I had finished the transactionWent to get cutlery etc - lots of dirty cutlery - drinks machine is way to fast and causes overspill! Mains arrived moments after starters, now lots of food going coldWe queried something with the lady who bought the mains over and she spoke way too loud and came across as quite sarcastic!Half way through main course a young man (who looked like he should of been at school) - asked if we wanted anything else ! He then took our nando's pole from the table and walked offFood was ok, but at over £30 for two starters, two burgers and some chips it needs to have better service than this! In addition to the fact everything seemed so rushed it was if they did not want us there!

Outside of the UK, my experience of this brand is that it's an upmarket KFC. I know that it's beloved of picky teenagers living off the bank of mum and dad but personally can't see what the fuss is all about. The waiters appear to make you queue, then usher you to a seat, talk you through how to order and then you have to queue up again to place your order, which is essentially chicken with a pepper sauce, the strength of which is determined largely by the condiment set of Nando's sauces brought to the table. It's not exactly cheap and I just don't get the USP. Why not simply walk up to the counter, order what you want then pick it up and sit down, thereby losing half the service chain and lowering costs? I don't get and don't believe the hype. Chicken was tasty enough although the sauces can be bought at the supermarket, I understand.

Quick service and nice food. Usual nandos style, order pay and wait for food. Food was freshly cooked and served quickly. Waitresses were friendly and helpful when we asked for mayo.Would go again

Went to Nando's yesterday at around 6pm it wasn't very busy at all tables hadn't been cleaned, stood around for 10 minutes waiting for staff to even realise we was standing there , staff was just walking straight past us and doing nothing didn't even acknowledge us at all , very disappointed

Nandos is a Nandos, assuming yo have been to one before, you should know what to expect. Mon - Fri this place is relatively quiet. You can get seated straight away and do not have to wait for ages for food to be served. Sat - Sun it is a different story. Located in the middle of Centre MK shops it is very busy. Expect to wait, slow service and very loud.

I have eaten here twice and the quality is below that of normal. The staff are not really focussed on customer service and if you have kids in a pushchair forget eating here. Been twice since and can't get a seat due to couples being sat on tables for four etc etc. The corn on our last visit was burnt and dry a replacement meal was eventually offered but have yet to be successful in getting a seat.

Food ok, service poor, beer warm, replacement warm then refunded. Getting the basics right isn't hard.

Located in the Centre, this place can get quite crowded. This is smaller than the other Nandos in MK but inner seating is compensated by ample outdoor seating. On a warm day like today this was not an issue. We were seated very quickly and the waiter gave us a table and rearranged the chairs to accommodate a pram. Food was delicious as always and service was very quick.

Visited as a family . chips were cold and core is cold too. Not very good experience as it's in center it may get very busy in weekends.

We visited this place on Saturday night, there were little bit crowded, but we could seat within 5 min.Nice chicken with various flavor.

Food was great as per the usual Nandos chicken. How ever all let down by a member of staff named Daniel I believe, on 02/09/16 at 6:50pm on the tills he served me and my partner, his attitude stunk, they had no creamy mash and he didn't even apologise or suggest something else, not a single please or thank you came out of his miserable face, no eye contact or anything I was shocked, if it wasn't my birthday id have usually asked to speak to a manager about this and raise a complaint ! I have attached a photo of my receipt with Host name and date time etc. I will NOT be returning to this particular Nandos again.

Good, friendly management. He let us know the thighs would take a while and then gave us the option to switch to another dish, or if we wanted to wait they offered us a free starter

Group of 9 of us visited restaurant for a birthday treat for 85 year old!!Manager on duty was called Josh. There was a potential problem because of seating but Josh sorted everything and made us feel comfortable.All the servers were lovely and happy. Food was great.Really had a good evening!!10/10...... Came here with my partner after a bit of shopping. Ordered my usual & so did he.Food came out; chips were soggy & corn on the cob was cold so sent it back to get a new one.On the whole it was my worst experience in nandos so far - very disappointed & will not be revisiting this one again!!Tables were dirty & the floors were untidy.2/10 from us

Busy today. Good a bit slow but friendly staff. Toilets a bit dates now. Hand dryer has water stains which look awful. Emergency services discount offered here as part of a national agreement. Good great.

Awesome chicken. Really good spicy chicken, service is always excellent. Mixed olives and hummus are delicious. I almost always get the chicken thighs and it never disappoints.

Great service, food comes out quickly. seating is a bit close together which means when you have a buggy it can be a bit of a nightmare at peak times! overall an great meal out!!

Stopped in for lunch after shopping. Chose table but seating was a bit uncomfortable as wooden, noticed other chairs some had pads some had pads removed, seemed to be on velcro bit tatty.Ordered whole chicken with 2 large piri fries, didnt have to wait long, the portion of fries were huge, the chicken leg was lovely but the breast joint was a little dry.The waitress was very nice and friendly.A typical Nando meal.

The staff are clueless. I ordered coke and the drink was flat. I asked them to get the gas refill. The lady did it but was very rude and offered me a refund when the drink was flat again. Intook the refund and went for juice which was £2.65. And the refund i had in hand was £2.60. She made me walk all the way to get 5p change. Zero customer service and rude staff. Wont ever return here. Try hatfield. They r good. This one in.milton keynes shopping centre is a BIG BIG FLOP. AVOID!!!

Again...a big chain but everywhere their food quality is good and consistent. Had their chicken burger, it was delicious ! love the hot spicy sauces

Went here with family for a birthday meal, was very busy, but thankfully we pre-booked, the staff were very attentive, and made a fuss of a 6 year old nephew who's birthday we were celebrating, food was great and arrived quickly, all in all a nice place to eat.

