Brilliant experience. Staff very attentive. Good food as always. Staff called “Jamal” or “Jamil” (can’t remember exactly) was exceptionally great and really took care of us!! We went again on 14 April and Danny the manager was excellent. He made this experience better than any other experiences and really helpful while ordering with our severe allergies .

Very popular place in Milton Keynes. There was a queue to get in but there's a good online waiting list keeping you updated. Food was good. Only problem is there were only 2 pasteis de nata left.

Always a pleasant visit there always have everything in stock while others don’t. Like vinegar. Customer service always with a smile. Closest halal nandos to us after leicester but dont go there because customer service is bad and dont have the black bottle sauce.

Really good food! Love the different options available and that they update their menus. But a little sad they they got rid of the sun-dried tomato, olive and feta salad

Why is it every time I go to Nando’s there is never clean cutlery. The cutlery left for people to take have half the customers dinner on them, it’s disgusting. My burger didn’t stay together, fell apart and made it really difficult to eat. Nando’s is too overrated by people.

Food was okay, same as in all Nando’s so consistency definitely was there. Poor review due to the fact that whilst our table of 5 got served my dinner was cold. When asked for a change the waiter couldn’t be less bothered and I needed to wait further 15 minutes to receive my order whilst everyone else already finished. I understand that things like this can happen (even though they weren’t in peak times) but there are a lot better ways to deal with those situations rather than giving someone an attitude.

We are regular Nando’s customers. Were visited the venue on 3rd Feb Our entire order was served at a different table. We waited over 45 mins for our order and the order still was mixed up. I spoke with Aaron the service manager who assured I will be compensated with a gift card but have not yet received anything. Extremely poor service and the staff are horrible. Deeply disappointed with the staff service

We visited Nando's for the first time and liked it. It's a simple restaurant but very efficient. The food lacks some seasoning, and it is kinda tasteless, but nothing that a bag of salt doesn't fix.

Went today with my gf for a quick Food in Nando’s bletchley and can definitely say that young people working there are very very nice and helpful, we got seated right away and this very nice girl Maryam helped me with my gift card which I wanted to use but there was some issues with the card machine which she sorted right away for me so thank you for that. Also our table was checked on and we are very happy with the service.

Nando’s always great to visit but since past few visits they are mostly out of certain things which is annoying. I have to travel from bedford to visit here as it’s one the halal branches. Also the portion sizes have gone down as well. But overall food is good.

Food was really tasty and came out quick, the lady serving us was also really nice, friendly and informative, it definitely gets busy maybe to the point it isnt manageable the only down side was trying to move around and get in and out way to many people for the size of the restaurant but other than that I'd recommend the staff and food made up for it

Nando's, Nando's, oh Nando's. You tempt me with your fiery sauces and your promise of flavor-blasted chicken. Today, Milton Keynes, I succumbed. Did you deliver? Mostly, with a few hiccups along the way. Let's start with the good stuff. The chicken in our shared platter was solid. Not mind-blowingly amazing, but definitely satisfying. Perfectly cooked, juicy, and coated in just the right amount of that signature peri-peri magic. We went for a mix of Lemon & Herb and Medium spice, and both hit their respective marks. The Lemon & Herb offered a zesty, citrusy counterpoint to the chicken, while the Medium brought a welcome warmth without setting our mouths on fire. The sides held their own too. Peri-salted fries were crunchy, salty, and shamelessly addicting. We couldn't stop popping them even with fingers slicked with fiery sauce. The coleslaw offered a cool, creamy respite, and the macho peas did exactly what they were supposed to do - provided a burst of sweet, garlicky goodness. However, Nando's, here's where things got a little… lackluster. Let's talk service. It wasn't bad, by any means, but it wasn't exactly attentive either. Ordering was smooth, but refills took some gentle flag-waving, and clearing our plates felt like pulling teeth. It wasn't a deal-breaker, but it certainly didn't elevate the experience. And then there was the cutlery. Now, I'm not a germaphobe, but let's just say finding a fork without some lingering traces of its previous adventure wasn't exactly thrilling. A quick wipe did the trick, but it definitely put a damper on the first bite. So, Nando's Milton Keynes, your peri-powers were on point, but the overall performance felt a bit lukewarm. Good food, average service, and questionable cutlery make for a slightly underwhelming experience. Final verdict: 3 out of 5 flames. You can keep my tastebuds happy, but step up the polish next time, alright? And for goodness sake, invest in a good dishwasher! Pro tip: Grab some extra wipes. You might need them.

