Pepe's Piri Piri in Milton Keynes

Visited a couple of times for lunch whimst working in the area, chicken wings and steips meal. Tasted good and wings were well cooked but were the smallest wings ive ever had. Will have again but just mayve order more wings.

Ordered take away food in the restaurant, for one person. Had to wait 40 minutes for the food to be given to me. People arriving after me were served before me. People ordering online were probably served before me. Shocking service. Rather lost my appetite.

I placed an order and paid for 18 chicken wings and got 16. I called to inform them they gave me 16 and they told me to come and collect 3. As I live nearby, I went there and the staff were rude and mocking me indirectly for coming back. Very disgusted by their attitude.

Ordered food from Uber eats took over 2 hours to come … food was cold and disgusting I will NEVER order from here or eat in!! Worst restaurant in Milton Keynes Customer Service absolutely crap

Order missing items...cant phone them...food stone cold...took an hour and a half to get order...couldn't request my missing items had to except a refund which will take 10 days if they find it to be wrong...absolute joke

My review is not about food i am just here to know how can i get my remaining wages as the manager is not responding me though apart to clear my dues he is not replying and not giving me my P45 previous pay slips.

Went there the other day to get takeout, the lady at the till was extremely rude for no reason whatsoever and was talking in a condescending tone for absolutely no reason not only to me but to other customers there too, got below average good with the chicken being raw and not cooked properly, I asked the lady for some extra tissues but she didn't give me and showed me attitude for no reason and said it's in the bag no extra, no gloves or head covering worn by some staff handling food making it feel unhygienic. The staff there really needs to change their attitude towards customers visiting the store, extremely poor service and raw food.

If you're still deciding please keep looking. 0 stars if I could. Very expensive, chicken is rationed and could be seasoned better although spice is okay. Spent a 10r on chicken & rice (the most packed option) - I was still hungry after so I went to get more food (elsewhere of course). Very upset I got a meal because a can + half a portion of fries is not worth £2.30. If you eat here you're getting absolutely mugged off

Heard a lot about this place but as usual such a disappointment, I don't know weather its just me these things hapen too. Ordered a burger and the fillet was uncooked and hard and it had no taste I don't know weather they rushed it because it was coming to closing time and the person serving us even said to us that she can't wait to go home and gave us cold fries and uncooked piece of chicken brick burger fortunately we were able to change the chips but when I took burger back they were closing and asked me to come back the following day to have my burger but I was hungary at that time,, next day I wouldn't ve been hungary I don't know if I will go back to it as its not close to where I live!!

Was a bit apprehensive of ordering due to problem in the past. Given the bad weather, decided to take the plunge . Food arrived a little bit late due to Uber drive having problem to find the right place. The food was hot and fresh. Was very happy as everything ordered came. Chicken was moist and tasty. Rice was great too. Chips were fine.

I ordered a delivery and I spend £50. The foods doesn’t have any flavour is not nice at all…the portion were very small. I will never order again!

Had to wait 15 minutes after collection time as they had not even stared the order. When I got home there were items missing, tried calling restaurant and got no answer. When I went to collect the missing items I was told we don't answer the phone when we are busy, not a single apology. Very arrogant service would not recommend!

Not the best! Could be better in many ways as quite obviously there has been a major change of staff!!! Last 10 months here has not been the same quality as before and the service is terrible. MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED

Ordered a mild chicken and rice and got plain chicken and rice , absolutely no sauce no spice and no flavour. This store in particular is bad for this as I’ve had the same from others and they actually came with flavour! Avoid this place!

They're so rude, don't listen to the customer's and gave wrong drinks! Also, hair on my food. They think we was lying? Here are the pictures. DISGUSTING. Show some RESPECT to women and also everyone else. Because you CLEARLY don't know how to talk to customers and deal with the complaints! Unacceptable. I will be taking this further. Thank you.

Waited over an hour for our food to be told by staff that it would be with us soon, whilst on the phone to the restaurant we found the food left outside. It was stone cold & soggy. Asked the restaurant what they could do, whether it be resending they order or refunding us. They then proceeded to blame us for the food being left outside, spoke to us horribly & said they couldn’t and wouldn’t do anything about it. Even if the food was warm I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. I’d rather eat my dogs sausage plants than order from here again.

5 wings for a fiver..... standard pricing. Order recieved and the bag they came in can only be described as tiny! My daughter has bigger handbags and she is 4!Shame because they were tasty but you would need 20 just as a starter!Just to clarify the coin in the pic is a 1 pound so shows you the pathetic size!Wouldn't order again......

Ordered chicken fillet burger. Got home to find that is been given a cheese burger. What a complete waste of my time!!!!

It seems most people come here just to give a bad review (surprise, surprise) I eat from here practically every lunch time and always have the same (chicken and rice box and wings) I cant complain, tastes great, wings incredible and always does the job! Better than Nandos and any other chicken place around Mk!

I have been to pepes piri piri with my friends a numerous amount of times. The food is not the best, the portions are too small and overpriced. The drinks are from a dispenser, and cans are not given. The drinks from the dispenser do not taste like the original fizzy drinks that they claim they are. There is a staff member who constantly stares to the extent where it becomes uncomfortable to even stand or sit and wait for the food. Some of us have even heard a comment from a distance in which a staff member is talking about a customer to another staff member. I will never be going back here again. I’m disgusted.

The only way I eat the chicken breast is when I am the cooking it.That was until I had chicken breast at Pepe s.I had almost all their menu and all I have to say is that is great.Really good food,cooked to perfection and really friendly stuff.Thank you Pepe s Piri Piri

poor service , talk to you aggressively when served and constant get orders wrong when ordering collections . 2nd week in a row they have got my order wrong.

Writing this review literally just after eating because of how bad this place is. For some reason the driver was outraged he had to deliver to us because we were too far out his way? We found them on just eat after typing in our postcode.. Not our problem. Then once we got our food the portions were absolutely tiny, then too top that off it was just bland. Waste of Time and money. Disgusting service.

I have been going too pepe's for many years in birmingham, I visited MK to do some shopping. I thought I'll eat at pepe's as its got a good reputation. This is one of the worst branch I have been to. The guy that served me was rude and arrogant, it was like he didn't want to be at work. To top it all off we found few fish bones in the chillie sauce, I advised one of the workers where it seemed like he didn't care - NOT EVEN A APOLOGY, he was telling me its not hair, I knew it wasn't hair. I would rather have hair than fish bone in my food, that way I wouldn't choke on my food, lucky my wife seen it before one of us had it. Avoid going to this branch, as it might look the part but the basics of customer service is nowhere to be found. It seemed as the guy that served me has just come fresh off the boat, I don't even think his legal. I might just phone the immigration office just to give them a heads up. If you don't believe this review, please read other reviews on Google, as there are many customers who experiend the same. AVOID

Milton Keynes Hidden take away gem. lots to offer, reasonable value and decent sized portions. Better then any Nandoes I've ever had. had it a couple times now and its consistently good.

Now I don’t say this often but Pepes food can be seen as a blessing to Food scene in Milton Keynes! If you do go there and I really highly recommend it anything you get will be awesome but I especially recommend the chicken Tasca wow the quality of food all the flavours so simple but yet bursting in your mouth! Highly highly highly recommend going there
