Visited the soft play for the first time. Won't be the last. Really well run, lovely soft play for younger children and toddlers. The young lady in charge on the day we went, was superb in every aspect. Ordered coffee and biscuits delivered to our table. Thoroughly recommend.

Chips were cold, put two portions in the bin. Took one sip of the coffee, couldn't drink any more, tasted like the milk was off. So I was able to eat my chicken nuggets, and my granddaughter ate her burger. This place needs a good shake up, reviews are not good. Won't be going there again.

We had a deeply disappointing experience at Crispy Dosa. Both the parotta and medu vada were undercooked, and the service was nothing short of appalling, with delays exceeding an hour and the subpar food adding to our frustration. While the staff discounted the price for two plates of parotta after we raised our concerns, they still charged full price for one parotta and the medu vada, along with a £10 service fee—despite the terrible service. Overall, it was an unpleasant dining experience, and we left feeling dissatisfied and unheard.

Shockingly slow service and appalling customer service regarding my complaint. Who offers a complimentary meal for 2 and then because you need to cancel and reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances decides you can no longer have this but a welcome to book as a paying customer!!!! Disgusting

They either overcook chicken to the extend you can’t chew it and extremely bland, or undercook and you can literally throw it all up. Absolutely nasty food and all went in the bin so no dinner. Salad is smothered in vinegar and soggy. Chips are overcooked. I am horrified at how awful the food is

I had to write a review based mainly on the fact I have always been impressed and happy to have one of this branches(Stacey Bushes KFC) employees serve me at the drive thru window, again tonight Azeem proved his understanding of the menu and customer care when assisting my order at 1820 on 17/12/24! He was patient, assuring and mindful of getting what I wanted right! It's always a pleasure having him there and hope he gets some form of appreciation for his due diligence! I often overlook any previous mishaps at the hands of other members when he does such a good job!Good man

Visited a couple of times for lunch whimst working in the area, chicken wings and steips meal. Tasted good and wings were well cooked but were the smallest wings ive ever had. Will have again but just mayve order more wings.

Used Uber eats, part of order missing cannot even call to get rest of order. Terrible customer service as no response received. Told to wait 24 hours. Will never use Stacks again! I expect a refund for the food we paid for but didn't receive!

We had an unpleasant experience over a week ago at Pret a Manger Eagle Walk in The Centre:MK. We were double charged on our debit card as staff (barista and manager) insisted the first attempt was unsuccessful. It was not unsuccessful – contactless was approved but the barista had left the till to fix our drink orders and when he returned he asked for payment again. We told him we had paid and asked for a receipt. He could not print a receipt and insisted payment had not gone through so on the second attempt we inserted our debit card. Again he could not produce a receipt and a manager/supervisor was summoned. The manager was quite rude and refused to believe that payment had been approved. He was adamant that payment had not gone through and he used another till to process another payment. On this attempt we got a receipt. Upon reaching home several hours later we checked our bank account online and there were 2 payments for the one transaction. We called the outlet and requested a refund of the overcharge, either by bank transfer or a cheque to be sent to our home as we live over 25 miles away and seldom frequent their outlet . We have also contacted their Customer Service but despite several back and forths there has been no real progress. Moral of the story? Make sure the barista does not leave the till before you get your receipt. Or pay in cash.