Last Friday 24th Nov went for a meal with my daughter. Asked for Apple&Summer Berries drink - didnt have it, asked for Apple & Pear drink - didnt have it, asked for Strwaberry & Blackcurrant Juice - didnt have it. At that point I was giving up, so asked for frozen yoghurt - of course didnt have it. So no drink for a child who doesnt drink fizzy, nothing! What a lovely treat to take my daughter out. By the way last few times we went, they never have frozen yoghurt anymore. Cant understand how they run out of drinks for kids, as it was only 4.30pm and no one in a restaurant. Bad managment planning.

The decor here was brilliant, in the back it feels like you sat under a enormous barrel. The food was amazing and came very quickly considering that it was packed for a week day. Would go back.

It's was a nice experience at Nandos, though we have to wait around half an hour .. due to rush time. The food was good and we really enjoyed it. I suggest to provide bottled soft drink as well in addition to bottomless at a reasonable price.

We visit this Nando's in Mk for first time and our experience are good. We order 10 chicken wings with garlic BBQand this was the best chicken wings we had in really long time! The Garlic BBQ sauce is so good we had to put it on everything! Then we order Fully loaded chips again with bbq sauce and again amazing! Soo good. After we just got 1/2 chicken and sunset burger and both was good just the 1/2 chicken was little bit dry. We where happy with our food and we would come again!

It's perfectly fine for some good fast food. Nice chicken wrap and new chicken burger were both tasty. Great value and a no nonsense choice for a nice meal. It fed the family well.

Food is not that great... It just peri peri sauces with some boiled and grilled chicken.. lost my appetite in peri peri food.

Poor reception at arrival with no one ... although the restaurant didn't appear that busy.. 40 minutes wait time given for table for 5 (3 adults 2 kids with 1 just 5 years old.. while at least 3 couples were seated before us on tables where 12 people could be seated.. had to intervene and request to be seated on the banquet seat as kids could manage it easily.. food platter was good, however two large chips were seriously under portioned, chicken wings were dry and mostly burnt.. condiments were missing, had to request for forks and serviettes to be stocked.. overall an average experience.

You have to wait 30 minutes to get a table and then further wait for 45 minutes to get the food. Restaurant wouldn't allow to book table online so you have to wait outside rain, sun or bitter cold. Only reason I choose this Nandos over others is because of Halal chicken.

Queue management is not really great. There were lot of empty seats, both inside and outside but they made customers wait for 30-45 mins before offering a table. Had issues with the food quality which was replaced promptly.

Really bad experience here I took my young family to this restaurant and was ruined by a group of teenage girls eating in the next cubicle. They were being very loud using obscene language, my daughter is only 12 years old and had to hear the constant bad language, I noticed that most of the staff could hear this also but made no attempt to stop it! I then complained to one of the staff who went over to his manager then spoke to the teenagers. This only made things worse and the language continued! I then went and spoke to the manager who looked like she didn't care and basically told me that there money was as good as mine and there was nothing further that they could do ! I reminded her that it was a family restaurant and extreme faul language should be delt with ! The manager said there was nothing she could do and offered nothing in compensation ! This was a treat for my family as money is very tight and was ruined by a lazy uncaring manager at your restaurant! The place wasn't busy about half full so there was no excuse So if your looking for a relaxed going out experience ? I would avoid as the manager and staff don't care Won't be going back as it ruined my family's day !!!

We came here for a chilled lunch it wasn't a very nice or comfortable experience. These loud disruptive group of teenage girls were all swearing and running around a lot. The staff weren't bothered. The Lady manager wasn't very nice or helpful. And made our day worse what a rubbish day. my burger was nice shame about the atmosphere and the attitude. Caused me anxiety

I came here for a chilled lunch with family, what an absolute shambles. Felt a bit like a circus show!! Food was alright, staff looked uninterested and a bit miserable, our waiter was polite though. My main issue was the manager!! She was rude and had no idea how to handle customers. Our complaint could have been handled quite differently, if it wasn't for her unpleasant and very defensive demeanour, her careless attitude proved her weak and cowardly, approach that had a negative effect all round. Perhaps some well needed lessons in customer care, and managmemt skills may help....or maybe she needs more hugs?? Who knows!! The atmosphere was very uncomfortable. Spoiled the afternoon. Personally I'd avoid going here. We certainly won't be returning. Much better Nando's elsewhere. Shame.

I have been to alot of nandos and never had such a bad experience like the one I've had here today. So many staff just standing around, about 10 plates of food just sitting there getting cold and only one person serving the food, two young reception girls standing around gossiping. The food took ages to come and its usually quick in nandos, the halloumi was burnt and the only drink working at the machine was Fanta or classic coke, Had to tell staff to renew the pump. Awful service and experience. Won't be returning that's for sure.