Love, love, love the food here. Portions of rice could be larger but still great. You queue to order but that's ok.

A regular at this place, my last visit was the best. Got seated after 10 mins as was very busy for a Wednesday. The food arrived in time and the marination was cooked perfection. Great service too with staff doing courtesy check twice.

Have been here several times and never disappointed. Last went on a Saturday during lunch time. The waiting queue was massive but was moving quickly. Whilst waiting we even received a sample of a salad to try. The new salad is being introduced next week, was able to try some was good. Our food was nice as always no complaints whatsoever. We tried the new Quinoa salad which was really delicious. The only gripe: some of the cutlery had stains and food marks and saices were not readily available.

A beautiful sunny day Staff are very helpful and friendly even though it was very busy We had a veg wrap with chips and corn on the cob all very tasty A pleasant lunch in a lovely centre

Tasty and quick, albeit rather overpriced for what it is. The staff were very efficient and the manager seemed quite affable. The extra hot piri chicken is laughably mild if you're a chilli head but probably borderline hot for the normal person. Always happy to eat here.

Visited here with one of my girl friends for a catch up. was not disappointed. We was greeted by the very handsome young man by the name of Dave, had the cute blonde hair like my husband lol. Got us seated immediately and was very helpful the whole time we was there. Food tasted amazing...atmosphere was great, Will be back very soon for more, cant wait.

I hadn t been before as we don't have Nandos in the town I live in.I ordered a deal which was 2 sides and a chicken pitta and a coke, My friend had a salad and tap water it came to £24.00, I was gobsmacked ! however I sat down and the food arrived after a 30 min wait. I was given wedges and not the sweet potato chips I had asked for. I went to advise a member of staff who didn't get what I was saying, apparently the wedges are a different kind of side to the chips. I did state I hadn't asked for wedges but in the end it seemed like to much hard work to get the guy to see I had been overcharged. The food was nice but im not sure I couldn't have made it at home equally good and for a lot less money. I though the attention to detail in taking my order wrong in the first place was poor and to not be able to get this corrected just amplified my frustration :(. I don't think I will be returning here again.

I have no complaints about the staff as they all seemed very friendly and welcoming. the food however is a different story!My boyfriend and I both had the butterfly chicken, he had the lemon & herb and I had the medium. The few chips we did get tasted like they had been sat around being kept warm for hours. My medium chicken didn't really have must flavour at all. My garlic bread was just awful! It was garlic bread with an after taste of something horrible. I really have no idea what they had done to it. I have been to Nando's before so I know what it "should" have tasted like. I've definitely never tasted a Nando's so awful! For over £26 for the 2 of us we could have had a far nicer meal elsewhere. If I was paying Macdonald's prices then I wouldn't be so annoyed, but I'm not, I paid a decent amount for rubbish!We were lucky our food got served to us pretty much straight away. But there was a lot of food that was sat under the heat lamps for a considerable amount of time before being served.The bottomless drinks have so much syrup in them they are sickly sweet. I had a Coke and a Sprite. In the Sprite you could actually see the syrup laying in the glass. I like full fat/sugar fizzy drinks, but these were just something else. I definitely won't be returning to this Nando's again and to be honest it has put me of any Nando's for the near future!

This Nando's is very busy as it's in the shopping centre.Can't really say much, Nando's is Nando's, good food, friendly staff.

Couple of weeks back me and my friend went to nandos to have a quick catch up. When we got there, glasses were dirty, even when replaced 3 times, the chicken wrap had chilli sauce missing so when I was finishing my food my friend got hers, asked to move to bigger table but took a while until we got it. Over all, the food is great but the service and how clean it was , was not very great.

It was a cold day but even though we were probably as far from the entrance as we could be, we were cold and I had to keep my coat on for the first part of the meal. Apart from that, the food and service were good.

Visited Nandos for a bit of food with some work colleagues (about 30). Standard Nandos food etc, however the fact that they managed to deal with so many of us deserves a high five. Kudos.

Visited this place during a Christmas shopping spree at the weekend. Firstly called in at 11am and advised that we would like to book a table for 12-12:30pm. The manager advised that they do not do bookings for lunch, but if we showed up later they would remember our faces and try to seat us. We were told that it got real busy around 1pm and looking around, there were only 2 tables in use in the whole restaurant at the time. Fair enough, we went shopping. At around 11:30am (only 30 mins later) we changed our minds; due to trying to avoid the busy periods,waiting time and also our kids were starting to get hungry. After we arrived second time around, the restaurant was now totally full and there was a queue with a waiting time of 1 hour and 30 mins. We were a bit annoyed as this was poor judgement on management behalf, but started to queue as there was a bad luck element to it also, however our faces were not remembered liked advised before. We waited for about 20 mins before we got offered seats at the outside of the premises (the patio area). In November this was very cold and I had to eat with my overcoat on still which was a bit uncomfortable. There were patio heaters and blankets available for customers sitting outside, however our table had a broken heater and no blankets, so we ended up having to steal them from other tables. Anyway we ordered a whole chicken paltter of which took 31 mins to reach us. We asked why the long wait, they said they would find out and get back to us, but never did. The annoying thing was watching people either side of us come in after us and start eating before us. When the food finally came it was delicious - Had sweetcorn, great cooked chicken, some nice fries and a nice pot of spicy ice - We were well fed. As we were sat in very cold area, the food soon started to get cold. Nando's is a very good business model with some unique and interesting recipes, but this is the second time I have been let down by the service provided by a Nando's establishment. I would suggest this needs to be improved in future as it is currently letting the business down.

Had to wait a little for a table inside and had to wait 25 mins for food but it was well worth waiting for. My husband half chicken was mainly bone so he was not happy. Everything else was fine.
