Always welcomed into Bon Viveur by helpful and happy staff who are always polite. Good value coffee and quality cooked snacks. Happy to return whenever I can.

Horrible food and horrible people. We went for a quick bite and management was rude and miserable. Won't go there ever again.

I visit Bon Viveur nearly everyday. I totally love the staff - The ladies there are always friendly and so helpful - totally amazing. The food and coffee is amazing. Definitely recommend going into the CBX to chill and have a coffee or have some lunch. Nice seating area outside too for the summer.

I’d like to say the service was divine, the young lad who served me was very friendly and helpful, I believe his name was Omar. He regularly cane to check up on me to ensure I was satisfied with the experience and to see if I needed anything else. I definitely see a change since he started working. The food was very tasty and filling. The place was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend to come here for your lunch breaks!

I regularly use Bon-Viveur regularly to cater for corporate lunches, the sandwiches are fresh and are presented really well. The staff are friendly, accommodating and I always get a prompt service. In terms of cost I find them very cost efficient and Bon-Viv would always be my first choice when looking for a caterer.I recently also used Bon-Viv to cater for an afternoon tea party - the service was so good, Dom is always so accommodating, and again beautifully presented fresh tasty sandwiches. I'm so pleased it really did make the party.!! Thank you Bon Viv.

Fantastic service yet again from Dom and his team.I first ordered in 2007, followed by my parents 50th anniversary party at my house in 2017. On Saturday was my 50th birthday celebration so i rang Bon Viveur. Yet again I was so impressed. Freshly made sandwiches, dim sum, satays, nibbles and desserts all beautifully presented. And tasted absolutely delicious. All the guests were very happy and said how tasty and well presented the food was.Thanks again would definately use again and I have nonhesitarion in recommending their fast efficient service and fantastic communication and attention to detail.,

Love the chicken tikka with mint yoghurt, the best. Only complaint would be, get higher tables. Unable to eat without hunching over, uncomfortable. Like to read but hard hunched over a short table.

I come to Bon-Viveur quite a lot and I always get a fresh salad. Their food is always freshly made and there is a lot of different variety. Only downside is some of the food is a bit overpriced. Having said that, they are in a perfect location to be able to charge the prices they charge.

Had a selection of sandwiches between friends and as I say above not sure that it all lives up to its blurb? Pret are loads better and more innovative in their fillings but a little dearer but not much, think I would rather spend a little more and get the quality.

One of the worst sandwiches I've had. I'm not sure how you can ruin a chicken and bacon sandwich but they did. Also had a bacon and cheese pastry which I would not recommend at all. Overall the choice was very poor. I think they benefit from not having much competition nearby.

Have always been a fan of Bon Vevuer and used to visit the store all the time near the train station. Found out the store had moved to CBX and made a visit for lunch. Was not disappointed. Was so happy they do personalised sandwiches - a short blonde lady making the sandwiches (the same lady Faye who used to serve me near the train station) served me. I ordered a plain pastrami roll and she jazzed it up with loads of yummy extras - and even with all the extras it was still really cheap. Will definitely be going back again for more

Haven't been here for a while but was in the area and popped in for lunch. There were two lovely polite ladies in there that gave me a great service. Would highly recommend and will be back again when I'm in the area

Went for lunch and the staff were unbelievably curtious, very happy and served me very quickly .The cafe was clean and tidy and a pleasure to be in.The sandwich that was made by hand was just amazing! I would recommend this cafe to friends and family anytime!

Outside sign saying breakfast wrap got inside told no breakfast wraps it was 9.30am!!! Ordered BLT and coffee didnt even bring coffee to table, sandwich was not very well presented. Two ladies stood talking the whole time when the floors could of done with a sweep

Lovely sandwiches and cakes but things are just a bit too expensive for me to go regularly. Polite staff and the cleanliness is good.

Somos asiduos en Bon V en Witan Gate y depender de un gran servicio y ser atendidos por Faye y Magda. Son siempre rápidos con servicio y hacer una encantadora cafetería que viene con una galleta. También tienen una amplia variedad de comida caliente y fría que siempre es bueno y satisface todos los gustos.

I regularly visit this branch on my lunch breaks. It doesn't matter how much stress I have at work or how bad my day has been, I always walk out feeling happy!! Staff are lovely.... especially the blonde girl. Always takes time to ask how I am etc... it's the little things that make the difference.