Went to Nandos for my son’s 1st birthday and a catch up with my friend. Everything was going well, the food was amazing as usual however when it came to the end, we’d asked the manager (Joshua) for a takeaway box and instead of passing this to me he’d passed it to my friend disregarding me, made her feel uncomfortable and passing out his number to her. May be a great story one day but disregarding a customer and making another feel uncomfortable is barely great customer service. Definitely needs to learn a thing or 2 about respect.

On the Afternoon of Friday 28/07/2023, My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the culinary offerings and the overall ambience, which rendered the occasion quite memorable. However, as we concluded our dining session and requested a takeaway box to carry home some food. The manager on duty, who identified himself with the name "Josh" per his badge, took the initiative to include his personal phone number within the takeaway box. I must admit, this gesture left both my friend and me feeling rather uncomfortable, particularly in light of the otherwise positive experience we had encountered at your establishment. I wouldn't expect this behaviour to come from a manager. I wish to bring this matter to your attention and hope you will take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not recur. Thank you for your understanding.

I love Nando's and especially it is always better to come to the stadium branch. Staff is friendly and waiting time isn't that long. Parking is also available.

Very busy Nando’s compared to other ones and understand why, service was excellent and food was quicker than I expected (not complaining I was starving) and genuinely the best Nando’s I had! The fully loaded fries is a must!!!

OK, so we visited on a busy night... we had to wait around 20 minutes for a table and ordered via the app. Food was OK, however every bottle of tomato sauce was empty (and we have a child who can't eat anything without it)! Staff were lacking in numbers, which had a knock-on effect on the level of service. Floor was littered, and the self-serve drinks area was covered in heaps of ice and spillages. Toilet floor was wet and slippy. Food was OK, but we will avoid busier times as the restaurant struggles to cope.

Sometimes good and sometimes terrible - Collected a take away - this time, cold rubbery chips, uncooked sweetcorn, order wrong. Called and spoke to manager - unable to resolve issues and really not very interested either - Avoid!!!

Give that Gal a WELL DONE Sticker! Without a doubt I regularly attend saturday morning with my 6 year old. Now I will be honest the woman at the door two week on saturday light skinned purple 💄 damn i was impressed. We both order something light after he had a workout at the kids gym. Corn cob and fries however it take them an age to get us our food. We were running around for extra plates because theyre not at the counter. Customers were getting food before us...luckily i was nagging at the lady at front of door she got the plates asked for coloring she got straight while the woman who was meant to be serving seemed to be zig zagging trajectory to the planet pluto via venus. Without a doubt this place is expensive but the location and environment is nice I will be coming on saturday lunch time..lets see what happens maybe i should get a nandos card or app i go every other week.

We specifically traveled from Cambridge to MK Nandos, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. We arrived at 7:15 pm and were informed of a 20-minute wait time. However, despite waiting for an hour, our turn did not come up. Frustrated, we approached the manager present and explained our situation, expressing our hope that we would be seated promptly since we had an infant with us. At approximately 8:45 pm, we returned to the restaurant only to discover that the core menu items had been depleted, leaving only burgers and butterfly pieces available. I voiced my dissatisfaction to the receptionist, questioning the kind of customer service being provided. I emphasized that we had specifically chosen Nandos for our dining experience, not an ordinary roadside restaurant, and that supply chain issues should not be conveyed to customers as an excuse. Unfortunately, the receptionist seemed unaware of any other suitable explanation, leaving me unsatisfied. On a positive note, the staff at the counter were courteous and amicable. They kindly suggested alternatives from the limited menu options available. In the end, we settled for burgers instead of the quarter and full chicken meals that we initially intended to order. It was a disappointing trip, resulting in wasted time and resources. Overall, the experience was quite unfavorable.

They have the food sitting on the side for a long time. But it was still nice food and still warm.

Wost nandos I've been to in my life. The servers where nice but the manager does not have a clue what he is doing. Waited almost a hour for the food to come out. The table next to us came about 30 minutes after us but it seems like they knew the manager so they got served their food in good time. I asked the staff how long and they kept saying 10 minutes to the point it was taking over an hour. Food just sits under the hotplate until someone can be bothered to take it to a table. In the end got a refund and went somewhere else. All I can say to the manager is good work at doing such a bad job.

Not every time I enjoy nandos depending on how they cook the chicken but this was lovely very nice but we spent £140 for the family I think they need to do a family pattern at a better price and more options for sure but all in very nice

Worst Nando’s I have ever been to. Smallest butterfly chicken I have ever seen. Toilets were absolutely filthy. Such a shame I’m confident business could be far better if just a little effort was made.

Absolutely awful experience waited for ages once we got our confirmation text table ready we had to wait a further 20mina bcoz the staff gave our 6people table to 4 people they mixed the names. Our large sides where regular sides, the staff was dismissive and didn't even bother addressing the issue. Not happy at all with the staff there and their attitude.
