Not a very good experience. On arriving with friends they couldn't find our booking, which had been confirmed by mail 3 times. On sitting down we had to wait 15 minutes to be served where we were asked what drinks we wanted. Twice the server came back saying they never had any of the bottled beers I had requested from the menu. Not a very good bar. We ordered Tapas and were taken back by the small portions. The cauliflower option was just 2 pieces, the other options (fish cakes, chicken and pork cheek had just 3 pieces). As there were 4 of us and being told 1 TAPAS each would be enough, clearly there was not enough to go round. The chips were OK though. On paying the bill the system could not cope with being able to split the bill. So one of us payed and then the others had to pay him back. So all in all a poor experience and I won't be going back. Unfortunately by telling all my friends they too will steer clear.... The management need to review what they offer, how they offer it and get the payment system sorted.
So I read the reviews from a year before, all state cafe poor and the company are improving things. No they haven’t and unlikely they will. Play equipment is great for small people and not too many children. Definitely for under 5’s. Place is tired looking. Took 45 mins to get a coffee because of only one staff member addressing cafe customers and arriving/leaving customers. All she did was moan about the drinks machine being broken but it wasn’t the coffee machine! No apologies, just moaning and being told I’m on my phone am and I’ve telephoned my boss. How can this place be safe with one employee? First aider? I won’t be returning again. I would rather pay more for else where and to feel my family are safe. It’s a shame as it could be great
I always come into nero and recently I've really been disappointed, on their website it says they open until 8pm but each week they've been closing at 7pm. If the times have updated this should be updated on their website and on google. It's 7pm when they shut however I went to use the toilet and bare in mind I have been here since 5pm and have brought 2 drinks and the toilets are shut already even though they are open until 7pm, if i want to use the bathroom I'll have to pack up all of my stuff go outside the cafe just to comeback. The service itself is lacking when I went to get my 2nd drink I was told I could only have a paper cup and was given no explain as to why. I usually come here to study as it's so peaceful, however lately the service has been lackluster and all round disappointing.
Myself and family came to flamingo bingo. Whilst the evening was good. The service wasn't. Ordered a bottle of wine at 8.05pm. At 8.45pm still no wine. When we enquired I was told it was out of stock and that someone should have mentioned it. Was told the money would be reversed. This was 27th December. After several phone calls and email. As of 10th January I still haven't received a refund and the original payment has gone out my bank.
Everything I've tried from here - brownies, scones, cookies - has been disappointing for the price. It often doesn't even resemble what it claims to be. They've fixed the issue with prices not being clearly marked, but the pay point still doesn't show the price on the customer side.
Pretty ropey for BK… the drive through speaker makes it hard to place an order, and there is no screen to confirm details.
They should invest in some upgraded tech… and you my friend, should invest in healthier meal choices
I went through the drive through, they told me it would be a 5 minute wait for my order, 20 minutes later I had to go inside and ask when it would be ready, fried chicken was hot but chips and pop corn chicken were cold.
Fabulous!! A huge plate full of piping hot, fresh food with fantastic service from Jaoa. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend.

As with all the other Wetherspoons we have visited this was a very good place for our favourite fish and chips. We got there early so the restaurant was not crowded and the service and food were good value. We are big fans of this chain and have been to over 30 of their pubs and hotels.
We needed a taxi to get back to our hotel and they kindly arranged it for us.