What a fantastic working buffet for our event, everyone was very pleased with all the food served at the event, variety and quality outstanding, 50 very happy visitors.

Nuestros amigos y familiares (todos comentábamos lo encantador que el buffet de aspecto y sabor) gracias!

Good only if you are in the area and need something quick, but can't really say anything else positive about the place. Suggest you pick something else, there are many other options close enough, just a few hundred meters away, in the shopping center.

We use bon viveur at work for the almost weekly friday bacon sarnie and office meetings. Its nice to have warm bacon sarnie's delivered to you. always on time and staff are polite and friendly.

Stopped here on a trip to shopping centre. Thought it would be a proper fresh made sandwich bar but turned out to be all pre packed. It was ok 3 very cooked jacket potatoes tough skins, fresh salad though. Plus the food assistant cleaning her...

Trabajan cerca así que se llama aquí para aperitivos, baguette de tocino debe guardar el récord mundial de Guinness para el más seco todos!! Los precios son altos, y los dos : un que trabajan allí son de lo más agradable en tener montones!

He tenido sandwiches de aquí y son muy pobres. Quien hace que ellos le encanta engañar al comprador pulsando el abundante en la parte frontal, así que creo que habrá una abundante decente pero cuando se distribuyan por igual los contenidos que tienen una media...

Visited for a hot drink to fill in some time. reasonable prices for hot drinks, but felt that the service could have been a little better. Seemed to be a section to order, then a separate section to pay, which could be a little confusing. Staff weren't cheerful and chatty either which was disappointing. The place was nicely set out with a selection of sofa's and soft chairs as well as normal chairs and tables, but could be a lot better with better service.

This place is very close to my office, so few times i have decided to go there for lunch, has been always disappointing.

Good 'home-made' food - always handy at lunch, and nice to support local over M&S, Pret and Boots which are over the road in CMK. I like the variety of fresh baguettes, sandwiches, toasties, paninis, pastries, sausage rolls etc - all are very tasty and reasonably priced when compared against their high-street rivals. It's also nice to have an outside seating area to soak up the sun (when we're lucky enough to see it!).The only downside for me is the service, which severely lacks a smile; I always feel an inconvenience to the staff here, rather than a valued customer. Bon-Viveur would benefit from working on this and maybe consider a loyalty scheme, particularly to bring new customers in and retain those (like me) who have visited from time to time.

The service has to be the worst I have ever experienced. It is confusing with regard to the queuing system as their are two tills and its not clear at which one to queue at. Its a bit of a lottery who does get served first!I wouldn't bother again - I work 30 seconds away and it is quicker to go into MK centre! It takes so long to get served!Surely the owner is aware of this? or is the turnover good enough not to care?

I occasionally use Bon-Viveur at lunchtime if i'm in a rush, as it is the nearest food establishment to my office. What i've realised is that I could probably walk 1/2 mile into the shopping centre and back by the time the less than alert staff in here can serve me. In fact, I could probably fit in a short round of golf!The queueing system is confusing, with a till at each end of the counter. At least 3 people came in and got served whilst I was waiting in line at what appeared to be the corect till. This probably wouldn't be a big issue if it wasn't for the fact that staff seem to be half asleep. It kind of reminds me of the film World War Z. They generally mope around in a semi-conscious state with no acknowledgement of your existence until you make some sort of loud noise at close range.A slightly longer walk to pret-a-manger for me from now on.

I popped in for a take away coffee. I was impressed as I walked in, looked clean and professional. I was feeling very good and happy. However, all that was about to change. I approach the counter, smiled and gave a chirpy good morning. The blonde lady in her late 50s said nothing. No smile, no greeting. I ordered a skinny latte to which the first words uttered by this lady who was propping her head up by her hand was medium or large. It was an appalling attitude and service. I decided that I could not buy from this place so I held my hand up and said I had changed my mind. She just reply, totally uninterested, fine! I did express my total dismay to her world shattering poor attitude and service to which she rudely informed my that it was my attitude at fault, I left.Outside a couple of ladies pulled up outside the cafe and I told them of my experience, they said the lady and the man that worked there are renowned for their miserable service.In this day and age this is totally unacceptable. This place needs to change. I recommend that you boycott this establishment and go elsewhere, or like me, just don't bother.

If your looking for a quick bite to eat and you havent got the time to search for truly quality then this is ideal.. It won't wow you and you wont be gagging to go back, but it's ideal if you want a warm lunch!
